I don't have anything good to say about our experience with this facility and it's staff especially the supervisor Cardenas. They would bring her food and never once adjusted her tray so she could eat and. most times she couldn't reach her food with two fractures in her pelvic. They heavily sedated her for pain and she didn't eat anything for two days! It took the family calling them all day everyday to have them bring her her food tray, change her, cover her up or help with pain management because she would go 20-30 minutes waiting for someone to answer her call for help. If there was an option of zero stars that's what I would choose! We removed our mother from here on the 8 day when I had my mom show me one of the sores on her bottom on FaceTime Once I had confirmation they were neglecting her I made other arrangements. I never could had prepared myself to see the full extent of her wounds! I was sick to my stomach to see this! The facility puts you on hold for 20 minutes every time you call. They never informed the family of any bed sores or her missing 2 days of meals. This is inhuman treatment, lack of compassion and dignity to our loved one. I could go on and on about the way they treated her and the family once they knew we were taking her out of there.

the communication from the time you call bwgins a dreadful experience. You will be put on hold for 20min.If you remain on the line you will be put on another 20min.hold.then you will finally be told you cannot speak to anybody .Calls are Not returned.Family is left not knowing how their family member is.We purchased a cell phone for our aunt and the nurse told us she would keep it with her because it would get stolen. Two covid tests done and they call the patients jome phonevto relay the information knowing no one lives there.Emily speaks with a condescending voice and promises to have someone help my aunt to have a phone call. That Never happened.Thank God my aunt wentvto another facility.Emily, according to thevwebsite you are far from being a 5 star facility.I will bevreporting this to the state along with a lust of multiple complaints.

This place is awful. Some of the staff members care about the patients and some do not. Management needs a major overhaul and the social worker needs to be replaced. The facility seems like feces and urine. You can hear patients yelling and screaming for help constantly. My sister had her call light unanswered for over an hour because her cna went home. I had to go find someone when I got there to help her off the toliet.

I recently had the opportunity to revisit Del Rosa Villa and was pleasantly surprised. Their new owners have really updated the place! They have a new large therapy room and an outdoor therapy patio and they are in the process of a much needed remodel. The staff and residents were laughing and interacting and the atmosphere was very positive and upbeat. Very impressed with the changes, not the old Del Rosa Villa!

Everything seemed OK to me during my visit at Del Rosa Villa. I was able to see their rooms, and they are normal-sized rooms. I like the way they had a place outside where the patients can sit. Overall, it was a nice place.

The gated grounds at this facility are nice with roses and visiting areas for families. The building is large and old and dingy looking with 100 plus beds; the interior appears dark. There was lots of activity when I visited, especially in the rehab center. The posted menu had standard foods and I didn't see anything fresh posted. The rooms are semi-private and were clean with little odors. The patients I saw were either sitting in wheelchairs along the hallways or sleeping in their beds. The staff was busy so I didn't get any interaction.
