Staff is wonderful. Very helpful and honest. Best move I have done. Food is great and wait staff are most helpful. Everyone goes above and beyond what they need to. Rooms are clean and comfortable and as a single man, very roomy. Lots of great activities to keep me busy.

My tour of Atria Crossroads Place was very helpful. They were very pleasant. It's a very nice facility. They simply could not offer sufficient care for my mother. They decided that she needed more than assisted living and that she needed more help. The staff was very nice and very pleasant. They answered all of our questions. We would have been very happy for my mother to go there if it had worked out. They showed me a one-bedroom apartment with a kitchenette. During the walk through, there were people playing cards and there were people that were getting ready to go on a little bus trip. It was at the end of lunchtime, so there were people who were eating in a very beautiful dining room. Altogether, it was a very nice place, and everyone we met was very nice. They sent us home with pastries, which were delicious.

Atria Crossroads Place was very pretty and had a very enjoyable atmosphere, but the apartment was too small, and I had to have all my meals in the dining room. I would be dependent upon everybody for everything and I don't like that. I am not comparing it with the standard of care in today's senior facilities. This is simply based on my needs, and this facility doesn't meet my needs at all, but that doesn't mean that it doesn't meet other people's needs. The most important thing for me would be to allow freedom to go out for meals. The staff was great. They gave me a sample of their apple tart and it was quite delicious. They had a library, and very comfortable and lovely garden/patio areas.

We toured Atria Crossroads Place. The people were very nice. They had a nice library. They had a pool table, too. My husband thinks the one-bedroom might be a little bit bigger than the other place. The staff was nice enough. There's nothing wrong with the staff. They're very knowledgeable about what goes on there, the amenities, and that kind of stuff.

I toured Atria Crossroads Place. It looked like a nice place, and it seemed to be a little less expensive than some of the others that I looked at. It was a smaller memory care unit, so it seemed as though they had consistent regular staff that had been there for a period of time. Because they had a smaller number of residents, it seemed that they would be able to give the residents a little bit closer attention than some of the ones that have larger memory care units. The apartment had to be furnished by the resident, and the size was smaller compared to the other ones. It was an older facility, but they just did a big rehab and it seemed very nice. The marketing person that took me around showed me what I wanted to see and I liked what I saw at this place. On my way out, she gave me a box of fresh baked goods from their kitchen that were very good. So, I got a chance to try one of their desserts, and it seemed to be done very well with healthy ingredients.

I was very impressed with Atria Crossroads Place. It was excellent. The place was very impeccably kept clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. There seemed to be lots of activities and we participated in one of them. My mom enjoyed it very much. There was like a little cider and dessert party that they were having. It was very nice. They have a community room where they have these events. There's a beautiful foyer where people can sit. There's a fake fireplace with heat coming out of it and that was very nice. We had lunch there and the food was very good. There's a courtyard and some of the places have little balconies or outdoor sitting places.

I've been to Atria Crossroads Place, the facility was really pretty. They do a good job of keeping it clean and bright. The money was very expensive down there, if you look at the services that my mom might be getting at here versus where she is at, there's no comparable amount for the same services. The 1-bedroom apartment is also smaller than where she is. The staff who gave the tour was wonderful, she was very, very patient with my questions. The facility itself was pristine, modern, and bright.

I have toured this property for my mother. Just walking through the front doors has such a welcoming feeling. The apartments were quite large with lots of light and nice views. The dining room ~ amazing! It's like a restaurant. They were celebrating all the birthdays for the month in their great room with live music, singing, decorations ~ they even gave us some cake! We felt very welcomed by the people working there and the residents. Now to get Mom's house sold!

I toured Atria Crossroads Place. The bedrooms were smaller there so it wasn't as spacious as some of the others. The community was very clean. The staff who assisted me there was very good. The community was small, but they were fine. They didn't have everything the other places have. They showed me the dining room, the private dining room, and the country kitchen. The nice thing they had there was they had like a snack bar that was open all day so that you could help yourself to food. That was something that others didn't have, so that was nice. The dining room was nice. They have a nice library. Everything is just a little smaller.

