We toured American House Bonita Springs. The best thing that I like is it's very quiet, wide open, and has lots of windows. The least thing I liked about it was the apartments were small. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. There were a lot of things going on that seemed like they were busy and looked good. They had a salon and a bistro. They had a very active activities coordinator. The swimming pool was nice and easily accessible for somebody with limited mobility.

I liked American House Bonita Springs. It has more of a pastoral setting, with woods and trees and grass around. I did not like the carpeting on the floor, but what I liked best was that the staff was very friendly. There were lots of accommodations for people coming in. The size of the units was larger and they had balconies, which appealed to us. We met the chef and he was very friendly and very forthcoming. We met the woman, Kari, who showed us around and told us about American House. She was very friendly, very outgoing, and very honest upfront. We met the director as well. They had a gym, places to exercise, places for people to gather around to play cards or games, and a swimming pool.

American House Bonita Springs was very clean and nice. Everyone seemed very helpful, nice, professional, and knowledgeable. We saw a studio, and it was nice-looking. It includes appliances, but not furniture. There was a stove and a refrigerator. The staff who assisted me was very warm and knowledgeable. He looked like he cared. They are also accommodating to Parkinson's patients, so they have knowledge about it.

American House Bonita Springs provides transportation and daily activities. They also offer transitional aging, but it just wasn't all under one roof. Other than that, the staff was very cordial. I liked that they don't shove it down your throat. They were focusing on the positives of the facility and trying to show you that.

We are planning to move my sister and brother-in-law to American House Bonita Springs. We chose them because of the care, and they could move to memory care if it becomes necessary. They're undergoing some renovations right at this time, but the floors that were done were good. The customer relations staff didn't respond when they said they were going to respond. I saw the room and how it's been finished and remodeled. They had a library, activity rooms, a theater room, and several dining rooms.

American House Bonita Springs was a nice place. The staff were great. The places were clean. The rooms were nice. They were doing activities like playing cards, and people were in the gym. It was lunchtime when we went, so a lot of the residents were getting ready to eat. The living atmosphere was very nice. The place was very clean.

My father was in memory care. The apartments are nice and spacious. The administrators make promises they can't keep. They are happy to take your money. The few staff that are there try hard but the staff-to-patient ratio makes it unsafe. My father was sent by ambulance to the emergency room and no family was notified nor did they know what hospital he was at. No planned activities, and no activity director. The nursing director quit suddenly. I felt bad that I selected this place for my father to spend some of the last days of his life in.

My mother is in Memory Care at American House and she is doing so well. I struggled with the decision to place my Mother, but when I found American House and their staff, it made everything so much smoother. From the tour to the move-in, to my weekly visits with her, everything has been perfect.

Toured this community for my brother. I was extremely impressed by the Sales Director. He was able to answer all my questions. As this was my first experience looking into senior living, it really put me at ease. He was able to make me feel comfortable and brought up things I hadn't even thought to consider. Thank you.

We liked that American House Bonita Springs had a park-like setting, and that all the apartments had individual lanais. Those were the two big things that we really liked about it in comparing it to other places that we saw. The apartment had a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. The staff member during the tour was very personable, very nice, and knowledgeable. She took us on a full tour of the facility. They had a beautiful pool with a walking ramp and a firepit by the poolside. It was very nice.

I liked American House Bonita Springs. I liked the surrounding area plus the facility itself was nice. The staff who showed me around was very good. There's a pool, a courtyard, balconies, and a walking path around a small lake. It had stuff that you could do easily. The rooms were very well designed and would be easy to use. It was done well. They had a kitchen, washer and dryer, and A.C. of course.

We looked at the American House Bonita Springs and it was very nice, very affordable, and the people were nice. It would have been a good place. I think they're getting a new chef from Louisiana, and they're going to improve on the food. You might want to go when the improvement is done because we were disappointed with the dinner, the lunch, and the breakfast. It was not to our standards, but most people are not like us, so we have to adapt. At this point, I'm not willing to adapt that far. The people there are very nice. Julia was very nice. It's just our own preference. We are expecting a little bit too much on the food part. We only looked at independent living. We were happy with the one and a half apartment we saw, and we thought that was really desirable for us.

American House Bonita Springs is a brand-new community. Everybody there is very nice and helpful. They have a lot of amenities. They have a lot to do for the residents. They have activities, crafts, a pool, and a program to keep the residents involved. It looks very clean. One of the reasons why we'll choose it is because they accept Medicaid.

American House in Bonita Springs is awesome. We went on two tours over there. The apartments were lovely, they were very handicapped accessible, and they have a full kitchen. They had a small library, they had a lot of socials going on, they had a pool, they have very pretty grounds with a lake. The physical therapy room looked really good, the gymnasium area, and they had like some bingo stuff and that kind of thing. It's an older building. It's definitely to a different person's taste, but it was very, very nice for somebody who wanted that atmosphere.

