My mom moved to Holiday Rancho Village. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. It seems like most of the residents are very friendly and welcoming. The place is very clean. I do know they have a lot of extracurricular activities. We've eaten, and not too pleased with that. I know she had some chicken fajitas last night, and the quantity was kind of small, and I think that she probably likes something with a little bit more taste to it. The dining area is nice and airy, with a lot of room. The waiter and staff are nice and quick to serve.

We have chosen Holiday Rancho Village for my mother. It's nice and new, and they are always updating, which is good. I like that they have multiple food options. The staff was very friendly and very informative. They have a lot of activities, including exercise, which is important to us that my mother gets motivated to stay active. They have bingo and they do some excursions. They also have a hospital nearby. They have a salon, too. The dining area looks nice. It's big and clean. The residents seemed nice and friendly.

I toured Holiday Rancho Village. It was kept very well. It was good. They had just redone it. Diane was nice. I just thought my mom would fit in here better. They have an exercise class and a workout room. I think they are walking. I didn't see a lot of the activities going on.

I had an in-person tour of Holiday Rancho Village. They greeted me with very pleasant smiles and personalities. They showed me around the place. The rooms are very clean and immaculate. They have smaller ones and large ones. I like that they had walk-in showers. It was built medically so that if they fell they would get protection around it. The building is beautiful. The landscaping is also beautiful. I like the fact that they have a program that could have paid for my mother's living there because her husband was a veteran. It was very great. They've got everything.

I highly recommend Holiday Rancho! I thoroughly enjoy visiting my dad who lives there. The place is clean and the food is excellent! The staff is wonderful--they treat my dad extremely well and strive to make his living there a positive experience. The staff also treats me very well. They always seem to have some fun activity happening nearly daily. A good place to live.

Holiday Rancho Village was a clean and nice facility. The least thing I liked about it would be the location. It's on a busy street. The common spaces were very nice though. The lady there showed me a whole set calendar of their activities. The room was nice, clean, and well set up. It was like a standard-sized room.

I moved into Holiday Rancho Village. They didn't tell me it was only independent living. Although I need assisted living, I wasn't told that, and I had to pay for it. I have a studio apartment. They have several activities, including an exercise class at 9:30 a.m. They have a few recreation cards. We have a strawberry shortcake after lunch.

Holiday Rancho Village was a very nice place. The people were very helpful. They answered all our questions. It's just that the available room wasn't going to work for us. Other than that, there's a possibility they may have another room to show us this weekend that it's coming available. So, we'll go back and take a look. We had lunch there and the food was really good. The dining area was very nice and very clean. The staff was great. The place has been redone. They showed us their menu for the month and it all looked very good.

My dad has been here for nearly a year and he loves it. He is in a decent size studio apartment. He enjoys his meals here. They have fresh made meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They also have coffee available all day. They have maid service which consists of dusting, vacuuming and bathroom cleaning. I will come once a month to do some detail cleaning as that is outside their work requirements. He enjoys when they have live entertainment. This is probably the only time he participates in events. The accommodations are much better than the others in the local area, more importantly the staff show genuine concern and care for my dad. They listen attentively, they address concerns in a timely manner and they do not pass off or dismiss my dad who can be a handful at times. We had a poor experience elsewhere and I am so happy we chose Rancho Village. I trust that my dad is happy, safe and well cared for which gives me peace of mind. This is the last stop and I encourage anyone reading this to meet the staff they are who make the living experience for my dad great.

My mother decided to make a change and sell her home to move to a place that she could have 3 meals made and a clean place To live! I met Diana and she gave me the tour and I knew this would be a place for my mom! Michele the manager runs a tight clean ship along with her whole staff. Amazingly they made her move so easy and Diana is not pushy nor is she impatient to make a sale! I am Highly impressed with this place and I will say that everyone that works there is top notch! The building outside is clean and inside even more and it is being remodeled and updated with modern paint and carpet! I wish I could name the whole staff! Great place ran well it changed my mothers life! Activities along with other amenities exist and you have to want to participate!

Holiday Rancho Village was nice, and I really liked the way they had their restaurant set up. It was impressive. Even the chef walked toward me and asked me if I had been helped. He went beyond the call of duty. I liked it. It's just that the rent was a little bit too much for me. The people were super polite. They were not pushy. They explained everything, were very professional, and informative with questions that I asked. Nobody rushed me. The apartments were nice. The surroundings were beautiful. The lobby was very nice. It was really big and quiet. I was happy with it. They have an exercise room and a gathering place, where people could have small entertainment.

Holiday Rancho Village is a very nice community. The people there seem to be very friendly, even the guests. I had the opportunity to talk to a lot of the guests there, and they're very sweet, very, very peaceful people. They're going to be doing some renovations and some upgrades, like replacing furniture and everything. They have everything that you need. You don't really have to go anywhere because they have everything on site. They serve you three meals exclusively, and they have a little gym that they're going to expand to make it even larger. The manager or sales director that greeted me was very, very nice. She was a wonderful lady. She gave me a tour, and I had the opportunity to see everything that they have to offer. They have nurses on site, which is very impressive. They have in-home care providers available. They have nurses available. They have wheelchair disability available. The staff seems to be very welcoming, easy to talk to, very attentive, and prompt. They respond right away, so I like that part.

