My grandmother had a stroke and the only place available at that moment was bay center. Horrible place, horrible experience, and staff. The place isn't clean, has a awful odor, my grandmother's meals were cold, very small portions, and looked disgusting. Fortunately for us after 2 weeks, we found her a better nursing home. So I don't recommend this nursing home.
Hopefully it works out for the people who are there and have no other option...

We toured this facility before placing our loved one. The administrator answered our questions. The staff we encountered during the tour seemed nice. We only needed short term physical therapy to get stronger to be safe at home. The day came to start our loved one. We were transported after 6 pm. No one greeted us, no one knew where we were suppose to be, staff seemed to care less that we were there. Staff needs training in customer service and care. We did not leave our loved one there due to lack of interaction, lack of organization, lack of compassion. Due to us being afraid he wouldn't be taken care of in our absence. We did get a phone call the next afternoon to find out what happened...after I sent an email to them....The person who toured us and answered our questions the day before we checked in apologized and was embarrassed.

We had some problems with them. I just didn't like the place. It didn't seem like they took care of the patient. When I tried to voice my concerns and I called, they retaliated towards my father. So that's why I don't really care for that place. Some of them were very rude to say the least. Every time I went there it just didn't seem like a very comfortable environment.
