My sister is in Ambiance of Maitland. The facility itself is beautiful. It's brand new. It only has about three or four residents now. They are still working the kinks out. You can only have hot water when taking a shower or doing laundry on Mondays or Thursdays. The staff is very nice. They do not provide transportation to doctor's appointments, though on their website they said they provided transportation, but they said that was just meant for activities. I did have lunch with her a couple of weeks ago when I was there. It was a little bland for my liking, but I guess they have to please a lot of people, so that's understandable. Everything was fine.

We went to Ambiance of Maitland. It was very nice. The staff members were just very friendly and accommodating. They answered all my questions, so they were very nice. The rooms were very nice. They were recently updated, so everything was nice, clean, and very orderly.

After looking at several different memory, care facilities, I decided on Ambiance of Maitland for my mother. Transitioning mom from her home at 42 years into a long-term facility has truly been the most difficult decision of my life everyone (management, staff and maintenance, etc. have shown care, comfort, and kindness to me and my mother. Brooke Haygood has been a huge help in this transition. Her professionalism and knowledge of memory care has been outstanding. I know now I definitely made a good choice in choosing Ambiance of Maitland. Thank you. Terry Hinton

I liked it. I had a nice tour, and the person who greeted me was helpful and informative. The rooms were good. It would be a place that I would consider. The activities were acceptable to me. I liked the place.

My grandmother lived here three years and loved it, as did we. The staff were attentive and genuinely caring, the food was delicious, various activities and music programs (which she loved), and the managers truly care.

My experience with this community has been nothing but wonderful! Not only was I shocked at the fact that the Administrator gave out his personal phone number but the Dept. heads did as well..... you really feel like your part of a family here! They even have family nights where you can meet other family members, I've become very close to a daughter of another resident and she feels the same way. The staff are truly angels in my eyes, the activity girls even got Mom to play cards again. If your searching for a place stop your search and bring your loved one here. I cannot thank them enough for everything they do.
