We are a transplant family; meaning we arrived at Atrium Gardens from a local corporate facility that was not meeting my father’s needs. AG is family owned, with the owners, administrator, and an LPN right on the floor interacting directly with the residents. I could not be more pleased with the personal care and attention my father is receiving from the entire staff. The kindness and compassion that is on full display throughout the community is second to none. The communal living area is lovely with lots of natural lighting and plenty of room for personal space and comfort. There are activities offered throughout the day as well as occasional outside entertainment brought in. My father is in a standard single room, with a full size extra long bed, a large recliner, a nightstand and a small dresser. There is more than enough room for his wheelchair, an even larger bed and a family gathering! He is very comfortable in his room. Residents are offered three solid home cooked meals a day. Everyone is eating and drinking at Atrium Gardens! Meal time is one of my favorite times to visit, as the entire staff sits side by side with residents to assist with their individual needs. If you’re looking for a memory care home for a loved one, I encourage you to visit. The kindness is palpable from the time you walk in the front door. The staff at Atrium Gardens aren’t simply doing a job….. it’s a calling for them, and they have lots of heart.

The Atrium Gardens was very nice. Their program is very directed toward memory care, so they have something personal to the client. If my mom likes bowling or sewing, they geared that toward her. They had so many activities. They had gardening, sewing, and outside trips. They have a very good dining facility and a chef on board. They get to choose their meals. The food looked very good. They have a private dining room that was nicely set up. It was like a nice restaurant. They have a hair salon, a little library for them to go to, and an exercise room. They do exercise every day. The rooms are clean. They have housekeeping once a week. They have laundry service every day. They would take care of all of my mom's medicine. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, willing to let us ask a ton of questions, and very informative. It was a great visit.

Atrium Gardens has been such a great decision for our family. From the very first visit, we felt very comfortable and at ease that our father would be taken well care of. It's been over a year now, and the staff (from top to bottom), have always been available to answer questions and are transparent sharing updates. I appreciate the care and commitment they always take with my dad. It's been a true blessing - thanks Atrium!

First and foremost the staff here are the most caring you could ever wish for. Not only did they take care of Mom the way we would, they became family. Communication was constant and the care was outstanding. Rooms were beautiful and well kept. Residents were engaged in activities and enjoyed making friends there. Our fears of leaving Mom with strangers never existed. We were lucky to have Mom as a resident and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe beautiful caring place for their loved one.

My mom was at another facility, and she was doing poorly. The other facility just could not care for her as was necessary. After looking at many different places, I ran upon Kim. She was outgoing, very knowledgeable and she went out of her way to accommodate my mom. This facility and it’s staff have been nothing shy of perfect. My mom is doing so much better there and they are always smiling and interacting with my mom. The level of care and compassion is truly unmatched. I am SO glad that I was able to get mom into this facility.

The Atrium has been a godsend to us. My husband is in his 9th year of early onset Alzheimer's and was extremely hard to place. They took a chance on him and he has been there for a year now. He loves it there. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about how to deal with him. I can rest easy knowing he is cared for by such good people.

I was very apprehensive placing my mom in a memory care facility. I visited several residential facilities and this one was the cleanest, professional and welcoming. I visit every day. The staff treats each resident with respect and dignity. They work hard and tend to all residents to keep them safe, happy and clean.

My Mother has been a part of the Atrium family for almost 1 year. We feel so fortunate that we have such a caring and wonderful community family in all of the staff and even in the other residents. The staff has always been attentive to her needs and go over and above to make sure she is well care for. They are so respectful of her as well as the family members who are able to visit. Over this year my mother has declined, but with every step , she has received the best care. I am proud to be able to offer what I hope is a helpful and useful review for this Memory Care Facility.

my mom came to this community 5 years ago after three other places. This was the only place she called home and that was right away. The staff has been here consistently and have always worked with both my mom and me. Whenever there was a health concern we worked things out together. The atmosphere is safe clean and we do laugh share fellowship. Mom has declined because of her dementia and the staff has adjusted to her needs as they grow. I love this place and am blessed that God brought us here to help me give mom the end of life she deserves. the activities vary by resident and they always enjoy outings for picnics or a visit to the beach. Thank you

Atrium Gardens is the place for your loved one!! My father was a resident for almost 5 years and from the first day he arrived until the day he passed away, the staff treated him (and our family) with the upmost dignity and respect. They loved him and he loved living there. It was home to him and he felt safe. Prior to Covid and the government lockdown, our family was able to visit with him 24/7. It didn't matter what time, day or night, we were always welcome. The facility is very clean and very well maintained. My dad was always clean and well-fed. His room and bathroom was also clean and did not have any odors. The residents would sit in recliners and watch TV. Usually older movies which they really enjoyed. At Christmas time, they would take the residents in the company bus and drive them around looking at Christmas lights. I came along several years in a row and the residents loved it. On my dad's birthday last year, the staff decorated the main room and everyone (including the other residents) participated in his birthday celebration. I know that really made my dad feel very special. Our family is so grateful for the amazing care that was given to him during his final years. We couldn't have chosen a better memory care home for him.

