My mother is in Titusville Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. The activities staff is great. The aide staff needs some attention though. They're not as compassionate towards the patients as I feel they should be. The atmosphere is sad. They have bingo and they do arts and crafts. The rooms are okay size-wise, but my mother doesn't need much. They need a little more privacy. They have to share a bathroom with the room next door, so four people are sharing one bathroom.

My husband was admitted there on this past Thursday November 20/2022. On arrival we were shocked with the conditions, as they were deployable. You have a very tiny space. His mattress was half circle shaped. Very uncomfortable. The call button did not work .There was no potty chair available. If you could walk alone you could go to a commode in the next persons area, that 3 other people use. My husband was sent there from Parrish hospital for therapy. He could get up and use a walker to go a short distance to a potty chair. They did get a new call button, but when used it would take a really long for any response. Because of the trauma of the conditions he had the poops all day Friday, which one young helped him with , till he went off duty. When he was gone and he had a problem at 7PM no one would help, he finally go cleaned up at 10;30 Then they gave him a sleeping pill to keep him from bothering them the rest of the night. Because this place is so horrid, even though he wasn't well enough to come home at his insistence we came home. Their rating is 0

We love Titusville Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. The attention that they give to my mother-in-law is amazing and everybody is so professional. She's been taken care of very well. The rooms they have are very good. She's comfortable and it's clean. They have some artwork activities, a therapy room, and some people that would come in to do their hair and stuff.

Avoid this place. You have to wait up to 3 hours for bedpad, trying to get help is very hard you wait for long times,The food is beyond disgusting, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst Enemy

Stay away , service to get in touch with a patient is impossible.Once the patient is there , you can’t get them on the phone . Operator told me to call later 1 phone for 35 patients. Each time I call you can’t get through.i could go on & on .I can’t even think what it’s like to be a patient there . Go anywhere else for better service 😡😡

In the past year management has changed and they are making huge changes there! They keep it clean and they are in the process of a huge renovation. They just opened up a private short term wing that looks amazing if you need rehab and are going home. I am so glad they are renovating the rest of the building. The staff and management really care and always try their best.

My son has Dementia and has been a patient for over 3 years. He is happy there and likes the food. His room and bathroom are clean. The receptionist is always very helpful. The nursing staff seem nice but very busy and sometime hard to contact. Considering the alternatives I feel this is the best choice for me for my son.

My Mom was in this nursing home almost two years. She fell down and made a head injury when she returned from the hospital, the nursing home staff were supposed to take the necessary steps to make this NOT happen again and they didn't nothing. My Mom falls back in less than 24 hours and I decided she wouldn't come back to that place anymore. The supervision is lousy, I saw another patient fall out of the wheel chair and was on the ground about 3 min before anyone helped her, and this happened in the dining room full of nurses and nursing home staff. But I have to mention that my Mom always was clean, and her bed, and her clothes also.

I had to give one star because zero was not an option. I My mother, unfortunately, was a patient there after having a stroke. The services SUCKED. The staff was under orders from doctor to turn her every 2 hours to prevent bedsores. They ignored orders and did not turn her often enough, if at all. She developed a bedsore on her lower back. Again, after it was not taken care of properly, the sore got so large i could have put my fist in it. Mom was transferred to another facility where they tried their best to heal sore, MERSA set in and within six months my mother died. I would never, ever send someone there again.

This place needs to be shut down! This is a serious situation, unfortunately a family member is receiving treatment to walk again. But they closed rehabilitation side how they get away with this i don't know. The facility is dirty and poorly staffed.I beg people who are needing either nursing home or rehab find some where else to go. Veryyyyy sad but true, This place is a disgrace.

I was not impressed with Titusville; my family member was there for rehabilitation. The nursing home section was dirty; the nurses basically ignored him. I had to go out to the nurse’s station to tell them to come in. Housekeeping was abominable. They did not change sheets, he did not get help to showers, and the floor was filthy.

Dad is in Titusville Rehab & Nursing Center. I wouldn't consider it great because they don't have enough people to work the facility. They were way understaffed. They should have people feeding the patients but instead of feeding the people, they just placed the food in front of them and if they don't eat, they don't eat. They should hire more people.
