There is plenty of room for clients to walk around at will, of course supervised. Always. The staff is friendly and outgoing and very concerned about their clients and pay attention to all their needs. I would recommend this environment for anyone who has a loved one that needs to be stimulated.

My friend goes to Senior Care of Brevard now for almost a year..she has changed so much for the positive that some times I forget she has brain damage. The caregivers at senior care are amazing . After getting to know them they have all been there for at least 8 to 10 years. My friend is always greeted at the door with a hug and a Good Morning Mrs. Betty. She is so cute telling her husband about her day..the exercise program is her best. They are so busy ...always having fun of some kind. The love and attention every person gets is so heart warming. She is treated as a adult not a child. I love this place .. and I can see why some many families have brought their loved ones here.

My father was diagnosed with dementia in 2008. The change in him was so slow I barely noticed it at first. However, that was just the beginning. Towards the end he was frustrated, combative and confused. I did everything I could to help him, but I was unprepared for the change. I had been his caretaker for the past 18 years, just after my mother passed away and every time he got sick, I took care of it. But this, this was just too much for me. That is when I talked to Linda at Senior Care of Brevard; she explained what was happening and (more importantly) what would happen. We live almost 50 miles from Senior Care, but when she offered to take him for a day, I jumped at the chance. He loved it. He would come home and tell me about the "Safari" they went on and how music was always playing (he loved big band music). Everyone was so nice to him. I ended up bringing him in once or twice a week, the long drive meant nothing compared to the relief. It was also good for me. I had more patience with him during the difficult times. Then, when the end came, Linda drove to my house, twice, to help me. This is no ordinary Day Care facility; this is a special place where people treat you like family. God Bless Linda and the staff at Senior Care of Brevard.

"My cousin Joaquin has been coming to Senior Care of Brevard since May of 2010. He was born disabled 62 years ago. My mother, Jennie, also went Senior Care back in 2000 and was there for 5 years until she passed away. Then my Aunt Ada started attending Senior Care back in 2005 and was there until she passed away. All of my family members had dementia. It was so reassuring to have my family cared for by this Senior Care. The staff is very compassionate, professional and loving in the care they give their clients. I have always been satisfied with their service. Most of all, they did everything they could to help me "“ always checked up on me to see if I was doing okay. It was like I was important to them also. I highly recommend Senior Care of Brevard not only for the excellent care that is given, but because of the compassion shown to their clients. Senior Care of Brevard not only gives good care to the clients but they also make a concerted effort in meeting the needs of the caregiver, like myself." Lucy
