I went to Ivy Park at Oakland Hills. The woman was great. We toured and we had been there before because I live nearby, but it was like five or six, seven years ago, and now it's been re-purchased or they've remodeled some of the rooms. The tour was great. And. It's a very nice facility. The rooms are spacious and they have beautiful views either of the bay or of trees. It's very calming. The rooms are modern. They're nice. And I think my mom would have liked it if it offered better weather.

The location and facility are beautiful. Staff was warm and welcoming. The residents were engaged in activities and recognized by the staff, by name. The assisted living part of the facility was bustling on our 2nd visit & that was very impressive. The entire place was gorgeous.

We like it for mom because it was small, close, and nice. I like their friendliness the best. There was nothing I didn't like. The staff was excellent. They were polite and friendly. The facility was very nice, but I didn't like the artwork. Also, I thought the yard was too far away. They have a salon, a courtyard, exercise room, and library. It had a pretty view, and it's a safe environment.

It is beautiful and has a beautiful view of the entire San Francisco Bay. It's gorgeous. The staff member who helped me was really terrific as well. Their dining area was very nice. The residents in the memory care unit were engaged in a balloon activity which was really cute and they seemed to be enjoying themselves. They have a very nice garden area outside where people can sit. My first impression of the facility was, "Wow, this is really nice."

It is very warm and family oriented, they care about their patients and treat them like family. The warmth of the staff was what stood out to me. They have men’s outings, women’s outings, shopping, and scenic tours, but my dad doesn’t participate in them anymore.

It was very nice. The room seemed very nice but small compared to my parents' place where there are 300 residents. This one had about 100 people living there, so that was nice. I would suggest more outdoor space for the residents.

It was one of our favorites because it's a relatively small community. I think they only have probably eighty residents. Given that it's a relatively small community, there's lots of personal care. We loved the sight. It was a beautiful sight. The rooms were adequate and nice. We liked the staff. They were wonderful. The good news is that it also has a memory care unit, which was what we were looking for. It has both an assisted living and a memory care unit. That was one of our best choices.

They take Alzheimer's patients. My wife has Alzheimer's disease that's why she is there. They have very good and caring staff. Food is very good. They have very big rooms. My wife seems to be very happy there. She has been there since last September.
