I wouldn't put my dog there at Cloudberry Lodge at Brandon. It was really bad. The facility itself, as soon as you walked in, smelled antiseptic and the carpets were stained. I saw three dead roaches on the floor while we were doing the tour. Cassandra was very nice, and you could tell she really, really cared about the people there, but she didn't have a lot to work with. The place was a very old building and most of the views from the bedrooms were a view of the parking lot and much of rubble from construction. The staff was well-meaning but fairly inexperienced, it seemed. If they had been a lot cheaper, I would understand, but they really weren't that much less expensive than the really nice ones.

I had an in-person tour of Cloudberry Lodge at Brandon. The place is excellent. It's clean. The people are very friendly. It's just that right now we can't afford how much they want. It's a little expensive, but it's worth it. The rooms are neat. They have a lot of fun things to do. They keep the people busy. Everybody looks very happy. The staff was very helpful and congenial. She listened to my situation and understood what I was going through.

It is the best facility ever. They have plenty of staff who are very nice and very helpful. The rooms were larger than normal. They have crafts and they sing songs. It’s not the most modern or newest, but it’s very nice inside.
