My mother moved into Meadowview of Greeley, it's been good. Her apartment is nice, she likes it, and it got lots of room. When all of the covid restrictions are gone, it would be nice, but they have an exercise class, and they go on scenic rides, and so far, that's all they're allowed to do right now. The staff are very nice, very helpful, they seem to care about the residents. Everybody I dealt with has been very pleasant and very helpful.

We toured Meadowview of Greeley. I like how it looks. It looks like a lodge. It has big timbers and it's very open in the dining room. Her room is very nice. It has a pretty good-sized living room with an arch and then another tiny seating area by the window and her bedroom and bathroom. It's very clean. Michelle gave us the tour and she was just very accommodating. First, my husband and I went to visit. Then we took my mother and my brother, and she was very good with my mother, talking to her about what she wanted, what she needed, and so forth.

I toured Meadowview of Greeley. It's very nice. As you walk in, you get a lot of high ceilings and decor on the inside. It's like a lodge. It's a nice, comfortable feeling. It doesn't smell. They showed me both areas, assisted living and memory care. They take the people from memory care and they have a lot of joint activities, and of course they're supervised. The rooms were very nice. The staff member was very friendly and very knowledgeable. She took me around and she sat down with me and answered all my questions. She spent a lot of time with me. I was talking to the residents and they seemed to be happy there. Everybody seemed to get along with the staff. That was one of the communities that I would definitely take my mother-in-law in.

Meadowview of Greeley was the most expensive of all the places I looked at. It was luxurious, and it was a little more stuffy and uppity. The staff who gave me the tour was fine. She just seemed like we were not their demographic, but she did follow up and asked if I had questions. The rooms were really spacious, bright, and very well-kept. The dining room was like a giant lodge, and it was more set up to have a luxury restaurant feel.

Meadowview of Greeley was a no-go, we would not move my parents there. The staff was just awesome, we like them and we're very impressed with them. It was just a maintenance issue; there was water damage on the ceilings. As you walk up to the building, there were issues with shutters, there was paint missing. It just looked trashy, and then you walk inside, and it looked uncared for, even the carpets. It was just maintenance issues that needed to be taken care of. The staff was fantastic, but there were trip hazards because there were rips in the carpet and things like that. It just was not what we were looking for. This is where the food smelled awful. It was supposed to be a pot roast that day, and it did not smell like a pot roast. The people started gathering in the cafeteria lunch area at about 11, and that's all we saw. What they served when we left the tour did not smell like pot roast. The staff were very nice, very friendly, and they answered all our questions. They talked to the patients, and they knew them by their first names.

We toured Meadowview of Greeley. When you come into the building, it was very nicely laid out and it's like a mountain lodge, so that was very nice. One of the residents was playing piano, so that was great. The apartment seemed to be pretty roomy. The staff seemed very nice. The dining area was right when you walked in, and it was a nice set-up. It looks pretty much like a little restaurant, and it serves restaurant style. I think that's nice for the residents to be able to feel like they're dining at a restaurant instead of more like a cafeteria. They have a salon. The one thing I would have liked was a spa bathroom where they could go take a bath if they wanted, and they did not have that.

We toured many other facilities before Meadow View of Greeley, and there is no comparison. My tour was with Megan, the director, and she was so kind, patient, and attentive to our needs. I was impressed with how beautiful the memory care facility was. My father has been at Meadow View for 3 months now. I have spent a lot of time there helping my dad to adjust. During that time, I have gotten to know the staff. They are all top notch! Ericka, the Healthcare Coordinator, has taken her time to talk with me each time I have had questions or concerns. The staff spends lot of time with my dad helping to meet his needs. They have even taken the time to come up with creative ways to make him more comfortable. For example, they suggested that we re-arrange Dad's room so that his bed and recliner are not near the door as they have noticed that the extra stimulation of people walking by and doors closing tends to bother him. The staff was very happy to move the furniture for me. Immediately, I could feel the difference in the room. It feels more peaceful and calming. I cannot express enough how grateful we are for Megan, Ericka, and the entire Meadow View staff. Their care and attentiveness for each resident is unparalleled. I would also like to comment on how wonderful the activities are at Meadow View. Rebecca has an uplifting, happy attitude and she is so good with the residents. I especially enjoy her sense of humor! My two brothers and their spouse recently visited Meadow View, and their opinions were the same as mine. I doubt there is another facility that even comes close to the standards of Meadow View. We are all grateful to the entire staff for their loving care and happy attitudes. We highly recommend Meadow View of Greeley.

BEWARE of moving into the facility! The Facility talks a good talk, the aesthetics are very nice and that is where it stops, Food is unpalatable, Care is very poor, Abundant staff is of the skeleton crew status, Excuses are abundant and nearly nothing gets done as stated in the sales pitch! You or your loved one will be in danger at this facility unless they are completely independent and then the amenities are limited. Very Pricy for what you get.

The only one that has really met my needs is Meadowview because it has two bedrooms and an actual stove, and the food is good. It has two bedrooms, which I absolutely need, and very nice because it has an outside patio, and a kitchenette that has an actual stove.

My mother-in-law was very happy with MeadowView. She didn't eat a lot, but she was happy with the menu items. The overall atmosphere was very friendly, very contentious, and very caring, and they provided her everything that she needed; we were very thankful for that. She was very comfortable there.
