My loved one has moved to The Landing of Panama City Beach. They are very helpful. They are willing to talk to us and help us in any way they can. The staff is pretty good. The facility is clean, neat, and in order. They had a little bit of disorganization because they were finishing up something, but other than that, I didn't see anything out of order. They went for a walk outside, which I thought was wonderful for anybody who's been stuck in a place for a long time.

The Landing at Seagrass Village Memory Care was my first choice, but they had an immediate opening, so we were just lucky enough to get in there right away. So far the staff is very nice and very caring. The facility looks clean. I have no complaints. The food is mediocre, but my mother seems to like it and that's the most important thing. It's a very nice building. It's very clean and very modern. The room was also clean when we moved in. They do nail painting, hair, and nails on Thursday, church services, and bingo every once in a while. There's a nice courtyard, and it's one of my mother's favorite places.

My aunt moved into The Landing at Seagrass Village Memory Care. We chose it because it just seemed to be very clean and orderly. The staff was very helpful and very friendly, and they offered the kind of care that we were looking for. The cost was a little bit better than some of the others that we looked at. It is a beautiful place. I have called quite a bit since she moved in to check on her, and they have been very good about reporting back to me. When I was there, they were in the middle of doing a lot of interactive things in the little hall where they go watch TV with the other residents and socialize.

I went to The Landing at Seagrass Village Memory Care. I like the layouts and the safety concerns for someone who might be an elopement risk. I thought the security security measures they have were outstanding. The staff was very polite and informative. The layout was simple. It wasn't too large, and it would not overwhelm my father. The outdoors were beautiful. I thought it was a beautiful, clean, and safe environment. They have some programs there for adult daycare and overnight stays. I think it is wonderful. It is a wonderful idea to help people with elderly care.

My client is in The Landing at Seagrass Village Memory Care. The thing I least like about it is that my client's wife keeps falling for some reason. That's the only thing I dislike about it. Based on my memory about there, the private care they do demerits you; it's a $50 demerit every time you have to take care of a person. That $50 demerit has run up to numerous amounts, up to $500 extra a month. They have very nice people out there, they were pleasant, they answer the phones, and they answer questions when needed. I don't know the staff. The only reason we get phone calls was because of her falling down. And the last time we didn't even know how she fell. She's supposed to be in activities, and we don't hear anything about it. The appearance looks great; it's a pretty place. It's just the demerits; that's what confuses a lot of people, including me. They take eight blood-pressure tests a day when they don't need to take eight tests, and they charge her $50 for every extra blood-pressure test. I don't agree with all of these demerits, especially when they're there to take care of them anyway.

My mother-in-law is at Seagrass Village. Theyre doing a great job taking care of her, its a brand-new facility, and they clean her room every day. They have exercises available. I had a meal there and it was excellent. They have their own chef and they do a great job. They have a lady that comes in and does their hair. They take care of washing and drying their clothes, and they have a nurse full time that takes care of their medicine. The staff does an awesome job.