I visited American House Bonita Springs. It's not a place that I would be interested in. The room that I saw was very pleasant. I was just a little dismayed by the size because I have too much stuff. I went as far as getting rid of a lot of stuff because I was at the point of selling my house and moving in, but I changed my mind. I realized that it was a smaller apartment, but I don't think others were any larger, so I can't fault them for that. They were very pleasant and very helpful to my needs and what kind of apartment I would want. I was just not impressed with their facilities.

My mother moved into American House Bonita Springs. Most of the people there are helpful, and I think the facility is very nice. Her room is excellent. I'd move into her room any day. The meals seem to be good, and it's a good variety. They have a salon, they're pet friendly for small pets, and they have field trips available. The facility is clean, kept clean, the exterior and the walkways are very nice, and it's a very beautiful place to be.

My dad is now staying in American House Bonita Springs. They are very topnotch. It has worked out for us. The staff members are very good. They have great activities. They have a swimming pool and a great therapy program. The food has been very good when I have eaten there. The room is very nice. My dad has a shared room. It is very good and it is better financially compared to other places.

Extremely disappointed in the lack of assistance, lack of information & lack of compassion. Truly treated as a business with the residents (your loved ones) treated as a commodity for the bottom line.

The rooms at American House Bonita Springs are great. The place is really clean and they keep it that way. They treat my mom very well. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the food is very good. They have quite a few of activities going on. It's a good price and she's doing fine there. They have pools and physical therapy rooms. It's only three years old, so it's nice and new.

American House Bonita Springs Senior Living has a pool with rails so you can walk right into it. They also offer two meals, a hot meal during the day and another one during the night. The staff is very friendly. The place is fairly new so everything is perfect. The thing that impressed me the most are the people there. They're very upbeat and happy, which means a lot.

I saw American House Bonita Springs. I did not feel that there was much of a community. It is young. They haven't filled the place, so you don't see a lot. The woman who took me on the tour was wonderful. It's very nice, I just don't think that was the place for me. The apartments were nice and the space was really lovely. I was very impressed with the space, but there's not that many people there. The staff was very nice.

American House Bonita Springs Senior Living was new, and they had a separate building for the memory care. The independent living area was actually very impressive because they had all sorts of activities and a couple of swimming pools. Mom was going into a brand new room that had never been occupied before. The room was nice, bright, and cheery with 2 big windows and a nice view. Her room opened up right into the common area. The bathroom had no fall hazards. It had good nursing staff and caretakers, and they all seemed like professionals with lots of experience.

American House was very good, and we liked it. The rooms were very nice. The staff that showed us around was very nice, and anybody we met there was very nice too. They offered 3 meals a day, the people ate in the dining room, and they had snacks and coffee.

American House Bonita Springs Senior Living is fine, and it is a very nice place, but I am not impressed with their health services capability. The place is clean, and the food is fine. The grounds are very clean and attractive. I wish the staff would do more in terms of doing blood pressure and all that, but I would give them a ton of credit for being observant. Even if they were doing something and just out of the corner of their eye they saw something starting, you can see them moving quickly. They were there as quickly as they possibly could have been. From an assisted living point of view, it's a very nice place to be.

We liked American House the most. I think it was quite nice. It was newer. It was a nice place. It was very clean and open. The person who assisted us was nice. The atmosphere was also very nice. They had a lot of things for you to do and there were a lot of people there.

I looked at American House, and went there once or twice. The place was brand new, but it was a little more costly. The rooms were bigger. The dining area was nice, it was like a big banquet hall. There have activities.

I was able to visit American House Bonita Springs, and I like that it was brand new and very close to where I live in Bonita Springs. I did tell my mother about the place, but she didn’t like it, because she thought it was too small. They do have different activities during the day for the residents. They have bingo and arts and crafts.

We liked American House Bonita. It was a newer facility, so everything was much newer. The rooms were a little more updated. Why we did not select that place was because the transportation for those who did not have a vehicle was not as accommodating as the place they were in was. I did not taste their food, but they had a limited menu; there was only like a couple of items to choose from. The kitchen was not open as often. We saw the schedule, and they had some neat activities. They had a nice cinema room for movies.

The girl that we spoke to mentioned this one place to us called American House, and it turned out to be a top-notch place. The first floor is independent, and that's what we will have. However, they also offer on another floor assisted living, and they have a new building coming which will be their memory building. We are extremely pleased with it, and the two ladies that are working there right now are extremely nice. We had not actually seen a room other than floor plans because it is not built yet. It will be done in April. What they're offering is going to be very pleasing; it's exactly what we wanted and we're very pleased with it. I would highly recommend it.
