The facility is a clean facility. It’s not like some when you walk in and smell horrible. The residents love the entertainment and really enjoys the daily activities. I wanted to move my mom but she begged me to keep her there. She loves the staff and the way they care for her. I would have never thought this would be her forever home but Thank You Courtyard Staff for all you do

Bad dirty place roaches all over the place there is times my brother would sit in his fetus for hours. I try to get him to help that he needed but it was impossible couldn't move him from that facility other facilities were full. They gave me one day notice that his insurance was not paying for his stay there. So after 5 days I brought him home January 18th and February 11th he passed at home I do not recommend no one to use that facility and matter of fact I wish they would close it down I feel sorry for the people that are in there. also the 5 days that he was in there I'm receiving bills of $13, 000 15, 000 turn over of nurses and AIDS every week. They should close them down and I pray to God they do. Smells like urine and feces people in the hallway that can't eat on their own food all over them.

This facility leaves their patients wet all day. The rooms are smelly poor customer service from the workers, workers hang up in your face when asked can you speak with manager. workers have a list of who can and cannot come and see their love ones. And that come straight from the administrators Desk and caseworkers. Every time I come my love one is always smelling of feces and urine. I am very dissatisfied with this company and will not referred this company to anyone else or anyone’s love ones. I will continue to write bad reviews on all sites about this nursing home. Im very dissatisfied

Our mom is a patient. She is only there for a month and the goal is for her to receive physical and ot therapy. We have never meet the soctor who is treating her. They have atopped pt and ot based upon a report from Courtyards sent to her insurance company. We were not aware of this report or the adverse affect ot would have on our mom treatment. The rooms smell like urine. The staff is not friendly. They wanted me to leave out the room while they bathes my mom. When I states I want to see how you bath her. They went and got a the nurse to tell me I jad to leave the room. They have not been honest in their reporting to is about the care of our mom. We have not experiences or had an opportunity to tour the facility to see the activities or amenities they offer. We have requested copies of what they are billing the insurance company the doctor report and our mom entire file. We have not received anything. The social worker actually have come across like they are hiding something. Our mom is scheduled to be dicharges soon and they are asking about her finances and she has insurance. The insurance company stated all Orlando Courtyards need to do is write in medically needy to have mom continue to receive pt and ot. Something is not right at this facility. We want our mom discharged immediately but she needs to get all the services she can based on her medical needs.

I have my mom in Courtyards, and everybody there is really nice. I don't have any problems with them. If and when there's an issue, they call me up and let me know what's going on. My mom seems happy. The staff is really good, friendly, answer all of my questions, and if they're too busy, always call me back. They always have something different going on between movie night, bingo night, and card night. They're always doing something, which is good. The rooms are nice. My mom shares the room with somebody else, which is good for her because she has somebody to talk to. She's happy. The pricing is fine, and compared to other facilities, it's a lot more reasonable. I guess the food's OK because she's not complaining. She's Italian, so if the food wasn't good, I'd be hearing about it.

CNA's are pointless and ridiculous. They never know anything and always try and point fingers at other CNA's. I had to literally stay on top of them in order for them to do their job correctly. Lack of communication. Do not send your relatives here
