We've moved our parents to Clearwater at Sonoma Hills. We chose this place because the people are very attentive. The staff is also very attentive and very helpful. The place itself is absolutely beautiful. They have a movie theater, a beauty parlor, poker room, arts and crafts room, a putting green, a bocce ball court, and a pub, so there's a lot. The staff is fantastic, and they will answer all your questions, and help you with the process.

I liked Clearwater at Sonoma Hills. It was lovely, clean, brand new, and well-appointed. It seemed to be well-staffed and very secure. I couldn't have been more impressed. Holly was the gal who helped me, and she was delightful, very informative, and gave me great information on things surrounding dementia and Alzheimer's. They had something for everyone, like a beauty salon, classrooms, game rooms, several restaurants, a movie room, and a workout room. One of the restaurants was open at any time. If a resident slept late or got hungry during the day, the food was available 24/7, which I thought was lovely.

We went to Clearwater at Sonoma Hills. It was very good, the lady took us through the whole place, did a thorough job, and answered questions. It is a little bit pricey. But she explained different prices between one bedroom, two bedroom, the whole thing. So, it was very good. It's a very clean place, nicely landscaped, and the outside is nice too. They have a theater. They have a bocce ball outside. I think there were arts and crafts and they have a dining room where I think after hours you can go and get something to eat. They have a lot of things there. Outside, it's very nice, they have barbecue and things out there.

If I was a billionaire and cost was no question, I'd probably go with Clearwater at Sonoma Hills, but mostly just because it's a newer facility and a little bit more open. They had some donuts on a plate and offered coffee or water. There was a refrigerator, but there was no stove in the room.

Clearwater at Sonoma Hills was really good. My mother enjoyed the menu. All the staff was super friendly. A couple of the residents who were there said hello to her. The staff was great, and the facility was great. I met the activities director and the nurse, and they're all really good people. The intake person actually went to my mom's house, met my mother, and brought her a dinner; she said it was excellent. We toured the facility. We saw the rec room, all the people, and the activities director, and we had lunch there. My mom was totally impressed. She said, "My goodness, maybe I'll put weight on eating here." I could go there and eat every day. There are thirty things on the menu for lunch. That means you could have one item a day and never have the same thing. The facility is brand new.

The people at Clearwater at Sonoma Hills are super nice, very helpful, and very friendly. It was clean and well-maintained. There are lots of activities and programs, and I like that it's available. Proximity to us was a big deal, so that was good. It was very, very similar to other places that we looked at, and we checked all the boxes. As you move out further from San Francisco, the price gets more reasonable, and this was just really reasonably priced. They have all sorts of stuff. They have a movie room and have regular programs, and they're showing movies and TV shows, but they also do educational talks and they have exercises. They have a little dog park, which is very small, but it'll be perfect for his little dog because he's got a very tiny little chihuahua. So they have a little dog park there that he can easily access, so that's nice. They have a poker room, and we're hoping that maybe once he gets in there and meets some people, maybe he can get a game going, and that would be good for him. Everybody was very friendly and very helpful. We had lunch there and I thought it was very good.

Clearwater at Sonoma Hills was beautiful. I was very impressed. I know the chef there from a previous place, and the food was great. I like the way it's set up, the layout, the salesperson, and the activities. The staff was very good, very knowledgeable, and a very good salesperson.

Clearwater at Sonoma Hill has not opened yet but I am intending to go there once they do open. I have visited this place several times, it was beautiful. I was meaning to get a 1-bedroom apartment which is very nicely appointed so I'm really pleased. They have a fitness room which is important to me, and other standard amenities. The apartment itself and their staff members are wonderful, and they're very nice to deal with.
