Mom moved to Arden Courts of Tampa. They are so thorough in their care for their residents and the building is extremely clean and everybody's friendly. There's 24-hour nursing, which that's what we needed. So, there's always an RN 24 hours a day and my mom needed wound care. It's an older building, but it's extremely well-kept, very homey, and extremely clean. We haven't tried the food ourselves, but mom is very verbal and she's very happy with it. Because it is memory care, they try to keep everybody active, but there are not a lot of participants.

I have a friend who needs skilled long-term care. Memory care requires residents to stand and pivot; my friend isn't able to do either. I called Arden Court prior to knowing that. The staff couldn't have been more caring. Theresa went out of her way to visit her at her rehab facility and called me offering assistance (free) for placement and support. They obviously love what they do and are very caring of their residents. I haven't found that with any other facility.

Arden Courts of Tampa is an only memory care community. I like how active they had the residents being, like they were constantly engaged in activities or socializing. They weren't just sort of left there to sit, like they were constantly interacting with either other residents there or with staff. So they were just engaged. They have all inclusive care instead of levels of care, because they know that there are different days that will be different stages for people who suffer from Alzheimer's and dementia. They are really active in terms of like social and emotional and physical well-being, like they make sure that their activities touch on all of those on a daily basis. The staff was knowledgeable, personable, and just really cared that this was the right fit, and gave me plenty of time to ask any and all questions.

Arden Courts of Tampa is close to my home. I'm only using it for respite so it would be easy for me to go back and forth. I liked the setup and the way it was arranged. I liked the staff; the marketing person stopped by the house to see us and meet my husband. They said I could bring him in on certain days so he could get familiar with the place, which is good. They have a menu, but the clients have the option to have something else. They have socials, like ice cream socials and coffee socials. The staff was very friendly and open to considering my questions. Their facility is broken into different units with individual rooms for social gatherings.

Arden Courts of Tampa is a very good, clean, and well-kept facility. I only went on a short tour there. It wasn’t in my price range for my mom, so I didn’t pursue it any further.

I visited Arden Courts of Tampa when I looked for a place for my husband. The facility was very clean and pretty. It seemed very nice as well as the other one I went to. I would have put my husband here if there were unavailable rooms in the other facility.

When I pulled up to Arden Courts of Tampa I noticed how beautiful the landscape was, the building was beautiful and well kept. When I walked inside the facility I noticed how roomy the common areas are and the residents I met were all very happy. There is plenty of seating for visitors and residents, the resident's rooms are very roomy with their own private bath. Arden Courts of Tampa offer's several different floor plans and I was able to look at each floor plan and noticed they are very roomy and some even have their own kitchenette. Arden Courts of Tampa offer's very nutritious meals and special meals for those that require special diets. I also noticed that the dinning room was very spacious and all rooms have a very nice view of the outdoors. There is walkways and seating so the residents and visitors can enjoy the outdoors. There is a long list of activities that the residents can enjoy if they wish. There is also transportation provided for medical appointments, etc.

My mother in law is living in this facility and I am very happy with the over all experience. She is well looked after and still has a feeling of being on her own. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for senior care that is dependable and trust worthy. We looked at several place before choosing Arden Courts and we feel we did our home work. Theres nothing worse than getting someone comfortable in there new environment and then learning the care is not up to par and having to move them. I feel the staff at Arden Courts really put there hearts into there work and this means a lot to our family. They remember our names , and we feel like family when we come to visit. The quality of the facility is a ten on a scale of one to ten, its well worth the money to have piece of mind that your family member is in a clean and safe place. My family and I are very pleased with Arden Courts and have only good things to say about them , and if you are looking for high quality adult care , this is a great choice.
