We chose Bethesda Gardens Loveland for Mom because of the price, and it was also a very classy facility, especially value for the money. It has a very nice common area. The restaurant serves meals on tablecloths and takes your order. Her studio apartment is very large and very comfortable, and it has a nice little kitchenette in it. The food is good, and my mom is happy with the food. The staff members are all very friendly and very helpful. They have crafts, bingo, and movies.

The staff at Bethesda Gardens Loveland was really nice. It was very fancy, which my mother doesn't like. It was very dark and felt institutional, especially up on the floors. The building was well kept, new, and has been redone. It looked beautiful. It just was very cold to my mother. She loves a lot of light and a lot of windows, and it didn't feel that way.

Bethesda Gardens Loveland is a nice place. I found the memory care unit to be a little bit dim. The staff seemed caring though. When I was in the dining area, it was partially clean. The staff who gave the tour was very friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed to care about the residents.

I toured Bethesda Gardens Loveland for my parents. I like the common areas, the dining rooms, and the activities that they offered. The rooms that I saw, they were studio apartments, I think, and it didn't seem like there was enough space for both bedroom stuff and a little living area. The upkeep of the place was fabulous, though. It was beautiful and clean. And some of the rooms had a beautiful, beautiful view of the mountains. There was an exercise room and places where people could play cards and do puzzles. There was a library, too, so lots of things like that. The staff was awesome.

My parents will be moving into Bethesda Gardens Loveland. The staff was busy with residents. They showed a lot of care for each one, while we went through the hallways. It was a very nice-looking atmosphere and environment. I think my parents will be happy here. The staff was wonderful. She took me through twice to remind me of what everything looked like. She was very accommodating with my questions. They have a nice patio that they can go out to.

The person I met at Bethesda Gardens Loveland was Kendra and she was very nice and very compassionate. She listened to us, seemed very caring, and very concerned about her residents. The memory care facility was very nice. It was clean and well-kept. Their rooms were great, because they had their own separate rooms for privacy. They weren't huge, but they weren't as small. They're decent-sized rooms. The yard was the only thing I didn't like a whole lot. It was kind of small. There was a sitting area, but no grass. There was a fence though, so it was secure and that's good.

Bethesda Gardens Loveland was a very nice place. What I liked about it was that it was a not-for-profit facility. The staff was very nice, and they introduced me to several people there. The atmosphere was very nice. They had nice outdoor areas. The only thing I didn't like about it was the parking. You have to find on-street parking somewhere. Other than that, the facility was fine.

Bethesda Gardens Loveland was wonderful. It was just super welcoming, and the way it was set up was great. The rooms were great. It's probably my top choice. The rooms looked like little condos. They were great. They had kitchenettes, and no bathtub, but they had an easy walk-in shower in the rooms. They have a bathtub in the facility if the residents want to take a bath also. The staff who accommodated me was wonderful in explaining everything and very helpful and very knowledgeable. It was very clean. It was very up-to-date.

Bethesda Gardens Loveland seemed like a pretty nice community. They've got everything we need as far as what looked like pretty good food service and plans in terms of giving my father's medications as he needs them instead of leaving it up to him. They have a pretty good staff ratio, it seems. It looked clean. The rooms looked very compatible with what my dad was looking for. We didn't try the food, but to me, it looked pretty appropriate for what my dad likes. The dining area looked clean and nice. They have outside walkways and places where people can get outside. They have a place where he can get a haircut and certain things like that taken care of as he needs it. They have game rooms with lots of games. They have areas where they can gather to watch movies and just associate with each other.

Bethesda Gardens Loveland is generally good. They got good people here and it's got a pleasant environment. I believe everybody is having problems with food right now (as part of the government lockdown). Lately, there's a problem with fulfilling the menus that they've published. I have a studio deluxe, and it's fine except for occasional problems with the heater systems. They've been replacing a lot of heater units lately. They have moderate exercise classes every day, bingo four times a week, movies to show, card games, and a very nice lobby where there's a fireplace and comfortable seating and where they have a lot of get-togethers there. This is one of the better-priced places I've seen.

The staff was very nice. It was a nice, clean community. They were more expensive, and they didn't have any room. So, like for me, it wasn't an option. The layout was clean, very open, and seemed good. I saw a couple of rooms, and they were nice. It was just a nice living area.

