I went to The Inn on Villa Lane. They showed us some of the model apartments. I'm going to bring my friend for lunch next week. Then she can see what the food is like because that's one of her main criteria. I thought it was very nice. The staffing was good, and the services they offer were excellent. They take care of their meds and laundry. They have an alert system. If she falls or if she needs anything, she has a button that she can press to get help, even if it's just to walk down to the dining room. I think that's really important. There are staff there 24/7. It's easy to get around. My friend has a walker, so that's something that we always look for to make sure that the accessibility is good and the in and out is good. They have nice landscaping. There are areas outside that she could sit and enjoy the sunshine in the summer. The dining room is very pleasant and nicely laid out. I just thought it was really good. The menu looked really nice. There are a lot of choices, which I think is really important. I was really impressed. They seemed to be really prepared for the things that she's gonna need. It seemed really well thought out. The staff that is there have been there for a long time. They get a lot of training. They seemed very knowledgeable, which is important. They don't just hire people off the street. I thought it was really good. I hope that my friend does, too. The staff was very friendly and very willing to answer questions. They know what they're doing. They don't seem to have a lot of turnover. It tells you something important about the facility that the staff is maintained over a period of time. It was nice, clean, and bright. The hallways and everything is accessible. Everything is designed for seniors that need assistance. There were handrails, elevators, and all those kinds of things. It's quite a bit more expensive.

I toured The Inn on Villa Lane and I liked working with Amber. She was very, very, very helpful and had great insight into other options to help us pay for the facility and things like that. She was a wealth of resources. I thought I would be seeing multiple beds in one room or like a hospital situation when I came in there and it was not like that. They had a nice apartment and I thought that mom would be very comfortable there. It was like a small studio apartment type.

We liked it, though we didn't get to see much because of COVID. We just met in a room with a woman named Amber, and she was very, very helpful. She kept in touch with me very diligently, and she's really nice. What we saw of the place was clean. She showed us where the dining room was, although it wasn't being used. Everything else looked good. We saw a single room (for one person), and there's a shared room. They were fine for what they were. It's located really close to Queen of The Valley Hospital. They have a salon, options for exercise classes, and an outside area where residents could garden. It was memory care so they can go outside, but it was fenced in.

I went here yesterday. Everything was very nice; the staff was very pleasant, very nice, and she gave us a very good description. She had to change the time because she had an emergency but overall, it was a very good experience. It's an old facility, and not the brightest.

I like the layout. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I saw the food was pretty nice, as well as the dining halls. The care seems to be comprehensive. If anything happens, they call me right away. The room has its own bathroom, and because it's Alzheimer's, it doesn't have a kitchenette. It seems to be very clean.

I visited. The staff was very helpful. The rooms were very nice. There was a very nice atmosphere. We did look at the rooms and the common rooms, and they seemed quite good. The dining room looked very nice. What we like about the place was that it was stair-steps, and if you needed more care, it was available there. They had Alzheimer's care. What we were impressed with was that they had a lot of information about expediting their old people getting in there. My father was a Veteran, and they had some information on that. They were just very forthcoming with the information. We would have him go there because it looked like a really nice spot for him, and it looked like something that would fit his needs. Security seemed adequate.

I went here and it was a lovely and clean community. The rooms were more of a dormitory style rather than an apartment. They had a nice dining room although I was not able to eat there. The staff was very accommodating and kind. They were fantastic.

It was very nice. The rooms were fantastic. The room that we saw was below the library and it was very open and big. I would recommend them to others.
