My mom has only been here about 3 weeks. But my family and I finally have peace of mind that mom is being well cared for. The staff are exceptional. Anna in admissions is... well she is remarkable. Teresa is too, and Lindsey and well as I said ALL of them are fantastic. They understand the special needs of the wonderful people they care for. They don't treat them like plants to be watered or shelves to be dusted. But like the people they are. Deserving of compassion and care and love. Especially with this pandemic now where we rely on them entirely to do the best for our loved ones. Juniper is not a fancy show off place. It is designed with the comfort and care of its residents in mind. A place where they can live safely and happily. I can't attest to the food as I haven't eaten there, but I don't see why that would be a fail when all else here is exceptional. I highly recommend Juniper Village to anyone who needs a special place for a special person.

I toured Juniper Village at Louisville. The only thing I didn't like was that it was too far away, and I didn't want to go farther than 50 miles or so from where I lived. However, everything else was great. They had an ice cream shop and four neighborhood communities. The staff was exceptional, enthusiastic, friendly, and knowledgeable, and it had a real team feel to it as if they were all working for the residents. The building was very clean and nicely decorated. I think they had remodeled in the last few years, so it was a very nice facility. It's very cozy and has great artwork. Each of the neighborhoods has an artwork theme like sculptures or landscapes.

I have been a volunteer at Louisville for over 5 years. The community is always clean and the residents always seem in good spirits. They do a fabulous job keeping the residents engaged in meaningful ways. They always have the best celebrations that the residents, families and staff always enjoy. The staff helps me get to know the residents and finds special ways for me to interact with them that is unique to each person. Volunteering at Juniper has brought great purpose to my life and I look forward to many more years there!

My father has had Alzheimer's for ten years and until recently lived at home with my mom. In the spring it became apparent that she was no longer able to keep him at home. Our family was sad and nervous about having him move into a residential facility. In June, he moved into Juniper Village which has turned out to be a wonderful experience for all of us. Last winter, my dad stayed at Juniper for a week of respite care and we knew then that when the time came, we would move him there. It is such a loving, comfortable and fun place! We know he is in great hands with the caring and communicative staff. I so appreciate how well they have gotten to know my dad and all of the support we received from Anna in admissions.

My mother is moving into Juniper Village at Louisville. It's a fine facility. The staff was nice and informative. They responded very quickly and were willing to work with me. She's going to have a studio with a private bath. The person I've been working with has been very helpful.

My mother has been very well cared for by the wonderful staff at Juniper Village. She is far happier than we ever thought she would be in a memory care facility.

My mother fell and broke her hip. I was in California and couldn't get home till the next day. Karan, the director, went to the hospital and stayed with my mom until 11:50pm. The caregivers have been to see my mom on several occasions. The nurse, Sherri, has been wonderful.

Besides having Alzheimer's our father has been a very difficult and challenging man. We were concerned that he would not work out in a care facility. The staff at Juniper Village have been truly amazing! They have successfully worked through several challenging situations with our father. They have genuine affection and caring for their residents and we see the affection goes both ways. Our father is finally adjusted and content at Juniper Village and we are so grateful.

Great facility layout for optimal engagement between staff and residents. Great staff, very caring, knowledgeable, compassionate and helpful; always present and helpful. Residents allowed to live their lives as independently as possible while in a safe, healthy and caring environment. I would want to live at Juniper Village at Louisville, CO.

Mostly very good - Care level is good, but they''re not very good about getting someone to answer phones or get back to me when I leave a message. I have always had to call back myself; instead of someone calling me back. Oveall, I am pleased with services - lots of activities, attention, and decent food.

Beware the 30 day check-out policy. Even if your relative dies you are expected to pay for 30 more days of occupancy if the room stays vacant.

This facility (and I shutter to call it that because it's really a home) took very good care of my Grandma to the end of her life. Because she was so small, she never had to transfer out. It was always clean and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond with their care. The setup was amazing with daily art, memory games, songs, worship space and much more. Grandma loved getting her hair cut and visiting the beauty parlor. I cannot imagine there is a better place for the family member that suffers from dementia.
