My mom has been living at Atria/St. Joseph’s for a little over 2 years. She loves her apartment. She has her sitting are, kitchen area and bedroom with a huge walk in closet with a nice bathroom. She brags that her nails stay nice because she doesn’t have to clean! She has made many friends. She loves to play Scrabble and RumiCube with her friends. The staff and administrators go out of their way to know everyone and to speak to them. The activities director has things going on each day. There’s arts and crafts, a bible study once a month, and happy hour every day! Residents look out for each other and are very friendly! We feel very safe with Mom there. The medical team stays in touch with us when needed. They are fabulous! We wouldn’t have her anywhere else! We highly recommend Atria/St.Joseph’s

We had a very poor and expensive experience in Memory Care at the Atria Park at St. Joseph’s. If your loved one had any negative behaviors associated with dementia/Alzheimer’s. Our 85 year old, 93lb., insulin dependent mother who suffers from mid-stage Alzheimer’s unknowingly had a UTI when we placed her here and became confused and agitated. She hit one of the workers twice. We knew this was out of character for her so we sent her to the hospital where she was admitted for IV antibiotics. We were told that we needed 1:1 care which was provided by an agency they recommended. We then placed her on anti-psychotic meds to hopefully stop episodes of agitation. She was given 3 different medications which resulted in low BP and pulse, lethargy which resulted in syncopal episodes. I was not informed of the 1st incident. The second incident happened while I was there. When we asked the workers for the nurse, we were told that he was on the Assisted Living side and the didn’t know how to reach him as he didn’t answer the walkie-talkie. There were several times where a nurse was unavailable as they were on the AL side. Towards the end of the month, the nursing director stated that we would start tapering the 1:1 care and transition her to their care as there were no further episodes of hitting. Unfortunately, she developed a second UTI and again became agitated and confused. It was reported to me that she hit someone again and we were then told that due to her frequent UTI’s secondary to her anatomy and her colitis, we would need to provide 1:1 care indefinitely 3 days prior to the end of the month. It cost us $16,000.00 for the one month in 1:1 care coupled with the $6,500.00/month for their fees. Of course, they know that no one can afford such exorbitant costs on a sustained basis. The man in the next room has been yelling and screaming out frequently and his wife had to find a new place for him. Most of the food was less than appetizing. When they served fish which my mother does not eat, they offered her such foods as hot dogs despite having discussed her dietary needs at our intake interview. This happened frequently. The facility is quite dated with small rooms. The A/C units are antiquated wall units which are loud and kick on and off all day and night. They supposedly fixed this issue when I complained, however, it was not rectified which frequently woke my mother at night. The patio was full of leaves and unkept. The hallways smell of urine and feces. My advice if you are considering a place for your loved one is to avoid Atria Park at St. Joseph’s, although they advertise being a Memory Care for Dementia/Alzheimer’s patients, if your loved exhibits or develops any of the normal/frequently seen adverse/negative behaviors, look elsewhere.

Atria Park of St. Joseph's was a small population, and it was very homey. It has a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. They had a nice garden area that was easily accessible to all the residents. The staff was very friendly and very attentive. The sales director knew the residents by name in the lobby. They have walking paths. It had a very country-like setting. They have weekly bus outings to restaurants and scenic tours. It was very clean and there were no apparent odors. It's not institutionalized at all. It's my most favorite that I visited so far.

Atria Park of St. Joseph's was very nice. I walked in and I met with the person who does all the tours. She was wonderful, just cute, and bubbly. She toured me around everywhere and showed me two rooms. The amenities there were very, very nice. The place was decorated very, very nice. When I went there, they were having a jewelry making class. I would love to come and do that with my mom. They allow family members to join in on the activities. I liked them a lot. I would definitely have no problem putting Mom and Dad in that assisted living. The whole dining room was full and everybody was getting excellent service. It was like a really nice restaurant. I was very impressed with their facility. They had two kinds of dining areas, one was a happy hour dining room, which was smaller, and then the major dining room was huge. The rooms were really nice and very safe. It was nice size-wise. Mom and Dad could move some of their furniture in there and it would fit perfectly. I actually got to talk to some of the people who live there. There were a couple of men sitting out in their garden area. I got to ask them if they like living there and how everything was and if they are treated nicely and they get their meals, and they had nothing but really good things to say.

Atria Park of St. Joseph's was a little dated concerning the décor, but overall, it was a nice place. They showed us the activity room and the things that they do there. We saw card games going on, people playing Scrabble, and a prayer group for the Easter holiday communion. They also had a medical area, a game room area, a chapel, and a courtyard outside. The people were knowledgeable and friendly.

