I just left after another truly fun and enjoyable visit with my neighbor. She moved in after her husband passed and has found great friends, great support and we always enjoy great food when I visit. The staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. This is the best thing my friend ever did for herself and I look forward to moving in one day myself.

We have toured Aspen Trail Retirement Community, and their staff members were very nice. We weren't as pleased with the food there as the other place we visited. Also, the residents have to go through a cafeteria line to get their food. It's a new facility with new rooms. The residents were nice, but not as friendly as the other community.

We're residents at Aspen Trail Retirement Community. It's an independent living, month-to-month facility. It's new, just one year old now. Everything is in good shape. Our main interest in other places is primarily the location. This is in the car dealerships. It has a lot of traffic and other things around, and not much room to walk around outside. The place is in good shape, but there's quite a bit of turnover of staff. They don't have a chef for a while, but that's not a major inconvenience. We have a 2-bedroom place with a kitchen and everything; it's in quite a good shape. We get cleaning every week. I don't know about efficiency, but they have 1-bedroom and a 3-bedroom. They have a lot of activities like Bridge, a lot of games, and some activities like sit-down exercises. They don't have any swimming pool or any water facilities. We have three meals a day. You can bring in care from an outside group if you need it.

We've chosen Aspen Trail Retirement Community for my mom, but we have not moved her in yet. What made us decide was the friendly atmosphere, and I think one of the things that convinced her was the way they did their food operation. She really liked the way it was different than the place she currently lives. She likes the way the food was organized. The staff member who walked us through during our tour was very friendly. She answered all our questions honestly and was very forthright. We had a very good experience on the tour. The facility was brand new, clean, attractive. It met all our requirements in terms of size and cleanliness. They have a church on site. They have a bank. They have activities that I think my mom would like. They have a crafts room and some classes that I think she'll actually take advantage of. They've all been wonderfully friendly and choosing to get to know her. They were asking her questions, and they were seemingly very interested in her.

My wife and I visited the rental office and were greeted by Gina and Gary. Clean and welcoming office. Gina and Gary answered all questions involving costs amenities, opening dates, etc. We feel comfortable with our decision to move to Aspen Trail when they open in November. We both feel that COVID 19 protocols are important and appreciate the effective wearing of masks and careful cleaning at all times during personal contacts.
