Review of Gwynedd Estates
Gwynedd Estates was very well-run and nice. Everybody was hospitable, but it is a CCRC, and the entrance fee is not refundable. The units were also rather small, so I wasn't interested.

Gwynedd Estates is very nice, and I am very impressed with what they do. The rooms come in all sizes. I know a wealthy couple who bought two units and put them together, and it is very impressive....
