Burlington Tower

Burlington Towers is a 115 unit Senior (62+) Project-Based Rental with accessible units. Burlington Tower was designed and constructed with one thing in mind - to provide comfortable, affordable and convenient housing for those with low or moderate income who desire the freedom of living in a caring community. Burlington Tower offers 1-bedroom apartments, and each unit is approximately 592 square feet. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchen including a range and refrigerator as well as a full bath. Included in the rent are the water, sewer, and garbage. Residents are responsible for payment of their own electric, telephone and cable TV service. Since this property was built using funding through HUD's Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly program, residency is restricted to persons who earn 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI) or less. Like other rental assistance programs like Section 8, resident's rents are based on their income and the tenant contribution is set at 30% of the tenants income.
