I recently visited this location because my brother is currently there getting therapy after having a massive stroke . At first we were a little hesitant because the place hasn’t been renovated so it’s some what outdated. BUT the care my brother has received has been exceptional every one has played a part in his recovery they are caring with all the residents they are dancing and clapping with them bringing a smile to their face they also play music and have the place lively . The residents are smiling and waiving

Keystone Rehabilitation and Health Center was not acceptable from my perspective. It was very small, and there was not a lot for people to do. I also felt that it was extremely outdated and not sufficiently clean. The rooms were also very small. They would need to expand the rooms and the entire facility. I would go crazy living in an area that small.

My mother had to go to Keystone Rehab to get her prepared to go back to assisted living. She has been in long-term care there since the 1st of August. It was a difficult situation in the beginning. They're doing the best they can for her and she has very little to worry about because they take care of basically everything there. She doesn't have to wash her own clothes. Day-by-day, she gets a little more familiar with the nurses. Her mind is there, but she can't really walk well and they push her around in the wheelchair. They have to help her with everything else. She seems to be content with it right now. It's clean, and it's like any nursing facility. Most of the time, they're short staffed. Anytime you push your button, they can't be there immediately for every single person. The attitude of the staff is OK, and a lot of the helpers and the aides are Jamaican ladies. They're good, but you have to listen real good when you're talking to some of them. There's a little bit of difficulty with communication with my mother because she is hard of hearing too. She has been taken care of and she's kept dry. She watches TV in the room, they take her out, and sometimes she goes in the van to the dentist.

My father is at Keystone Rehabilitation and Health Center for 3 months now. I have no complaints at this time, and I go there every day. It’s very nice and very clean. Everybody is great. They take good care of him, and if something happens they tell me right away. Everything they need, they have it there. They have an activity room, rehab for therapies, and a lunch room. They have movies, play bingo, and bring in music and singing. My father’s room looks like that of a hospital, but it’s nice and clean. He is diabetic, and they give him good and healthy food for his condition. Everybody seemed happy, and my father says he likes it there. I would recommend this to others.

My dad is a resident there but I would not recommend it to no one. Waiting to transfer him to a smaller care facility.

This is the worst nursing homes ever. My grandmother was in this facility and the results from her being there was she contacted mursa/mrsa, received a stage 4 ulcer near her rectum, and feet & back sores. No offense to other cultures but, all of their CNA's, LPN's are Haitians and they don't give a dam on how they care for your love ones. Your love ones will definitely be mistreated by them! They will inject something into your love one and can't or won't explain what they have injected. This happen to my grandmother, and the results is now she has severe abdominal pain from the injections. This nursing home do not like to be questioned and panic when doing so. My grandmother is in a good facility now and is doing well. If you love your love one, do not put them in Keystone nursing home. You will regret it if you do! Beware!

They don't answer the phone. If they do answer you get transfered to someone else who hangs up on you.
