I like Brookdale Wilton very much. It's older, but it's very nice and very well cared for. They have nice spaces, and the room that they showed us was fine. It is definitely on our list. The staff who gave me the tour was very nice, very informative, and very helpful. She went through everything. She did a very good job of it. She was helpful not only with her place but with that kind of care generally, so that was nice. She didn't rush, and she showed us everything. We were very happy with her help.

I was in Brookdale Wilton for only half an hour. They had two studios available at that time. The gal at the desk, Sandy, was very helpful. The place was nice. Our issue is that dad screams at night and that would require a sitter, so we would have to hire an outside person to do that. The dining room was nice, and they offered him a studio. Everything seemed very clean, the staff seemed nice, and the layout seemed good. I like where the nurse's station is in memory care; it's right where you walk in. They had a nice outdoor area where they had some rockers. The grounds seemed well kept. A lot of the activities were closed. The lady told me that they're not doing a lot of the stuff they usually do like chair exercises, and it is all due to this upswing in Covid. Dad would be doing crafts and those types of things. This place was recommended by his gerontologist. The studio would not work because he would need somebody sleeping with him, and it was not big enough for another bed.

Brookdale Wilton was very nice. It's not as new as some of the senior places we visited, but the staff was super. They went the extra mile. The man who interviewed me, Kevin, was outstanding. Even though he knew we'd be keeping my relative where he is, he'd still call to see how we we're doing. The rooms and the atmosphere were very warm and open. The people want to talk to you and they were just very nice and very different from the other places. The receptionist here was very nice and the people were really open. They go along with whatever you, as a resident, want to do and see.

My visit to Brookdale Wilton was a positive experience. The place was well-maintained, clean, and nicely laid-out. The location is good, because it's close to some restaurants and shopping areas. The person there was extremely helpful, nice, and the tour was great.

Brookdale Wilton had a very lovely layout. The food was good. They have a very stable staff who did a very good job of managing my mom’s medication and medical needs. Everything that my mom needed to do, they were willing to help. Their nurses were very efficient. They have a lot of in-house activities and events, including concerts, programs for families, and holiday parties. Plus, they have an on-site beauty shop.

We visited Brookdale. The folks were very nice and accommodating. It was fairly good also. The rooms were very similar to the place where my aunt was. I didn't dine there, and the dining seemed a little smaller, but it was pretty clean. They had the same activities as the place my aunt was in. Everybody was very polite. They showed me the room. They answered all my questions. I would have moved my aunt there if I had to.

My mother has been in Brookdale Place of Wilton for about two months now. It is a fabulous place. The people are caring, loving, and very attentive, and they listen to the residents and follow them. They go up to their room to give their medications instead of making them wait in line. Right from the director down, everyone is caring and really nice. I recommend this place to anyone.

Brookdale Place was a smaller community. We looked at what the prices would be, but we didn't do a complete calculation on what rooms they had available and what specific prices they would be. They have some activities, but they don't have a lot.

The people at Brookdale Place were very nice. We had a good tour, and they were very helpful. The rooms were very clean and very spacious. They were playing bingo. Their living room was on the small side, and I didn't think that their social area was that large either.

Brookdale Place of Wilton is an excellent place and the staff are definitely professional. They know how to tailor to each of the resident's needs. They were really great with my mother-in-law when she was there for a month. I would definitely recommend them.
