I am/was a resident of this facility

I chose Fountain Crest because they're very friendly. The place is comfortable. The people are just casual and they are nice. They do a lot of regular activities as other people do, and they do them more warmly. The apartment is wonderful. It's 579 square feet, which is quite spacious. It was all cleaned and ready for me like they said it would be. We don't have stoves because we eat downstairs all the time, and any time that we want to. The kitchen is open for the menu for certain hours, but it's always open for hamburgers, cheese soup, and different salad bars. The food is very good, and they're very flexible. They have both stairs and an elevator. The washroom has four washers on each wing and they have dryers. They have a swimming pool and gardens that you can work in.

The rooms are well maintained and very clean. My interactions with staff (Denise T.) and dining have been excellent. Many residents introduced themselves and made me feel welcome. There is always an activity to choose.

My father was here for two years, but, unfortunately had to move in to an assisted living facility with nursing assistance. The employees here all were very helpful and kind and he sure misses being here. (The only problem at the time was very little activities, but they get five stars, as the activities director left recently, and the last I heard they are looking for a new one.) I just can't say enough good things about FC! I bet it's the best independent living in southwest Florida, from the experience with my father!

We're interested in Fountain Crest, the community is very good. The place was excellent, it looks beautiful. The staff was terrific, very friendly and very nice. The apartments were very nice and roomy, the 2-bedroom 2-bath was very efficient with plenty of room space. I like that the 2 bedrooms are on opposite sides of each other, so it's more than adequate. I ate lunch there and it was very good, I like that they have a menu and I have choices. The dining area was beautiful, very nice, roomy, and spacious. They have a lovely heated pool, a nice lanai, game room, library, computer room, and a laundry room. It's very well-maintained and the grounds are beautiful. The facility was very clean and very nice.

The Fountain Crest in Lehigh Acres is in a beautiful setting. It's an independent living and it's clean, bright, and very cheerful. It's just very, very nice and there was nothing I did not like about it. The staff was very knowledgeable, very pleasant, and not pushy. She let me know what needed to happen for my mother to reside there. The rooms had plenty of space, a nice layout, and you're able to customize them however you wanted them to be as far as the painting and decor. The dining is very spacious with lots of different tables. It was like going to a nicer restaurant. The grounds were well-kept and they had seasonal decorations. We walked the outside and the inside and it was very, very nice. It's much nicer than anything I've seen in my hometown.

Fountain Crest was a very nice place. They’re very hospitable, the chef was wonderful, the supervisor was wonderful, and I was very happy with the place. I had lunch there, the food was wonderful, nicely presented, and I liked the dining area. They have a workout room, but I don’t like that you have to go down the hall to use the washer and dryer.

I had a really good visit at Fountain Crest. The people were really nice, and the property was really up to date. However, my dad decided against moving down here. It was very clean, and the rooms and dining room were nice.

Fountain Crest was a really nice place with nice people. The dining area was very clean, and it smelled clean throughout the building. They had maintenance on-hand while we were there. It looked like a top-notch facility. They had water aerobics, aerobics, puzzle rooms, workout rooms, spiritual meeting rooms, and news discussion room where you could go sit and talk. It had a lot of stuff, and I was really impressed with it.

Fountain Crest was very impressive and very reasonable in price. It's not convenient for me and my sister, but it was convenient for my cousins that have yet to visit, so it's very nice for them. The building is 12 years old, and the room is a one-bedroom. They remove the carpet and paint the place every time it changes hands, and it's really well done. They're continually updating, and there isn't an odor.

Fountain Crest is independent living, but it's more like assisted living, which gave us more confidence to move my friend in there knowing that she has some supervision and oversight, and that they are going to take care and watch out for her. I only had experience with the front staff, and I never had any problem with them. It is immaculate. She likes the food; she loves it over there.

We visited Fountain Crest. I wasn’t too thrilled with the closet. The closet space was a little bit tight. I really wasn’t too impressed with the community mainly because of the size of the rooms and the closet space. The staff was very good. The dining area was set up nice. Food was good. They had quite a few activities available.

Mu husband and I have lived at Fountain Crest,, Lehigh Acres close to three year and are totally happy here. We wish that we had moved here sooner. Our life here is like being on a permanent vacation. The staff is an awesome, caring, compassionate crew of people. The meals are delicious with many choices including a breakfast bar in addition to a full breakfast menu. Lunch and dinner are full menu meals with a salad bar, homemade soup and choice of desserts. We have many wonderful fun activities and exercise activities. There is also a bus available to take people shopping, to Doctor appointments and to other activities outside of Fountain Crest. There is an atmosphere of one big happy family among the residents. The building and grounds are well ,maintained, a place we can be proud to live. The rental prices are reasonable.

Fountain Crest looks fine to me. They cook your meals, they have a dining room, the place looks clean, and they have activities for the people who live there. They go on field trips sometimes, and they have a room where they show movies. The rooms have a refrigerator and a microwave, and they were fine. They have a couple of different sizes and very nice, and their rates are very good. The staff people were very nice. They offered to buy us lunch when we come back, so we can experience the food that they cook there. There are probably some that are more expensive and maybe a little nicer, but they cover all the basics there. They have people that can help the residents with their medications if they need help. It looks like a good place; not too fancy but nice. For a basic place, it’s five stars. It really depends on what you’re looking for, and we’re just looking for an inexpensive place that could meet all the needs of the person. He’s over 80 years old, so I’m helping him find a place.

I thought Fountain Crest was very nice. I like the place and everything else, but my mom is not quite ready yet. I like the facility very much, and I thought it was setup very nice. I like the porches on each end of the corridors. I thought that was a nice way for the people to get together. I like the washer and dryer on each floor, and I thought it was a great feature. I was very happy with my visit there. The girl that did the tour with us was very nice. She did a great job, and I think she also taught an aerobics class that day. She is very nice, and I was very impressed with it. It is something that I will certainly consider if my mom is ready. The apartments were very nice, and everything they needed was there. She showed us a card room, game room, and a church room. They had quite a few of the nice things including the restaurant part and the meals. I was very impressed, and I thought they did a nice job. Everybody on the staff that I met was very friendly.

Fountain Crest was very nice. We had lunch there. The food was excellent and we really complimented them on their menu. The only thing is the location. It is not for us because Lehigh is way out of the way for our children to visit. But I really liked it.
