I've moved into Evergreen Crossings Retirement Community. I like everything about it and there's plenty of whatever I eat here. The cafeteria is beyond belief. Everything seems to be perfect. The facility appears good. It's very convenient all the way around. The staff is great. They did extra without me asking, so I'm impressed. The activities are very good. Everything's great and available. Value for money is fair. I feel great.

I toured the Evergreen Crossings Retirement Community. I like the general location, the town, and how close it is to everything. I like the services. The building was beautiful. The facility was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It does not feel like a retirement place. It felt more like a condo. The staff was wonderful. They were very inviting. It was spotless. The layout and the sizes of the rooms were nice. The full kitchens were great. I felt very welcomed when I stepped in.

I did a tour of Evergreen Crossings Retirement Community. When I met with Suzanne, she was very personable, explained many things to me, asked about myself, and offered to do a tour, which I did. We toured different apartments. One was a 2-bedroom, which was too large for me. The other three were 650 square feet and 610 square feet, 1 bedroom, and also a studio. The 610sqft 1-bedroom was a very livable size. Suzanne showed me all the amenities, I spent 2 hours with her. I think it's the most beautiful, independent living place I have seen. It also seemed to have cheerful residents and just a very nice demeanor. It was beautiful, and it's laid out so that in the wintertime, you can very easily walk the first floor and the second floor and get a very good walk-in for the day. They had a beautiful theater. There are grounds outside that are very nice. I found that it was tailored to each individual's needs. They have a beautiful dining room, a salad bar, and a spot where you could pick up something quick if you were hungry at times other than the meals. It's just a beautiful, very friendly place. If I were to choose one, that is the place I would choose.

Evergreen Crossings Retirement Community was a very nice place, but their prices are a little higher. They have a cafeteria-style dining room and it's a huge dining room and you can have your meals in your room if you want. They can bring the food to you or you can get it yourself. You sit down with whoever you want or with nobody if you don't want anybody and it seems like a much more flexible arrangement as far as the food is concerned. We've had the food there and that's very good. It's a beautiful facility. They take good care of them. They're very clean and very well maintained. They have good heating and air-conditioning in the rooms, and they're all designed to be individual, so you can set your own thermostat and you don't have to worry about anybody else's heat or air-conditioning. They allow pets. You walk into the foyer and they have a waterfall thing going on that makes it very restful and very calming. Everything is spacious and clean. They have a beautiful theater that has theater seating rather than chairs. It's got a stage and they have performances. They show movies there every afternoon. They've got maybe 15 or 20 rows in it. It's a big place and it's very nice. It's a little more expensive than the others, but it would be worth it. You get to select the meals. They have a group of entrees that you can pick from for dinner.

Evergreen Crossings Retirement Community has a warm and cozy feeling to it. It's a beautiful place and the staff is very nice to my in-laws. They are very friendly, very patient, and accommodating to their needs. They have all the amenities they need. Food is good. They are enjoying it and they have a lot of different choices. The facility is very nice and very clean. It's very easy to get around. My mother-in-law walks the halls very often. They have exercise classes, arts and crafts, a movie theater, and shows where they bring dancers in.

I really like this place. Every one is so nice. I was there for a tour of the place. Food is great, all included with the rent. I looked at other 55 and older communities, but this one i choose in a heart beat. Do your self a favor and check it out. You be happy you did.

I am a family member of a resident. I am also a nurse, so I was very careful with my search for an independent living facility. I wanted it to feel like a community not an institution. I was grateful to find a facility that was run by such caring people. Yes, price is important but to find a place that offered such quality and friendly caring people was amazing. The management with Bill and Liz at the helm allows me to know they're "want ever it takes" attitude filters to all the staff. Everyone is kinds and ready to help. The appt. is great size, food is wonderful but rally its about the caring people running this facility. I have seen the good, the bad and the ugly. This is right up there with great. Highly recommended. Mary.

My Father-in-law was a charter member at Evergreen crossing and loved everything about his time there. The food was excellent, the people were wonderful. It was a big comfort to me to know that he was cared for so well when I could not be with him. I could not say enough good things about this residence. Bill, the manager, was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed and was always attentive to any requests or concerns. You could not ask for a better manager than Bill. The staff exceeded our expectations. The facility itself was like living in a Marriott it was so beautiful. It truly made my father-in-law’s final years the best ones. We will miss all of the people and staff. If you want the very best for your loved one or yourself, do not hesitate to come here to this caring, luxurious residence. You will not be disappointed.

Evergreen Crossings Retirement Community was new and they hadn't sold all their units yet. It's independent living but you can have as much help as you need, you just have to order it. I liked the layout, the cleanliness, the number of facilities, its location, and the hiking trails. It's facing a natural preserve area. Everything was beautifully appointed. I'd move in there now myself if I were in that kind of market. It was nice. I like the parking and the availability of garages and that my cart would be parked, cleaned off, and brought to me when I wanted it and that part was very cool. The staff was very helpful, delightful, answered all the questions, very generous, and enthusiastic. I liked her energy. I liked the energy of anyone I saw there. It was cheerful and happy. They have a beauty salon, a gym, and a physical training room.

I went to Evergreen Crossings Retirement Community. It was very, very nice and very new. All the people were very friendly. The price was somewhat expensive in comparison to the others that I viewed, but the offerings were comparable. The rooms are larger. They have a full kitchen as opposed to just a small refrigerator. It's much more of an independent living place if someone wants to use the kitchen, but it was more expensive. They have an activity coordinator there. There are exercise classes offered, different crafts, and a movie room. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly.
