I visited this facility

Care for my husband’s stay for rehab after hospitalization was outstanding. The staff from start to finish was attentive, professional and efficient but always with kindness and caring. Medical follow up was great. Facilities and his room were lovely. Covid protocols made things tough because no visitors but staff was great c

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

If you are looking for a skilled nursing physical rehab facility do not send your loved one here . This is the facility is not capable of caring for somebody that needs any type of medical attention or assistance of any kind. Some of their nursing staff does not treat their patients with any empathy compassion and dignity. The only thing they can do is hand out medication and that’s it. If you can have a family member be there 24 seven with your loved one to monitor your loved ones treatment then that’s what you have to do. You cannot leave your loved one alone at this facility ... The staff needs to be monitored constantly to make sure they are doing things correctly. They do not handle their patients with any type of kindness or compassion if you need any level of health assistance to get up to move to do anything I would highly suggest you do not and I say this again do not take your loved one to this facility . They are just not capable of any skilled nursing care of any kind or physical reha they are just not capable of any skilled nursing care of any kind or physical rehab of any kind. Keep your love one safe and do not take them to Noble horizons . It’s all pretty on the outside but once you were on the inside it’s a very scary place it’s all pretty on the outside but once you were on the inside it’s a very scary place .👎 Certain staff members are very rude and they miss treat their patients verbally and physically they treat their patients with disrespect and do not talk to their patients appropriately . If anybody would like specific examples please email me and I would be more than happy to talk to you and save yourself from what my mother and family have gone through.

I am a friend or relative of a resident

We used Noble Horizons a couple of years ago. My cousin was there for rehabilitation, and that was a very good experience. She was very happy there, she liked it, and she would have gone back there the second time, but they didn't have a room for her, so she went to another facility instead. They had an assisted living area as well and a lot of activities.

I am a friend or relative of a resident

My paternal Grandmother spent the last three years at her life at Nobel Horizons. Living just up the street, I visited her often and overall, found it quite favorable. The campus was stunning. The grounds consisted of several acres, beautiful sculptures and landscaping, as well as three different living options. Along the boarder of Nobel were the solo living mini houses. Each house had its own porch and entry, as well as a small one car garage. The facility itself consisted of a ward for the patients in need of more daily attention, and a smaller more intensive ward at the north end. The dining situation was above par, and whenever I visited my grandmother, we were set up in a beautiful private dining area to have a private visit for no additional cost. Nobel often held holiday parties from Halloween to a noon New Year celebration. The only big problems I had with this place was the lack of sincere care from the nurses (which is to be expected and why I made an effort to visit as often as possible), and the lack of gym facilities where my grandmother could have lightly exercised when she wanted.