I had an in-person tour of Atria Crossroads Place. The overall programming, public areas, and everything were beautiful. The apartments were a little underwhelming. They were small, and most of them didn't have a stove. If they did have a stove, they're turned off. So they're more like kitchenettes versus a functioning kitchen. There was public laundry out in the hall. There was no private laundry in the apartment. The staff was very friendly and professional. The dining room was very nice. The bistro area was very picked over, but it wasn't well-stocked. They had a movie room, a public meeting room, a private dining room you could host events. They had a gym, but they didn't have a physical training staff. There was no pool.

As a visitor, the tour we had at Atria Crossroads Place was very favorable. The reason we did not choose it is that it was very isolated from other parts of the town in which it is located. My mom did not like that, and I did not like that either. You can hear the interstate highway. It's really close to it. I know she would not like that. The people were very nice though, and the facilities were very nice. It was just primarily not chosen due to its location. We toured the assisted living, and we saw a studio. It's very spacious, clean, and very thoughtfully organized. The facility was very clean. When we were there, they were having a musical performance. Everybody seemed to be really enjoying it. The entire residents were there.

I went to Atria Crossroads Place. I looked at a couple of different apartment setups, such as a studio and one-bedroom. I saw the dining hall, the great room, meeting room upstairs, as well as some of the different functions that people play (from the residents to other people who run the daily business of the place). I was there around lunchtime, and they were all heading towards lunch. I didn't actually see any specific activity going on. I did not have lunch with them. I have eaten in the place years ago with another friend that I had who was living therel but that was years ago. I remember it, and I enjoyed it back then. The staff gave me a nice look at the place and left themselves open to many questions.

Atria Crossroads Place has two separate sections for memory care, which is odd to me. The whole thing was not as good compared to the other places we visited. You could tell it was an old place, and it didn't seem like it was up to the standards that I was looking for. The staff was fine. She told us a little bit about the place, but she wasn't as forthcoming. I feel like it was just a cursory tour. They were doing music and crafts when we visited. They have an outdoor area, but it didn't seem like it was as nice as the other ones we saw. We checked a room, and it had a shared toilet. It was weird that they had two bedrooms that shared one bathroom. Overall, it just didn't seem like the place that was best for my mother.

I had a look at Atria Crossroads Place and I'm seriously considering it. Right now, the Atria Crossroads is the one that seems to fit me the best at the moment, as far as location is concerned. The only thing I'm concerned about is, because of the pandemic, I didn't see too many of the other guests that live there. I'm pretty high functioning at the moment, I don't know what will happen in a year from now, I just wanted to make sure that the other people were at least my level of high functioning and I wasn't able to see that by that day, but otherwise, it was a very good experience. The staff showed me several of the rooms that were not occupied. My main concern is the closet space. Some have a little more closet space, some have very littlea. She said there was one walk-in closet in the apartment which, at the moment, somebody's living there. She said when that becomes available, I would get it, but I hate to think that I have to think somebody died before I would get their apartment. That was another reason I would not give it a 5 because of the closet space. The facility itself is very nice. The staff apologized that we couldn't do food tasting because of the pandemic, and it was just a couple of weeks before Thanksgiving. Even now, I don't know if I would even be able to get in person or visit there. She was very friendly and very accommodating. It was very clean and no smells or anything like that.

My aunt was at Atria Crossroads Place. If you have somebody who either needs memory care or can live with assistance, they are phenomenal. They do not take Title 19, but I cannot say enough wonderful things about Atria. They were so hands-on, so encouraging, and so supportive. We've been very blessed. The staff was superlative. There is not one of them that didn't absolutely give their best. The food service was phenomenal. The social interactions, the social services people who get people together for lectures or for music, they'd have music and dancing, the whole socialization program, they were just amazing. The people there really care. Every single staff member, from the cook, to people who come in to clean, to the guy who fixes stuff, everyone of them put their heart into it. They were incredible. It's a beautiful facility. I went there last week to clean out my aunt's apartment, and they were so helpful and so kind, and they miss her terribly. They're just loving people.

