I had an in-person tour of The Palace Gardens. There's nothing I don't dislike. The best thing I like is that the staff members are very friendly and welcoming. They had a garden. They had a Zumba class going on when I was there. They keep everyone occupied. The room was spacious. It had a walk-in shower and a nice closet. Each room had its own television and a little window with a nice view.

I visited The Palace Gardens in Homestead and I loved it. They had a barbershop, a nail salon, and they had everything there. The staff was nice, pleasant, and helpful. The place really looked like a palace. Everything was there, you wouldn't have to go anywhere. It was very spacious. They had a movie theater, they had Broadway shows, and a Happy Hour. I am really pushing towards having my mom there. I think anybody would want their parents to be there.

My sister was a resident of The Palace Gardens. It was a beautiful place, and I personally liked it. I thought everyone that worked there from the aides to administration were very helpful, especially a particular nurse, Jacqui. They would get you called, and they would call you back. The last 4-5 months that she was there, we couldn't go in to see her, but we could have glass visits. She did not participate in a lot of the activities because she was just being stubborn, but they had a lot. The place was always spotless, and it was absolutely gorgeous. I've always said The Palace is the place that I would wanna go when I needed to go into an assisted living. They had entertainment and happy hour. It was just a happy place. When you walked in, there was music playing and you can do so many different things there. They had an ice cream parlor and a movie theater. They went out of their way to accommodate people. She was there in and out for three years. She moved back with us, but I just couldn't take care of her anymore. The food was excellent. They encourage the family members to try to have a meal with the residents as often as possible. If she did not want to go down to the dining room, they brought her food up to her. It was a beautiful facility. Her room was very nice, and it was like a studio. It was big, and she had a lounge chair in there.

Great place for my mom. At first she seemed unsure but after a week she loved it. I now have to see if she isn't busy to visit her. The peace of mind is priceless.

The Palace Gardens was more expensive, but they seemed happy there. They had a lot of good things going on, like a gym, happy hour where everybody was talking to each other, and music was playing. They also had a garden with a pool and a lake view, and that was so pretty. I think that would be a nice place to stay, and more of a resort looking place. The dining area was nice, but I didn't eat the food, it seemed very nice, and they made an effort there to make it look like a fancy restaurant. The rooms were smaller, I saw an exercise class which seemed often, and it was really full.

If you are looking for 5-star elegance and 5-star treatment of your loved one, come to the Palace Gardens. They take exceptional care of all of their residents. There are exciting activities, a beautiful pool and dining room, and spacious resident rooms. The staff treats the residents like family, and the management will go out of their way to make anything happen for residents and families. This is a truly lovely senior living experience.

Don't let the outside fool you. It's all a show. They know to treat my family member with respect when I am there. Then when you leave it's the opposite!!! Tired of getting phone calls at night with my mother crying because she had been sitting in a dirty diaper!!

I visited The Palace. It was a very nice, older facility but very well kept, and the staff seemed very friendly. The staff was very informative and very nice. Everything was very good. The rooms were very clean and very well kept. It was an old motel that was converted to be a facility for older people and the rooms were adequate but a bit small and needed to be a little bigger. However, they were moving to a new facility with bigger rooms, so it would no longer be a problem in a couple of months.

Our visit at The Palace Gardens was great. Everything was good there. The staff was very nice. They had an old facility which is not the best, but they were moving to a new one that was really nice.

The Palace Gardens is really nice, but the building is kind of old. The location was very convenient for me. They gave a tour, and the people were very nice.

My experience with The Palace Gardens has been excellent. Everyone is very caring, loving, and helpful; I saw that during my first visit, which is why I chose it for my loved ones. The atmosphere is very nice. I have eaten there a couple of times and think the food is excellent. I have never come across such wonderful people. I recommend it.

My grandfather has been in the Palace Gardens since November. The staff is amazing and everyone is very courteous and very aware of what’s going on. The place is always clean, and the residents are always clean and very well taken care of. They have a lot of events for the family to involve the family with the residents and staff. It’s an awesome place. They do have options to have a roommate, but he has a single room that has a bed, a TV, and a working AC. They have maintenance staff on hand, so that if something happens, they’re there to fix it. The dining area is impeccable. They have lights and music sometimes for the residents and happy hour, Bingo, exercise; they have all kinds of activities for them.