The staff at Atria Park of St. Joseph's seemed very capable. Jessica gave me my tour and she was very knowledgeable about what programs they offered. There was no urine smell. It was clean. The apartments were also clean and appropriate for the memory care residents. I thought they were actually kind of spacious. The dining area was very pleasant. They had a courtyard, which was very nice for them to be able to get outside. They were also doing a little exercise class while I was there.

I could not be happier with choosing Atria St Joseph for my mom. My mom loves the staff and I can see that they genuinely care about her and are always so attentive to her every need. The food is fabulous and activities are also fun and engaging. If you are looking for a great community for your loved one, don't think twice about moving them to St Joseph's. It will be the best decision you have ever made!

Staff is great ! Very respect! And definitely care about the residents! Residents are always doing something before and after each meal ! Activities such as current events, puzzles, board games. Listing to some music which the residents love. Most important residents feel right at home.

My best friend has been a resident in Memory Care and I am so thankful every day that I chose such a incredible facility. It was a difficult decision since I live in New Jersey and a decision had to be made quickly. Jessica was my contact at Atria and she certainly made the process seem less and reassured me that Atria was the perfect choice. That truly was an understatement. No matter what the situation, they address it immediately. Marie’s room is the perfect mini suite with a private bathroom. A wonderful friend & her husband decorated her room with furniture, pictures and memorabilia making it perfect when she moved in to this new home. The staff is attentive to all of her needs and not all days are perfect or easy. No words can truly express my appreciation for their professionalism and patience no matter what the situation or challenge. This facility is clean and they take pride in caring for your loved one. The meals and activities are chosen carefully throughout the day and visiting is encouraged any time with few restrictions.

Atria Park of St. Joseph's was very nice, it's homey and comfy. I saw them having lunch, they cleaned the room, and everything was nice. They gave me the brochures for their activities, and they were getting ready to paint pottery. They also gave me the prices and the rooms were nice. All the rooms were occupied, but they seem to be the perfect size for someone with dementia. Everything about the place was nice and all the people I met were nice.

Atria Park of St. Joseph's was lovely. The guy who gave the tour was great and all the other people I talked to seemed happy. They had an activity room, PT, arts and crafts room, and a movie theater. The one-bedroom apartment has a huge closet. They had all these little groups around. So, the atmosphere was very social.

I was very happy with Atria Park of St. Joseph's. They've been wonderful. I'd give them high marks. I visited both assisted living and memory care. It's very homey, comfortable and clean. The aides and the people that work there were very good and very caring. It was like living in a hotel or a nice apartment. They were serving food at that time and it smelled good. They have a salon, a lot of activities for both areas, a lot of social activities, and a lot of things there that they do. They have transportation for doctors' appointments, shopping, and things like that. Everything about it was wonderful. We chose it for my mother-in-law.

All the staff here have been extremely helpful and lovely which reassures me that I placed my dad in the right place. Their Director of Nursing, Mary is very caring and communicative and seems to know what to do at even the most stressful moments. I know my dad is in good hands.

Atria Park of St. Joseph's is a very nice community and the people are extremely nice. Our only issue was that they did not have the apartments we're looking for, which is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath. The rooms are quite small, so they're perfectly adequate for only one person. I loved the community, and the people were terrific. It's just not the right apartment for us. The people that I saw had just finished lunch. They were in the common room. They were just chatting and getting ready for entertainment. They could not have been nicer. It just did not suit our needs, but that's not that's not their problem. It's definitely a great place, and the staff was just great.

The Director Chelsea was very hands on and helpful throughout the whole process while my grandmother was there. She is the BEST!!! The food was very good too. Atria Park of St. Joseph's is a great organization. I like it a lot, and I would definitely recommend this place to others.

My brother has moved into Atria Park of St. Joseph's. They're personable and very professional. The people that attend to the memory care facility are very good with dealing with these people. The place is very clean. I would give them nothing but high praise. Like today, the menu has two choices for an entree, and they also offer soup and dessert. I wish I had eaten there today. The menu looks fantastic. The amenities are adequate. The place is very clean. The rooms are small but adequate because they give you a good size bathroom, which is good. They have in-house arts and crafts, and they take them out to do a little shopping with them. They have good indoor and outdoor activities.

I love everything about Atria Park of St. Joseph's. It is very good. The staff members are very caring and very smart. They're wonderful to my dad. They are very good with med management, which is the most important thing to us. They have lots of activities that the residents can participate in. They do a lot of crafts, but my dad doesn't care about that. However, he loves music and they regularly have music playing, so he loves them. They have music all the time, and they have happy hour everyday. The food is very good too. Atria Park of St. Joseph's is a great organization. I like it a lot, and I would definitely recommend this place to others.