It has been very difficult not seeing my mom during this virus shut down. Knowing that the staff cares for my mom has helped and I am extremely grateful for them keeping communication open and watching over her

We were at Belvedere Commons of Tampa for only three minutes. There were residents in wheelchairs, and my wife felt that everybody was way out of her age group. It seemed like everybody there was in their 90s. She went down one of the corridors and then turned around. The ambience seemed to be very nice, and the place looked very well cared for and clean. The staff was very nice, very accommodating, and very helpful. It looked like a nice accommodation for that age group but not for younger seniors.

I visited Belvedere Commons. It was a nice place; it was a little smaller than we expected, but the staff was very nice. It was a little too expensive for my aunt, but I would recommend it for those who can afford it.

Belvedere Commons of Tampa was OK. It was decent. It seemed to be very clean. The staff was pleasant. The room seemed small. The shared rooms -- or what they called companion rooms -- had no dividing space between the two beds. It was like you were right there with each other.

I already placed my mom at Belvedere Commons of Tampa. The people were very nice. It is small, and it is actually convenient to my home. It is very nice, and the people seemed to be attentive to my mom, so I am very pleased with them. I haven’t had any problems. She’s been there a month, and there haven't been any problems. They have walking, and they do crafts, coloring, and play dough. They have vault bowling and entertainers that come in a couple of times a month and sing. I haven’t seen them yet, but she says they were very good. They do manicures about once a week. I haven’t had the food, but she says it is very good. It is very clean, and there are plenty of activities. There is a list of things she can do every two hours as far as something to keep her mind active and be social. She gets 3 meals a day and snacks throughout the day, but they don’t provide anything after bedtime. She is seeing a doctor there and then reporting back to me. If I want to take her to an outside doctor I can, but they said I don’t have to because they provide a doctor, a podiatrist, and a social worker. She’s only been there a month, and I have had some feedback from some of the doctors; so far, she is doing well.

I liked Belvedere Commons of Tampa very much. It was small. I got there during quiet time so everything was very quiet. The staff was very competent and very friendly. The dining area was open, and it looked very nice, but it didn’t have much of a place to walk.

Belvedere Commons of Tampa was pretty well-organized. They had everything in place for assisted living, and that was very good. They had people who would attend to residents by bathing them and taking them to the bathroom. It's good that they really paid attention to the needs of the elderly. They served breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

My father has been at Belvedere Commons for six weeks. He’s going to be there for a couple of months, mainly for respite care. Every time I’ve gone to visit him, he looks like he’s been well cared for, and he seems to be happy. We feel like the staff is very professional and very caring. They have a monthly activity schedule. It’s well maintained and clean; it doesn’t have odors like some of the homes do. Because it’s not a large facility, we feel that he gets a little bit more attention here.

I had my father living here. We moved him out within a month of him being here. The nursing staff was constantly not giving him his meds. I had to ask them to give him showers because he smelled and it seemed as though he was not getting showers regularly. The place although older looking seemed cleaned but it did have a constant odor of fecal matter. I felt as though my voice as an advocate of my fathers was not taken seriously. He has dementia & he cannot speak for himself. I feel like the wellness director did not take her job seriously. I had to get him out fast because I feared his well-being

The Belvedere Commons of Tampa assisted living facility looked really well-kept from the outside, with nicely landscaped grounds. We especially liked the park-like atmosphere of the grounds, which was very peaceful. The main foyer had a lovely receiving area, reminiscent of a quaint country home. The communal areas all had interesting activities occurring, from reading to games and resident interactions. It was clear that the residents enjoy living here. Events and outings scheduled include restaurants, art museums, the library, local films and crafts, fine dining and theater. They also host monthly parties for residents at the facility which they encourage friends and family to attend. The food choices looked nutritious and delicious, as well as the regular snacks - offered continually. The dining areas have many nice menu options. The living suites were all ample and nicely decorated. The patio areas also had barbeques where they host gatherings and private parties. We could see that the residents are treated with care, kindness and respect in this thoughtful living environment.
