Only been a few weeks but so far very impressed with the facility. Night and day difference with my mother since we moved her. She's happy and active now versus depressed, agitated, and anxious at the last one and price is almost identical. Rooms are very comfortable, bright and updated with everything you need. They were willing to work with us on my mother's special diet and she eats her special meals along with everyone else, which is a treat for her as she always had to eat alone before and had felt like a bit of an outcast most of her life due to it. Only bad part is she's not as happy to see us everyday as she's got other friends and things to do there now. So far, couldn't be happier. Staff has all been great and seem happy to work there, too.

I went to Brookdale El Camino. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They had what my mom needed for care. And, I haven't run into anything that I would say was a negative response to anything that we've dealt with so far. There's staff in the facility 24/7. They're able to dispense my mother's medications. They were able to accommodate her dining needs, cutting her food up for her in the kitchen so it didn't have to be done out in the dining area. She has friends from the facility she's at now who are over there. So she's going someplace where she knows people.

We toured Brookdale El Camino for my parents. The place seemed pretty nice. The rooms and the staff seemed pretty nice, too. The room had a kitchenette with a microwave and a small fridge. We looked at a one-bedroom, and it was nice. They could eat downstairs and it's recommended that they do, which would be good for them. They would provide 3 meals a day. The tour guide was very nice and answered all my questions. They had a courtyard, but we didn't go because it was cold. The nicest thing about this place was if they ran out of money, they would find ways to keep them there.

My parents are now at Brookdale El Camino. We chose it because it is close to my sister, and it's a smaller community. I've been there multiple times, and everybody has been very helpful and personable. The people that live there seem happy and healthy. They have a nice outdoor patio area. It's a couple of different kinds of places. They have somebody that comes in and cuts hair once a week, so they have a little salon there. They have an activities room and a room with a pool table. They take you out on outings up in the mountains or so forth and things like that. The staff is very attentive. They were always available whenever I had questions before the move, after the move, and things like that. Good customer service. We checked the menu, and so far, I've had no complaints from my parents who have been there for over a week now, and they have three meals a day, so that's a good sign. The community is pretty much spotless. I was very impressed with all of that. That was a huge thing for me. There's a nice variety of food, too.

Brookdale El Camino is very nice. That's the one that we like. It's very nice, just a lot higher priced. They have a lot of activities. They would take them out of town, and they would take them to Wal-Mart once a week, which is nice. They would also take them to Cripple Creek, which would be great, but I just don't think it's for my father-in-law. It's very nice and more updated. They showed us this library. They have a pool table where he could go. He would probably be interested in that, and they did that once a week. They have barbecues outside on the patio. The staff members are all very nice.

We found Brookdale El Camino for my great grandparents. The employees really care. It's well kept and homey. It doesn't feel like a center. We've checked the menu, and we're going to lunch on Friday with them. The menu looks really good. The rooms are really accessible for the elderly, I would say. I think that they have a lot of good options, whether that's taking them to Wal-Mart, Marguerita nights, and stuff like that. They have a lot of stuff to do. They have outings to some of the parks around here and restaurants. The only thing that I didn't like is they have steps into the showers, but that's just me personally.

We're real impressed with Brookdale El Camino. They have been reaching out right when we need to be talked to. It has been great. We talked to the sales manager, and she met us there, and it was all during the virus thing, so it was limited. We came in through the back with masks on and masks for her also. She let us into a studio apartment to check it out. The facility was incredibly cleanm, and from what we saw the studio room was very nice. She has been nothing but exceptional with answering questions, letting us know of things we weren't thinking about, and is still reaching out to us, so we're very lucky. I came through the back way, then a little turn in the hallway down to the door, and we went in the room and shut the door.

Brookdale El Camino was nice, but it wasn't something I would want my mother to be in. The facilities were older, and it was kind of like living in an older hotel. The staff members were fine though.

Brookdale El Camino is good. Mom has been there for 5 years. I think they need more staff, but they're very caring, and I'm very satisfied with this place. Mom is very comfortable, and she's well taken care of.

The gal who led us on our tour at Brookdale El Camino was quite good and very informative. The place is very nice. Brookdale felt more like a nursing home to me because there were more people sitting around in wheelchairs with blankets on their laps. Overall, it's a good place.

Brookdale El Camino is just 15 minutes from home. I didn’t have to drive an hour to visit mom. That was the major consideration. We like everything about the place. It’s like walking into a nice hotel. We liked it a lot, but they didn’t have an Alzheimer’s unit.

My mother-in-law used to live in Wynwood of Pueblo. She had a nice deluxe studio there. I would say that the staff was very nice. I had tried eating there, and their food was really great. We liked their food. The security and safety of the place were good too. The only thing I don't like about the place was the bad laundry service.

My mom was in Wynwood of Pueblo before. The staff and the rooms were both great. It was really nice. The rooms were pretty large, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. When she first moved in, she liked the food quite a bit, but after that it started to go downhill. They had musicians come in and play, Bingo, and crafts. She liked the place and she was happy.

Wynwood is a very nice facility. It's very expensive and I do not think that we will go there. The staff was very nice, very caring, thoughtful and very attentive. I visited two different types of apartments that they had available and they were comfortable. I would recommend it if they could afford it. It would be a very nice place.

The staff is tremendous! They care about their residents and their needs. They are always very polite and courteous. They always put a smile on my great aunts face. They are very nice to guests as well, and have complimentary guest meals for visitors. Their food is of great quality and not as bad as the nursing homes. They are able to accomodate most living situations and what the resident needs in order to feel comfortable and to get around. The facilities include a patio, plenty of ample parking, computers, phones television,an emergency call system in case your loved one needs help and noone is around. The only thing I didn't like is they really don't have no outside area like a park or a grassy area with benches for the residents to enjoy the outdoors. They do have balconies though that if you are on a high enough floor you can view some of the outskirts of Pueblo and see the outline of the mountains.
