920 On the Park is an affordable housing apartment building for people aged 55 or over who also qualify based on income restrictions. The 780 bus route has a stop just outside, and there are two large shopping malls within a half mile of the community, with cinemas, big brand stores and specialty supermarkets. The apartments are equipped with full-size kitchen appliances, window coverings and emergency medical alert systems, and all floor plans have a balcony or storage alcove. Utilities are included, and residents have access to maintenance service around the clock, including an online service to request repairs. The on-site management team is responsible for organizing social activities and the van service. This senior housing community has a common room with pool table, treadmill and lounge chairs, as well as a lending library and business center. Laundry facilities are located on site, and the building has controlled entrances for extra security. Other features include community fitness and social activities organized by residents and management and a lunch program.