I went to Atria Crossroads Place and I saw just the first floor. They gave me the price and it was much more than I could afford, so I didn't bother looking at the rooms. The building was very modern, but looked very generic. It's not too interesting looking. The staff was friendly. It's independent and they would give me assistance if I needed it. They provide all the food and housekeeping. They have all kinds of activities planned every day. Even if I could afford it, it's not my type of place.

My mother moved into Atria Crossroads Place, and it was very good. I've eaten there a couple of times, and it was very good. They're all very helpful and very friendly. The facilities are very nice and clean. I've been to the great room a couple of times, and just for a few minutes I watched a couple of activities. I would highly recommend it. It is a very nice place, the residents are all very friendly, and all day long they have activities to do.

Atria Crossroads Place was lovely. I liked the big chandeliers as you go in, and everything was clean and neat. They would take my dog and my cat, but I find it disturbing for the other residents if I had to bring my pets up and down the elevator because some might be allergic to pets. If we could get a first floor apartment, then it might work. They had a library, a dining room, laundry facilities, and an exercise room, but the place wasn't active enough for me because they didn't have a swimming pool (or even a pool table). They were less expensive than a lot of the other places we saw.

Atria Crossroads was very neat, clean, and nicely laid out and spruced up. I liked it. Of the three places I saw, Atria was my favorite in the Waterford area. The activities were good. The menu looked excellent.

I'm living in Atria Crossroads Place. I've been here for four years now. It is very good here. The people are very friendly. The food is very good. It is going to be hard any place else to match the food. They have a very good chef. I have a studio, but it is very small. Atria Crossroads Place is a very beautiful place. It is only 15 years old. It is a very attractive place.

Atria is very good for Alzheimer care. They have a lot of activities. The price is reasonable for my mother’s care there. Brand new, remodeled apartments, really nice. The staff is really caring; the food is really good. Her clothes are always clean, and they take good care of her. They treat people there as if they were their own family. I can’t say enough.

I visited the Atria. It's excellent; bright and friendly. The rooms are gorgeous. It's not like living in your own home, but there is adequate space for a couple. I didn't taste the food, but it looked very good. They had a wide choice and accommodated different types of dietary needs. They had things like games, and they had exercise. They had lots of different outings that they prepared so people could go shopping, or go to see movies, or shows, and they had services to take people to the doctor. They had all different kinds of stuff that people could do, from sedentary type things to activities of different sorts.

Atria was a very nice facility. It was very pleasant. As far as what we saw with what they were doing with the people, it was very good. There wasn't as much going on there was at the other facility we saw. That was the only difference, but the facility was very nice.

This is a jewel box of a facility. I have visited many times (trying to convince my Mom she wants to move here from PA). They are warm and welcoming, the facility is bright and beautiful, the food is fantastic, the activities are out of this world and the staff treats you like the family members you are. I would recommend this facility to anyone who wants their loved one to live in a vibrant and caring facility with all the comforts of home and then some.

The staff were friendly for the most part, though we did have a few issues. My grandmother ran out of toilet paper (they did not provide it) and failed to let us know. She also went for days without a shower and stunk badly when we went to see her. Other than that, the staff appeared to be patient and seemed like the cared about her well-being. The facility itself was very nice. It actually reminded me of a hotel when I walked inside. The lady at the front desk was warm and friendly, always had a smile on her face. The location of the facility itself is nice, easy on/off to I-95, but set far enough away from the highway where it wasn't noisy. The part my grandmother was in had a nice cafeteria and the food looked alright. She is no longer at this facility as it costed too much to keep her there. Overall, I would rate the Atria a 7 out of 10.

The Atria Crossroads Place is a beautiful assisted living facility. The main reason I enjoy the Atria is all the amenities it has to offer. From a small library, deck, hair salon, on call service, med dispensers, in room heat and a/c, full meal services and dining hall, and a music and recreation room this facility has it all! She is very happy here and I am very glad we chose the Atria as her new home. You also can have a small dog or cat if requested! Very well kept grounds and halls.
