The care my mom received was exceptional! She was only there a short time, but I could not have picked a more wonderful place for her to have her final days. Thank you for your extraordinary graciousness and kindness.

My husband is in Nazareth Classic Care of Napa. The staff is very pleasant, very helpful, and he's very comfortable there. My husband's very difficult. He would be uncomfortable in certain circumstances, and this is perfect for him. The staff is very friendly and considerate. He's always enjoying the food. There's a salon there. Someone shows up every so often. The podiatrist comes every so often. Being a closed memory care, he can walk all the way around, and inside there are two patios that are enclosed, so there's no way that he could leave. So he gets a lot of walking, because he's always looking for me. It's very nice. It's great.

I visited The Nazareth Classic Care of Napa. Their general appearance was clean and simple. The rooms were very simple. Overall, I would rate it a three because we are looking for something nicer. Their staff was good, but we're looking for a nicer environment for my mom.

My husband is in Nazareth Classic Care of Napa. So far, it's been very good. They've been very caring and attentive to him and helpful. They had a flu problem a couple of days ago; it was not COVID. A couple of people were infected and my husband was one of them a couple of days after he got in there. They cleaned him up and they took care of him very well. I had specifically said that he could not have eggs and they realized that and they did not give him eggs when they were serving eggs, so that was good. It's very clean, and they keep it clean. There's no odor. It's not elegant by any stretch of the imagination, but it's certainly very functional. It doesn't have a lot of the amenities that some of the other facilities have, but they care for their clients very well. My husband has a private room and it's clean and it looks out into a patio. They're having a little problem with the air-conditioning right now, but they're working on that. We were able to put some of our own furniture in, and that was very helpful for him. I think they need more help, but they have a new administrator and he is getting more help. I think it's going to be positive once they get enough help, but those who are working there work very, very hard and they're very attentive to the clients. Because of COVID and everything else, they haven't had that many activities, but they do try. They don't have an exercise room. It's got good value for the money. It's affordable.

The staff is a cohesive team that obviously has been carefully chosen and well trained. First and foremost when I visit, you can feel this. The residents also I am sure do, because they seem all well cared for and you can see a community environment. We are blessed to have mom in such a community! I have toured many places and very few have this good "feel". All there from the top down have really put forth great effort to make this transition as smooth and financially smooth as possible! Thanks so very much!