I toured Holiday Rancho Village. The woman who gave us the tour was amazing. The people were very active, and the grounds were kept well. The staff was very thorough and very professional and answered all my questions. That was the place that I had selected, and when I took my mother there, she selected that place, too. She liked that one. It was a wonderful facility. Everybody was very professional, and everyone was very helpful.

Holiday Rancho Village has everything my dad would need. They have all kinds of activities. They had an ice cream social the other day, exercises in the morning, a library, and a gym. My dad is going to be in a studio apartment. It's clean, bright, and super cute. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds were kept clean and neat. They have paths that you can walk around to get some exercise and the location is super convenient for us.

Rancho Village was beautiful and clean. All the seniors seemed to be happy. I love the fact that my mom would still have her independence. Yet, if she needs convalescent care, it is there in the facility. I also loved the fact that there was an elevator as well as stairs. For the people that are more able to walk, they can use the stairs. The rooms looked beautiful. It was a tad expensive, but it was up there with all the other ones. The staff members were very friendly and answered all my questions. I even rambled a couple of times, and they were very patient with me. This whole thing is very emotional for family members, but they were very understanding and very caring.

My mother is staying at Rancho Village. Overall experience is positive. The community is very responsive. There are lots of social activities, except during COVID of course. Before COVID, there were lots of activities that the residents had an opportunity to engage in. They have nice facilities and dining room. They have a small area where they have exercise equipment, a library, a TV room, a recreation room. That is all available to the residents. My mom used all of those. The food is above average, and she enjoys it. The staff is topnotch. They have some greenery, where residents can sit outside. My mom's room has a patio, which she uses occasionally. I've seen other residents use their patios. The grounds are well taken care of, and maintenance is very responsive. The meals are acceptable. I like the meals, but my mom sometimes wasn't happy with the meals. I guess she wants more of a variety. As far as the eating experience, I think it was OK for her. The facility is always clean and always nice. Housekeeping is good.

Rancho Village is a nice, clean facility that has all the amenities that anyone would need. It was great. They offer full meal service, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and 24-hour snacks, coffee, and drinks. They offer laundry service if needed, and linens were included with the price. They were all having breakfast, and it looked like they're having a great time. The rooms were a fair size and very clean. They're nice. The staff was very good. I didn't see anything needing improvement.

Rancho Village seemed kind of pricey. The facility was nice. Everything was included, which was the bonus. And we're just going to keep looking. Everyone was very friendly. The rooms were nice, they just seemed really small. I saw a studio and a 1-bedroom. Because of Covid, they really can't show you everything; we saw the model room. Nothing was spectacular, nothing was very memorable.

Rancho Village was very impressive. Everything stood out. It was very clean and very organized. The staff member was very good. She took her time showing us the rooms and stuff. The rooms were good. I looked at the menu, and that was very impressive also. It was the type of food that we like. They had a library, a video room, an exercise room, a meeting room, and a lovely dining area. She had told us about the different activities. I was very, very impressed. The only thing is the price is very high. The person who assisted me was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and she took her time with us. She was super. The facility was excellent.

My mother has moved into Rancho Village. So far, so good. It's great. We chose them because it was really nice, it was all inclusive, and the price for being all inclusive was pretty good compared to other places. They're great. The staff is wonderful. It's comfortable and clean. There are lots of activities. The staff members are great. They know all the seniors by name, and they are really attentive and very positive. My mother likes the food. I think it's unhealthy, and I have a problem with it, but it tastes good, and they all love it. They have opened up bingo and movie night. They also have balloon volleyball, chair exercises, and some socials here and there, like for Easter and St. Patrick's Day.

Rancho Village is a beautiful place. If my dad goes to a senior living facility, that's the one he's choosing to go to. They're helpful, and it's a very nice facility. It was very clean, neat, and very well kept. With COVID, it was a different scene. It's not fully open for people to be having lunch and stuff like that at this time. The rooms that we visited were very nice. We liked the bigger one -- there's a little bit more space than the smaller ones -- but they were all very nice, clean, and welcoming. It's located close to shopping, and lots of things that people would need.

My tour at Rancho Village was fine. They had nice people and a wonderful facility, but my uncle chose not to go in that direction. The staff was great, they answered my queries, and there were studios and one-bedroom apartments. I saw some amenities, but did not see any activity. They had a community room, a library, a computer room, and a dining hall. I ate there, but I was not impressed with the food.

Rancho Village was a very nice facility. The people were friendly. They have lots of activities. It's a great place to live, but it's a little pricey. They have a beauty shop. Every time I go over there, they're singing, and they have somebody doing activities like beanbag toss. They give them Christmas parties, they have a program on the 4th of July, they have a New Year's Eve dance and a nice dinner for them, they take them to the performing arts here in town, and they take them shopping. They just do a lot of things. They have tap classes, they have people who come in and sing, and they have a little choir and different dance groups. The staff was good. It's always very clean. When you walk in, somebody always greets you.

