The staff at Cherry Oak Active Senior Living Residence was very nice. The facility was very clean. The memory care section was adequate. They had a movie room, arts and crafts, and a beautiful garden outside. The dining room was lovely.

Cherry Oak Active Senior Living Residence was very large and nicely kept, but the memory care part was so small, and it was like one long corridor with a couple of windows that were sealed. It was not a comfortable place. The room was nice and everything was clean. They had alarms to get in and out, and it was more secure. The facility itself physically was pleasant, but the rooms were small. I was there punctually, but I had to wait until they got someone to take me around. The interaction wasn't as warm as the other place.

Cherry Oak Active Senior Living Residence was nice. I liked it. We had no complaints about it. Nurses were feeding people in the dining area and were caring for the people. That's what caught my eye. I liked that. The rooms were good. It's clean. There were staff from all over. They keep the residents occupied. They have games, movie nights, and libraries. Chaz was wonderful. He made me feel comfortable.

I toured Cherry Oak Active Senior Living Residence. The grounds looked comfortable. The facility was very clean. The rooms looked spacious and comfortable. The staff who assisted me with the tour was very helpful and very nice. I saw the dining area and it was OK. I didn't see the residents doing any activities. They were sitting in a hallway, and some of them were talking. I saw a patio where they could go out and enjoy the sun a little. They had a room for reading, like a library. There was a piano in the area where they could do manual work. They have to fix some of the doors or the presentation of some of the areas. I was there for like half an hour, but I didn't see much.

My cousin will be moving into Cherry Oak Active Senior Living Residence. It's extremely clean, and everybody was busy doing everything that they had to do (e.g., cleaning). Everything was very organized. I saw one activity going on. They were doing something with a balloon. They didn't have much, but I saw the beautiful dining room, and I saw the rooms and the patio area, which were very nice. The rooms were very big. I saw the ones that are double, with a roommate. The staff was very nice. It's also way more affordable than other places. It's nothing fancy, but it's very nice, clean and organized.

I had a good tour at Cherry Oak Active Senior Living Residence. The person who gave me the tour was very informative and he answered my questions. I looked at their memory care. I know they have locked doors and all, but I think maybe my husband needs more care than just putting them in a room and locking the door. I'm not too sure that will work for him. I saw the rooms and they were clean, I just didn't like the setup. I saw the residents and they were sitting outside in the hallway, there was no activity going on. The place is well-maintained.

I toured Cherry Oak Active Senior Living Residence for my husband, and I would say it was unsatisfactory. They weren't very organized as far as who was supposed to take somebody on a tour. I actually had to sit outside in the heat for over five minutes waiting for them to unlock the door. It ended up being the R.N. who took me around, but it was just because she was there. I didn't think that was very organized, quite honestly. The place was okay, and it was clean. The rooms were satisfactory, clean, and neat. I saw a big green area and a courtyard. There really wasn't much around them. They were kind of out there by themselves. The dining area was just a room full of tables. There were separate ones for the independent living and the memory care. They were clean.

I like Cherry Oak Active Senior Living Residence. Everything is covered. There's a lot of biometric security, but I could go inside, and I like it. However, it's not $2400; it's $2800. My husband has Alzheimer's, and he's in a wheelchair. I like it because it had very good spaces, it's nice, they had activities, and they take care of the people. The rooms were nice. Everything was fine. It's not so elegant or very nice, but it's OK. The staff was very kind. They didn't allow me to walk all over the place because of the pandemic, but it's a really clean and nice facility.

My mother is in Active Senior Living. It is a really nice facility. It is very clean. The people there are very warm, conscientious, and very helpful. They have group classes during the day, and they also have discussions. They play bingo, and they go to movies. They have a little library. They go on little walks and outing. They also have a nursing facility for residents that require that as well. My mom is in a shared room with one other person. It is not really like an apartment; it is just a room, but it is big enough for two people. The dining facility looks good, and she tells me that the food is OK.
