We visit this facility often to spend time with my wife’s grandmother. The staff are always very friendly and seem like they truly care about the residents. The facility is clean and they seem to offer many wonderful activities to the residents who call it home.

So very happy that we choose this facility. It was quite an adjustment for my mother but she has settled in quite nicely!

I am new here, but I know value when I find it. I found my new Family at Westminster Terrace Senior Living. Within my first month, I have made new friends with several residents and staff. Though every similar facility offers food, medical support, activities etc., — when the savvy buyer compares price, food, activities, 24/7 medical care, staff and support, this little gem shines above all others with high quality and “Bang for the Buck” services: Wi-fi and Dish TV are free; as are drivers for resident errands on certain days for shopping or doctor visits. We get great support and open communication with Cristina, Leah, Thelma, Sarah, Daniel, Jennifer, — these are the people who turn the gears and wheels that make Westminster Terrace a welcoming home. Check out the menu; food here is upscale rather than the usual expected. Eating here is a three- times-a-day dining pleasure. Jaime, and Corrine are the masters and magicians of the kitchen making delicious fare, like Mediterranean Garlic Prawns, Hoisin Chicken, Tomato pesto Soup or cheesecake. Salads, sandwiches and Burgers are anytime daily choices too. Medical diets are always observed. Jennifer gives us a bagful of activities, outings, and entertainment each week. Important to me is we can choose our engagement level and are free to conduct our own business. We only need to sign out.

Westminster Terrace was clean and bright. It had been newly remodeled. Everyone seemed very friendly. The residents looked clean. I peeked into the dining hall and a few of them waved to the person that I was with. They have a main course and 12 options besides the main course, so I knew my mom would have other choices. It's close to my house. I felt the price was reasonable because I received a phone call from another place and his base price was several hundred above their base price. It was for a shared bedroom with an attached bathroom whereas, with Westminster Terrace, my mom has a private room, a bathroom, and a kitchenette. There are just more amenities available. The person who toured me around was very friendly and very knowledgeable. She's been in the business for 10 years at least.

Westminster Terrace Assisted Living Community was a nice place and they had a lot of amenities that were useful. I liked the layout of the place and the people were nice. So we're pleased with it overall. We liked that in terms of the food the kitchen was there, and the residents were provided for in their cafeteria. We also liked the fact that we can order prescription medicine straight from there, and they had kind of a pharmacist resident, so it was cool. Some of their entertainment locations were also cool. The one staff member that I met from there was really nice. The only thing they lacked was that the internet was not that good, and parking could have been better. Other than that the place was great.

I will be moving to Westminster Terrace on Friday. I fell in love with the layout, the décor, and the people. It's not crowded. I will have a nice, one-bedroom unit. It's closer to my daughter and closer to where I wanted to be.

Westminster Terrace Assisted Living Community was really nice inside. The apartments were like a room and a half, not like a studio but a studio plus. They'll paint them whatever color you want, and it seemed to be really high-end. It had a formal dining room, a theater room, and everything else. The staff was very professional. It was National Peanut Butter Day the day I was there, so they were eating peanut butter on different things. That Friday, they were going to have lunch.

I've been in Westminster Terrace for almost 3 years. I liked it at first, and I think it's improving. The food is great and improving. We have committees that meet with the chef every other week, and he actually listens to us. They have a good meal selection, and if you don't like what they're serving, you could always have something else. We have a library and a small meeting room upstairs, if you want to meet somebody, and a separate dining room upstairs in which you can have special meals if you reserve it ahead of time and have your family visit. Five times a week, there is some religious function going on, where they have the priests and the minister visit.

Westminster Terrace seemed fine. The room was fine, but it wasn’t as big or as nice as one we saw at another facility. The physical structure was OK. However, it did not have as many activities as the other facility we visited.

Everyone at Westminster Terrace seems happy; the residents were happy, and the caregivers were happy. It was just was a very positive experience. They just seemed to look warm. Everyone walked up to my mom the first time we went in there and introduced themselves, which I was very impressed with. Just on our first visit, you could tell that these people we’re going to be welcoming. It was a different feel. They have 1 bedroom apartments and mostly studios. My mom has a studio about 440 sq. ft, and the bathroom is really big. They have a nice size shower, and it also has a cord in case my mom should need help while she is in the shower; it’s like a lifeline. Every morning they have exercise class, and they have bus outings or going to the stores or sometimes go movies and to the ocean. My mom is happy there.

Westminster Terrace was actually the middle line between two other facilities. I liked the staff, and the facility itself was open and bright. My father's mental health is deteriorating, so what worked before, I don't think is going to work much longer. But for what they do, they do it well. They could be very clear about asking what services are provided and how they would be given as far as schedule and how it must be carried out and what not.

Westminster was very nice, and it was clean. I liked the way the rooms were set up; they were a pretty decent size, and they have a washer and dryer on every floor. The staff seemed friendly, knew everyone’s name, and the people walking around seemed happy. The food was OK. They have morning exercise, and they have things where they take the residents out on excursions or little trips. They also have movies.

My husband's mother was a resident here. We wanted to move her closer to us, and we came across Westminster Terrace almost by accident. It's a lovely facility, all the way around. And the people are very concerned, happy and attentive. Her room was very roomy, with a nice large window with a great view. They have very nice accommodations in all aspects of their extended services, including a lovely private dining room / living room for private parties. The entire staff was wonderful, and very accommodating to individual needs. The food was excellent, and you will enjoy their parties! All of the people there care very much about the work they do. You could not find a better place for your loved one.

Westminster Terrace was wonderful. I was very impressed with it. I love the staff. Everybody was friendly and helpful. I thought the place was clean. I almost want to relate it to a bed-and-breakfast. For activities, they have outings, they would do little chair exercises and I think that would be really good for my mother. They would watch movies and play games. They would have a little snack like a social hour in the afternoon. Things like that would be really good for my mother. Overall, it seemed to be a really good fit for when the time comes for my mom. Also it is close to my home.

I like Westminster Terrace. I was able to visit the place and that's my bet. I like the whole facility and I think that would be a good place for my mom. If we need to go to an assisted living facility this probably where we will go.

The interior of Westminster Terrace Assisted Living Community was nice and grand, but my friend was looking at the exterior and she didn't like the neighborhood. It was located in a residential area and there were other senior apartments on the side. In front of their building was a four-lane street that was mostly commercial and right across the street was a car dealership. It's not close to any kind of shop or anything like that. However, their accommodations were very nice. They had a main entry and a lounge on each of the floors and they had a sitting room which was almost like a theater and all of those were very flushed, very nice and very pretty and they were convenient to the rooms. Also, they had laundry facilities on each floor that were not hard to get to. The did had an area at the back of the building, a triangular park which were only for the residents. The whole place was really nice and the people were friendly.

I liked the Westminster Terrace best because of the walk-in showers. A lot of the other facilities had tiny bathrooms and I wouldn't give that much money to go in a tiny shower.
