I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

Tiffany Hall Nursing and Rehab Center was old and dated, but the worst part was the administrative staff and the nursing staff. The techs were fabulous, yet overworked and I'm sure underpaid, but the nurses and all the people sitting at the desk either flat out ignored you or told you to go find your own nurse where you couldn't find or didn't come for 20 minutes. We had one instance where we were pushing the button for 20 minutes to get help to get my father to the restroom and they didn't come. So, we helped him to the restroom. They kept trying to get somebody to help bring him back and finally, the woman at the desk came and kind of dragged him, put him back into the bed. The bed was soiled and he was soiled. It was horrible. The bells would be ringing and the lights would be flashing, and then the other residents would start screaming "Turn off the bell!" and they'd just ignore everybody. The techs would then come and do a fabulous job of cleaning them and cleaning the sheets, making sure it's comfortable. They were wonderful. The physical therapy person was great. She came in once and she noticed that my father's wristband was cutting off his circulation and she cut it off when nobody else had noticed that or bothered to do anything about it. I can't speak for the physical therapist specifically because we only saw her once but she seemed great. I would give the techs a five rating. The courtyard was lovely. It was very nice. The rooms were very dated, and for the most part clean. It wasn't overpriced. They just underperformed. In general, I would not recommend sending somebody there.

Care is Wonderful with such caring staff. The laundry was the only thing that I had problems with. If not for the laundry I would have given a 5 star rating.

The care here was subpar at best. Basic care and function were discarded. Cleanliness was questionable at best. It was always someone else's fault, responsibility, function etc... and this was while we were present. Lord knows what transpired when you weren't in the facility. The were a very limited crew that actually cared about the patients, but again a very limited crew. I wouldn't reccomend this location to anyone you care about or for that matter anyone you disliked as well.

My dad was there for 4 days. He went down hill fast. They had my father sitting in a wheelchair no restraints and he almost fell out of the chair. They lost most of his clothes. Place is filthy. Neglect is the word l would use! They do not return calls, or give daily updates. Neglect and negligence, those are the facts.

The best of all the rehabs I’ve been in. Great care and very attentive to the call bell which is impossible. Great physical therapy by Brian. The CNA’s and nurses took great care of me. The television needs updating. They use DISH and only get a few channels. TV are too small. I didn’t like sharing a room but that was only for a few days. They spoiled me.

I visited this facility

Tiffany Hall was pretty good. My wife has a lot of loss of memory, and they didn’t really have facilities to take good care of that problem. It was OK. There were a lot of people there. It would be good, but not for me. I wasn’t happy with what they had to offer for memory loss.

I visited this facility

Tiffany was more like a nursing home where they had to share a room with someone, and were in hospital beds. My girlfriend had her mother there for several years, but I just didn’t like the fact that my mother would have to be in a hospital bed. Otherwise, it’s a beautiful facility, and the people were very nice. My girlfriend absolutely loved it for her mother, but she did have a plan to go in everyday to get the laundry whereas they did the laundry where mother was.
