Forest Oaks Villas is in the Forest Oaks neighborhood of Spring Hill, Florida. It's just a few blocks from a local playhouse and the Lakewood Plaza Shopping Center, which is along U.S. Route 19. Its single-floor villas consist of one- and two-bedroom homes, all having screened porches, vaulted ceilings and deluxe kitchens that feature granite countertops, glass top ranges and stainless steel appliances. A maximum of two pets per unit, each under 35 pounds, are welcome.
