My Dad was in this facility for 5 weeks recently (entered on Halloween of 2019). He recieved great care from great staff and got steadily stronger to return home and is now doing well. Hats off to the Admin and Nursing Staff, PT, OT, food prep, maintenance... A family member visited Dad every day and we were all very impressed with the whole experience. The Staff encouraged his independence, but stepped in with complete care when needed or desired. We are greatful and we made a lot of friends (residents and staff) while Dad lived there.

Well, a majority of my clothes disappeared, they were replaced. Now several months later they had to be replaced again. Because of this the laundry people are trying to track my clothes . Because of this I have no clean shorts to put on besides the pair I washed out in my sink last night. This is only one of several problems. Before you put your loved one in here talk to residents, not just the ones cherry picked for you.

Rally thought that this place went above and beyond to make us happy. The facility has been rehabbed and looking to keep moving in a great direction. Cant beat the staff and their knowledge.

I had visited someone there and I was disgusted. The place is dirty, it smells horrible, residents were uncared for and the staff was horrible

I would never recommend this place to anyone. My mother went their after breaking her femur a few years back. She was in pain and was on a lot of medication and has bead osteoporosis. She couldn't go to the bathroom by herself, so they had to come in and clean her. She explained that she has osteoporosis and to please lift her gently from side to side. They flipped her over and broke her arm, and proceeded to get annoyed with there! I took her out of this filthy smelly place immediately. Someone just asked me about this place today, and it brought back a disgusting feeling again, that I had to make sure anyone who reads this will know.

Sierra Vista accepts Humana Insurance, which is why we chose this facility for my mother. The facility is old but they're in the business of remodeling it now. It also has more of a family feel to it, not institutional. Most of the staff in Sierra Vista are very helpful. For activities, they have music and bingos and volunteers would come in and do their manicures, for example. My mom loves the food and she is happier being there.

Sierra Vista is one of several assisted-living facilities in Loveland, and as far as I could tell, it's not the most posh or new. However, when we visited, the grounds, though aged, were very well cared for. Our relative had recently been moved to a new room with a better view, and she enjoyed the window looking out to the courtyard. The staff was extremely courteous, in that small-town, small-organization way where they really want to help you and make things more comfortable. They were really good about encouraging residents to join together for meals for a change of pace and a chance to socialize, but they also graciously honored our relative's request to just have a quiet meal alone in her own room. They were very accomodating and polite when our family (including 2 toddlers) came to visit, and they didn't try to hush us up or hurry us out in any way. Our relative was kept comfortable, cared for appropriately, and offered plenty of opportunities for socializing while she was at Sierra Vista.

My mother was in Sierra Vista for a while, a very, very short while. The place smelled bad and was extremely dirty. It was also not well staffed. The food wasn't bad but that was about the only thing about this facility that wasn't, sorry to say. My mother complained to me that she didn't feel safe there, either.
