Terrible place to go! They lose personal property, don’t communicate, and they serve garbage food! A lone cold sloppy put together sandwich is not proper dinner! And chicken every single day is lazy! Physical therapy is inconsistent, some days yes, the next week same day no. No entertainment! Not all rooms have TVs & won’t buy any! Staff will leave residents stuck in situations that are cruel for long periods. A complete disappointment!

We selected Twin Oaks Rehab for my brother. I did not realize that he is going to be in a room with three people, so that was a drawback, but the care is good. Their staff does a really good job. They feed him on time and clean him.

My mother was in Twin Oaks before, but they could no longer handle her. She was both in the assisted living and the rehabilitation side. The facilities were adequate in the assisted living, but unfortunately, due to her mental condition, she couldn’t stay there. They had a salon, a library, and a TV room. The dining area was nice and set up like a cafeteria.

We were looking for a place for my uncle but as of the moment we are still in the process of getting him a spot in Twin Oaks. He's going through having a physical therapy as of now and also working on the papers to fill out for him since we decided that this is where he will go. We like the place specially my mother. She wants to put my uncle in a comfortable place. My uncle has friends there so it would be a good idea if he stay there after the therapy. He's 93 and alone and he's ready now to get a little help and stay in an assisted living facility and not be alone in his house.

This is a very nice 2 year old skilled nursing facility with about 100 beds. There is ample parking and the entrance is drive-up for wheelchair access. The entry has marble tiles with a comfy lobby for visiting although I questioned the use of marble tiles because of the elderly. All of the business offices are located in this area making finding assistance easy and the management corporation is located next door. This is run by a corporation that runs four other facilities and from what I've seen; they do a very good job. There are granite countertops everywhere. The hallways are ample and the temperature was comfortable. The rooms are semi-private with a toilet and sink; showers are handled by the staff in communal showers. The physical therapy rooms are divided into upper and lower sections with windows so you can see in. There are nice outdoor gardens for the patients to take walks. The posted menus for the day were varied and appealing. I was very impressed with this skilled nursing facility because even though it has 100 beds, it was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the residents looked clean.

This is an assisted living facility that looks more like a senior housing facility. The doors to the rooms are kept shut and the residents are encouraged to decorate their doorways so they can find their rooms easily. They have a nice little library, beauty shop, as well as community rooms like a fitness center and rec room with a pool table. The dining room was very homey even though it was quite large. It is stocked with drinks and snacks. Next to the dining room is the "den/family room" area and I really liked the way the two room were set up to look like home. They seem to be very accommodating; my guide shared a story about how they joined two rooms for couple wishing to stay together. The staff I encountered was all friendly. I didn't see many patients, but I think it's because their room doors were shut. The pricing starts at under $1,600, what a bargain for this place.