The Palace Garden was very upscale. I had toured about 10 other facilities before I saw this place. It definitely changed my perspective as to the benefits of the one I had chosen. The rooms were spacious, and they were like apartments. The food was like a smorgasbord. There was quite a bit of choice, and if you needed something special, they were right there ready to make it for you. The dining room set-up was like a New York City restaurant. It was really top-rated. I would say that I found the attitude of the staff to be variable, and it definitely affected the atmosphere. However, the place was so superior, and I would give it a rating of 50.

We were actually considering putting my father-in-law at The Palace Gardens, but the only thing that kept us was the distance from all of us to be able to go and see him. It was a much larger facility, and it wasn't residential style, but all the different activities that they had were perfect for my father-in-law. It would have kept him busy. Also. there were lot more people he can associate with. It was a type of location that would probably work out for my father-in-law. They have music, bingo, and movie theaters as well. The other plus was that they were getting a brand new facility in a similar location, and he would have had a private room there. The price was right, the amenities were great, and the people seemed to be very caring there. Everyone there was happy.

We went to The Palace Gardens and it was like a converted motel. It was dark and dingy, and the pool was dirty. It was also very expensive. We were not happy with what we saw.

My mother is in The Palace Gardens. I am very happy with it, and what's more important is that my mother is happy. The food is excellent. I have eaten dinner there numerous times, and it is delicious. She is in a shared room, and I want that because she doesn't like being alone. Each room has its own private bathroom. So, the 2 roommates share the same bathroom. They have so many activities. From the time they get up until time to go to bed, there are always activities. She does yoga and bingo. They have movies and live entertainment every day and happy hours where they have ice creams during the live performances. So, she is very happy. I like that is not too big and not too small. It is in the medium size that I am looking for. I have a very good vibes every time I go there. I go there maybe 2 to 3 times a week at different times, and the staff is always very friendly and very nurturing.

The Palace Gardens has the most kind, nurturing, thoughtful people I have ever had the good luck to work with, and everybody is so cooperative and pleasant. The food is fabulous; there is a variety of anything you want, anytime you want. There are a lot of things to do. Every afternoon you get a glass of wine and music if you want. There is a pool, the place is unbelievable, and the price is right. I would absolutely recommend this facility to other seniors. I worked visiting nursing homes as a consult, and I have never had that much good luck in my entire life. She has a very large bathroom in her room that accommodates a walker and a wheelchair. They have two or three floors; she is on the first floor. If the client is in trouble they take her over there to the nursing care, and the owners keep the place scrupulously clean.

The Palace Gardens was an older facility but it was good. The price was also cheaper compared to the other facility we visited. But most of the residents spoke only Spanish and my mother-in-law did not understand Spanish. She would not be able to talk and make friends with the other residents.

This assisted living facility is beautiful. The grounds are well-maintained, and the interior has a luxurious feel. The location definitely lives up to the name "palace." The personnel is friendly and always makes me feel welcome when I visit. The location has many amenities for residents to stay active and entertained. The dining area is clean and the food is always fresh and delicious. The staff is attentive and friendly toward the patients and guests. When I visited, I noticed that clinicians were very timely when needed by patients, which was important for me as I considered the care that my family member was receiving. The staff is properly trained and takes care to follow all safety protocols. Finally, the on-site physicians were a great resource to learn more about the comfort of my family member and that her needs were being fully taken care of. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in the South Florida area.

My church members and i arrived one Saturday morning around 9:00a.m. Just in time to help with breakfast. The staff was very helpful and supportive of us being there. The home was very clean and the court yard was very well manicured. Besides from the slight Oder, that wasn't noticeable after being there a while everything was great. We were able to interact and minister to the people there who were great, and a lot of them just wanted to talk and hold a long overdue conversation. Some of our ministry played board games and dominos with elderly and other just sat and listened. I believe that we made a huge impact on them because for a lot of them don't really have visitors or don't have family that come to see them so by my ministry going and spending that Saturday was great for them and us. The reason why I say that is, if you could see those people faces from when we arrived there and when we left they were totally different people.