The tour I had was great. The lady who showed me around was very friendly and very enthusiastic to have me there, and hopefully it would be a place where my aunt could live. She was very friendly, warm, open, and I felt very comfortable around her to just talk about my aunt in general. The inside was very nice. The rooms were amazing too. One of the rooms had a closet, and it was just absolutely huge. It was almost like a second bedroom. They allowed pets, which was a plus because my aunt loves pets, and they seemed to know almost everyone who walked by. They also have a lovely cafeteria area, a beauty salon for getting your hair and your nails done, really nice activity rooms, a library, several little sitting rooms throughout the facility, a crafts room for group activities, movie trivia, bingo, or things like that. I felt very comfortable there. I really liked everyone, and it just seemed like a very nice community. The staff was very nice and understanding. It was a great place.

We went to visit and everybody was so friendly, it just felt like home. That was important, I felt I could be happy there. My daughter-in-law said that I could be, that's why we went there. They gave us a tour of everything, and it was nice. I had a choice of two places, and they were great. It's just what I was looking for. The place was very neat, and very clean. A lot of thought went into making it feel like home. They have a big fireplace, a TV room, a movie theater room. When we went, it was 11:30 a.m., and people were lined up, ready to go in and wait for lunch. Their menu shows you the food is good. We passed a library, a computer room, the gym, and billiard room. The room that we looked at, there were two of them, one was a studio, which I could be content with, but when I saw the one-bedroom, that's what I wanted. In the one-bedroom apartment you walk into a small foyer. The kitchen has a tiny refrigerator, a microwave, and your sink with a counter. That's it for the kitchen, because you eat with them, and you don't need to cook unless you want something special. The closet space is almost like another room. It is so large, I can fit my queen-sized bed into the bedroom, plus the dresser and the nightstand. The bathroom is a walk-in shower, which is what I was looking for. The views on the window are fabulous. It is really nice there. Everyone that you pass says, "Hello, how are you?" They are very friendly. All of my utilities are included in my rent. I don't have to take any special money at all to pay anything. It's terrific, everything is so neat and clean. The appearance of it, it is just home.

My dad said, "I'll take it", after touring the facility and finding they had a room available. After a little over two months there, he has nothing but positive things to say about the facility, the people, the staff, the food, and the social opportunities. He is happy!

My grandfather was here. We chose it because it's assisted living and because of the location. He's had a mishap; he's now in the hospital, and he's probably going to go to hospice. He's probably not going to make it back to the complex, but our experience there was great. I was very happy with the place. It's close enough for all of his friends to come visit and for his doctors. The staff was very helpful. The residents were in quarantine at that time. There's easy movement within the facility, and it's very clean.

I really appreciate the special attention to making sure that the residents are well taken care of. When my mom was admitted she was isolated for a few days while we waited for the test to come back. We would both hate it if somehow she had it and had shared it with others! The staff has been so accommodating too! I drop stuff off for mom and pick up mail that she doesn't understand. My mom really likes it there. She even says she is lucky to be there! Her happiness and safety mean the world to everyone in my family.

It was a very nice, big facility, but my mother would have been on the 3rd floor, and we didn't feel it was appropriate for her. They didn't have an opening at that time.

We toured and we looked at a couple of different sized rooms. We talked to one of the directors there. We looked in all the different places like the workout room and the physical therapy room. We looked at all the dining areas and the hallways. They were nice and clean and didn’t have an odor in them. There was a lot of staff around, and they answered our questions. They were very open and friendly and didn’t mind us walking around. The residents were happy to talk to us. They answered our questions, and they seemed to be very happy living there.

It is good, the staff is doing a great job to my mother-in-law. She seems to be happy and I haven’t heard her complaining. The rooms are clean and nice. I have tried a couple of meals and everything seems good. They changed the diet around a lot. People order their food in the dining room and there are wait persons and they have a menu and they do offer something every day. They have hamburgers too. They have entertainment, church service every Sunday, they have an activity director that is trained to come up with different things; they have crafts, bingo, movie night almost every night. However they have a little bit of a problem with medication, she misses her medication sometimes.