Rancho Village was for a more independent senior than someone who would need care. They didn't have progressive care. The rooms were average studios or small apartments with amenities and scheduled meals. They had staff at scheduled hours, not 24 hours. They had ample, clean facilities and dining area, and the people seemed to be satisfied. It would be satisfactory for anyone that's very independent. I met with the director and my tour guide, who was very informative. They gave me brochures. They had everything that you would expect. It was more like a resort.

Rancho Village seems like a very nice place, and I was very happy with it. It was clean, tidy, and people seemed busy doing activities. The rooms looked very nice and were a decent size. The bathrooms were set up to help people with frailties and walking disabilities. The doors were wide. It seemed like a very lovely place, and everyone there seemed very nice. The staff was very nice, answered all my questions, gave me their contact information, and were very open and understanding. Right before I got there, they had a lecture about health issues. There was a little van to take people somewhere. It seemed like a nice little busy hub of a place.

Rancho Village was a perfect place for someone who doesn’t need a lot of care, though I know some of the people living there have their caretakers come in. It was exceptionally clean and smells clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly and nice. They had a nice dining room, workout room, and hairdresser.

I loved Rancho Village. It was beautiful, but it was just really expensive. The staff is very pleasant and very nice people. The building itself is nice. To me, it’s not going to work with the price, but there are some benefits that you get like transportation, and they feed you 3 meals a day in the dining room. There are always snacks out waiting for you. They have activities, and they do have trips.

My dad is in Rancho Village, and it’s wonderful. The staff knows everybody by name, dad has his own apartment, and housekeeping comes in. They have laundry, they serve three meals a day, and the food is excellent. They have a selection of three different choices, lunch is their big meal, and they have salads, different beverages, and desserts. The apartments are a nice size, it has a living room, kitchenette, plus a bedroom and bathroom. It is wheelchair accessible. They have onsite hairdresser, pedicurist, and a podiatrist comes once a week if needed. They have onsite assistance 24 hours a day for help with showers. They have bus trips to different places, they have Bingo, poker nights, happy hour, and they have special dinners six times a year. They treat everybody with respect, and they invite the family to any activity.

We moved mom to Rancho Village. It’s an incredible place, and the people are wonderful. We are very happy with it. One of the reasons why we picked it was because of the dining room. It’s bright, cheerful, and it’s own community. It’s an independent living as supposed to assisted living, but they have assisted facilities that you purchase separately; whatever care you need. It’s very personalized.

We moved my mom into Rancho Village in Palmdale, but then she got sick, so now she’s in a hospital. When she leaves, she’s going to come and live with me. It was clean, friendly, and a nice place for my mom to live for two months. They’re helpful and very friendly.

Last night was the first night of my mother at Rancho Village. Part of the reason we selected it is that I got a younger brother who is 15 minutes away, and the price is much more favorably than some of the other places we looked at. The staff is great. The reason I didn't give it a 5 is that we visited facilities that had more programs, such as arts, and even some had a swimming pooll. Rancho Village doesn't have them. Otherwise, we are very pleased with them.

We were invited for lunch at Rancho Village. The apartments were beautiful. You can get a large one-bedroom for the same price as you get a studio in assisted living. There were a lot of amenities. They had a beautiful dining room, and the food was very good. It's a very nice place. If you're able to travel, you can stay in any of their places across the country on vacation for free. They have a day for shopping, they provide once a week cleaning of the apartments, and they have cards, poker, and bingo.

They didn't give as much care at Rancho Village; it was more independent living. The rooms were fine. There were games, and they took them places. Eating there was only for an hour for lunch and then an hour for dinner, and they didn't have as much of a variety of food.

Rancho Village was beautiful. I was really impressed with it. However, my dad didn't like Palmdale. He didn't like the weather there. I'm kind of disappointed that he didn't want to even to choose that one because it would have been great. It is right around the corner from where I live. I could have gone and have dinner with him there. I like the décor; it was really pretty. It didn't look like an old folk's home at all. It looked like a nice resort or a nice hotel. In terms of living accommodations, residents there are allowed to decorate their own apartment the way they want to. A lot of people have stuff outside the door, e.g., statues, nametags, etc. They are allowed to put their own stamp on their place, which was nice too. It was totally personalized. There was a guy there and you could tell that he's a fisherman because he had all sorts of fishing gears on his door and everything. It was just really cute. The girl that showed me around, she was really good. She followed up all the time too not just because she wanted to sell the place. She took her interest with me and what was going with us. I mean she called me weekly. I had surgery over the holiday and she even sent me a card to see how I was doing. As far as the staff there, everybody was really friendly and really accommodating. I was impressed with them. They would keep their residents busy; they had a lot of activities for them. They had transportation. They would take them to the doctor or take them outdoors and have field trips. They did have a whole calendar of stuff that they would do daily. It looked like the residents were happy and content. Everybody was out there socializing, playing cards and doing all sorts of fun stuff. If you wanted to joint or if you don't want to join, that's fine. They don't pressure their residents into doing anything. If they want to stay in their apartment all day and just watch TV, that's fine. I was concerned with that because my dad is used to being by himself. He is not a social butterfly. He likes people but he is not one to join up all kinds of clubs and groups.