We have already found a place for my client. It's called The Atria (Atria Park at St. Joseph's). It has everything we need. It is very large. It has a beautiful restaurant, it has physical therapy, and it has a country kitchen where my client can cook her own food. The apartments are very big too. Those are the reasons we chose it. We have just moved in today.

Atria Park at St. Joseph’s was the one that I liked the best. The staff was terrific. It fit the patient in every way they performed, and I was very impressed with the staff. I thought that they were very nurturing, and in his final days it would have been the perfect spot for him. The community did well as far as their social aspect. I really can’t think of anything more other than the fact that it was handy to the family.

Atria Park was a very nice place. It was high on our list, but we did not select it. It was clean. The people were very nice, and they looked like they had their act together. They had a lot of good activities, and they showed us the apartments. There is music, happy hour, bingo, and an area that they use for movies.

Atria Park of St. Joseph's gave us one of its pies. The pie was very good but also very sweet. I was very impressed with the facility. It seemed like a very family-oriented business. They had religious services available and had plenty of activities. One thing that was really nice there was that the independent and assisted-living residents were housed together. This was very nice because if you were ever to get to the point where you could no longer live independently, you wouldn't have to move.

Atria Park at St. Joseph’s was a very nice place. We felt very secure there, but their prices were higher and their room is just a bedroom type. The staff was very kind to show us around and they are very pleasant. I would say they are excellent. We observed very few activities going on at that time.

Atria Park at St. Joseph's was my third choice. It was very clean, laid out very well, and served all three meals. There was a professional approach to everything there. It was not an overly large facility, so they had more attention to the residents. There was a full page of different types of activities that all the residents were involved with in the memory care.

We picked Atria Park for my mother to move in probably the first week or so of April. The biggest reason why we chose it was that it was closer to where my sister lived. The rooms looked fine and big enough. I met the nurse and a director who were fine, personable, and answered all of our questions.

The Atria was wonderful. I would go to it if it wasn’t so small and if it wasn’t so far. We had a wonderful time; we related to the people. The food was great, and the chef even came out and talked to us. They discussed that if we have to go to assisted, there is one single bed in the memory care where they have a locked fence.

My father is considering Atria at St. Joseph's because this was more affordable. The tour person was very, very nice to us, and she went out of her way to help us. She handled the questions with great expertise. She was really on the ball. In fact, we had something to eat there, and she actually gave us food to take home. My father wanted a west-looking room, she showed us to that room, and he liked it a lot. That was probably one of the factors why he wanted to go to this facility. Overall, the facility's cleanliness is excellent.

Saint Joseph was lovely place. The institution was very nice. I loved the decor. The food was excellent, and everyone that worked there seemed to be very nice. I liked their attitude because they always seemed to be friendly. The people that I talked to seemed to be happy there. Everything seemed to be as good as it could be. If I could afford it, that's were I would go. However, I don't think I could afford it.

We went to Atria, and it was enjoyable, but it didn't have the facilities that my mother was looking for. It didn't have a library, and she's very academic. They didn't have a pool. However, the people were nice and very inviting.

We moved my mom to Atria St Joseph's. She has been there almost a month now, and so far we are very pleased with the staff. In fact, that was the reason we selected the facility. I have eaten a couple of meals there, and they were so good. The dining facility is very nice. My mother has made friends with the residents at her table. The cook regularly comes out and talks to the residents. He seems to know all their names. On that point, I am happy. The only thing so far that has been a problem is that I get very confused about their medicine management, and so far that screwed up the bill every single month, but we are very happy with them at the moment.

The staff at Atria at St. Joseph's is very, very helpful, but I found their facility to be priced way above the other facilities in the area. If I remember it correctly, I don’t think their apartments seemed as large as the other facility I visited. They had a lot of activities to offer, but my mother didn’t care for the layout. She thought it was too close, and the price was way out of her budget.

I visited Atria, and I thought it was lovely. I liked the rooms, and the thing that I liked most about it was the chapel. I am a Catholic, so the fact that there was a chapel and an elderly priest who was assigned there was very important to me.

I have A DMT case and I chose the facility because they are strictly assisted living and no care beyond that. And that's suits me especially with my disease. The place was not that large and they only have less than a hundred people. I like the feeling of not over crowded. You got to know people around and family. And one thing why I chose the facility is because they allowed me to take my dog with me, which is very important. Other facility allowed you to take a dog as long you can walk them out but this facility is different. The best thing is that since I cant walk they will take my dog for walk which is very important. They are friendlier than any of the facility that I went to and they were more welcome as far as my dog is concerned. So that's a plus and and that's what makes this place sounds very good to me.
