My dad moved into The Residence at Ferry Park. It has kind of a homier feel, and it was a little smaller than one that I had looked at. It seems the staff was very warm and friendly, and it was just really a gut feeling. We have a good experience. They honored their commitments, and the staff was there helping us move in and transition my dad. Everything has been renovated there, so it's very clean. Everything is new. His room was nice and a great size. It is just a beautiful facility. One thing that's hard is that there's not a lot of residents on the memory care side, which is hard for my dad. There's not a lot of people right now, and I wish there were more honestly so he would have a broader range of people there to talk to.

We toured The Residence at Ferry Park. We just like the presentation, the cleanliness, the menu, and the caring of the staff. The menu looked good and my mom was very pleased. There's everything available from the hair salon to all the different groups, and all the different things I have going on. It's everything. The apartment was very nice and very spacious.

The tour at The Residence at Ferry Park went well. It looked like they had a lot of activities for memory care. They had a very nice layout and very nice rooms. It looks like they have an extensive menu. I had a couple of samples, and it was very tasty. The chef was very nice. They did a good job with the meal prep. The dining room was nice. The staff was very nice. She answered all my questions and was very proactive in finding out what my dad's needs may be to make sure that they were a good fit.

Everything was very nice at The Residence at Ferry Park. They had the usual amenities that every home has. There was a couple of workout machines, a nice dining room, and little nooks to read in. The staff seemed great, very kind, and very caring. It was very, very convenient. It was close to restaurants, shopping, and all the other amenities that you'd look for.

I liked that The Residence at Ferry Park had both assisted living and memory care. The people could go back and forth between the two. So if a resident of memory care wants to go to some type of function over at the assisted living, they were able to do so. They had the nicest staff. It just seemed like the residents, in general, all seemed to be extremely happy there. I would recommend this place very highly. The staff was very knowledgeable and caring. She had full conversations with the residents as we were walking by them. There were some people eating breakfast that looked good. They gave me a little box of cookies to take home, which was delicious. The staff showed me the menu, and it looked very good. The facility was very clean and well laid out. There were a lot of different activities and different places for the residents. They have two separate courtyards, one for assisted living and one for memory care. The only difference being the one for memory care was completely fenced in.

I loved the setting of The Residence at Ferry Park. It is newer and I loved that they have security and the ability to track residents so they don't leave the building. The person who introduced me to the place was very good. The dining area was quite nice. The furniture was nice, spacious, and was laid out very nicely. It looked beautiful.

The Residence at Ferry Park changes hands so much, but it is what it is. What happens is if you need assistance, they just have staff on board that you just pay an extra monthly fee, and it becomes assistance. That's the difference. My mother would just be in the same apartment, she would just start to get a caretaker that comes in depending on her needs, a certain number of hours per day. That's their assisted living. Everybody was very nice to me and everybody looks happy. They gave us delicious cookies. They were painting their fingernails and playing something. They revamped the whole place, so it's newer than the other place I toured. They had similar facilities as others. I've seen the backyard, I saw the entranceway, the dining facility that they eat at, the lobby, I went up to the library and they have a hair salon there. The staff who gave the tour was very good. Whoever I met introduced herself and was very, very nice.

We went to The Residence at Ferry Park. We were greeted very graciously, very courteously. They took us into one of the apartments, we sat there, and they offered us coffee and pastries and talked a little bit. We did the tour. It seemed to me to be pretty upscale. We talked to some of the people that worked there, and I think of the four places we visited this was the most upscale one. The significant downside for me was that the apartments did not have a stove and a microwave; they had a very small refrigerator and a small sink. There was no ability for the resident to pop up a coffee in the microwave or warm up some soup on the stove, so all the food that you want, and I guess you have to call down to the cafeteria or restaurant for something. From a dollar point of view it was more expensive for the place, and actually more expensive for a one-bedroom in other places. The cost of this for a large studio was comparable a little bit more in some of the other places for a one-bedroom.

My wife is in here. We're pretty satisfied with everything right now. Her apartment is very good, has plenty of room, and is in excellent condition. The staff members are all very good as far as I can tell so far. The dining area is very nice, and there's enough room. There are exercises and a lot of activities every day. They have good recommendations, and the staff members we talked to were very cooperative, very pleasant, and knowledgeable.

I visited with my brother. Everything is excellent. I was in awe with the beauty of the place. The rooms are very nice, roomy enough but not too big. My mother has an apartment for a single person. She's got kitchen and everything. We were able to go in ahead of time and set up the room with her furniture and her belongings. The food is excellent. When you look at the menu, it's set up so you'll feel like you're eating in a nice restaurant.
