My mother has lived at Heritage Pointe since 2008. She transitioned from independent living to memory care in 2015. She has a small, comfortable bedroom ~ good storage ~ and a shared bathroom with one other resident. The staff has always been caring, attentive, and had good interactions with the family. Mom likes the food and enjoys the various activities and entertainment, especially all things music! The family is grateful she lives in such a safe and compassionate environment with a well trained and respectful staff.

It was very nice. My godmother didn't like it as soon as they said they don't celebrate Christmas and they don't put up Christmas trees. The staff member who gave us the tour was really nice and friendly. The dining area was nice and clean. They served kosher food, and I think they had pizza and salad. The room sizes were decent.

There was a lot of energy and stuff going on here, which I did not see in the other places. The people just seemed happy and there seemed to be activities going on. That's very important for me. They were so friendly among themselves, which was nice to see. It seemed like a very relaxed place to be. I think the apartment was just right, too. They had a pool and quite a nice view.

It was very clean. They were very polite. They took us around and showed us one of the available apartments and the amenities they have. It was good. Right now, a lot of things are still limited or shut down because of COVID, but they had a library for the residents, a music room, card tables, a little room where they can have live entertainment, and a pool.

We went here. It was very nice and very friendly. There was a theme going on there, but it wasn't what my mother was looking for. The staff were very friendly. The facility was very nice, and everything was nice. We toured a little studio apartment with a kitchenette, which I thought was nice.

The memory care environment is like being in someone’s home w/ kitchen & family room where residents spend time watching movies and enjoying activities. Residents are not isolated in their bedrooms. It’s safer and a feeling of being part of a family. My Mom loves the ritual on Shabbat and excitement around all the holidays celebrated. My Mom feels well cared for, happy and we have peace of mind that all her needs are taken care of.

My father lived, or better said, thrived at Heritage Pointe from the time he was 89 until his passing at age 94. Upon moving in he was lonely and depressed. With each passing day both his physical and mental health improved. The loving care he received was beyond our wildest hopes. What can one say about an organization whose staff so greatly improves the quality of your Dad's life? We are eternally grateful to Heritage pointe for all they did for Dad.

As a volunteer at Heritag Pointe, I see the Residents participating in their daily activities and how happy they are at the large selection of things to do. I have worked with many residents in the last 9 years through a knit and crochet group, helping residents learn, fix projects, and just have a great time talking, telling stories of their lives, and making a scarf or a blanket along the way. I have also volunteered on Christmas to help serve in the dining room so staff could have a holiday with family. The residents love the new faces to talk to and get a big kick out of having us there. Everyone wins.

My mom has lived in Heritage Pointe for over two years. The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. They truly watch over residents providing the proper balance of independence and assistance. The amenities are wonderful allowing residents to participate in a wide range of activities that match their interests or allow them to develop new ones. The dining staff is friendly and helpful. There is a strong Jewish cultural environment but it isn't overwhelming to residents can practice at whatever level fits their comfort.

Mom, for over a year, has lived in room with a balcony, receiving services of daily living, like dressing, showering, meals, medicine delivery, room maintenance, amongst other services. They have made sure she was safe, cared for her in emergencies, and taken her to doctors, and shopping, as she needs. Living at Heritage Pointe has allowed her to remain as independent as possible while utilizing all the services she needs. Staff and caregivers are carin and patient! She enjoys eating in the dining room with friends, and excercise in the gym!

We visited. They had a salon, the dining area seemed homey, but these places were kind of like a hotel to me.

We had a very good visit here. It was a very nice place. The staff was very nice. The rooms were small, but it would do. They had so many activities like crafts, discussion groups, theater, billiards, library, physical fitness, swimming pool, and a spa. I tried the food, and it was excellent. It was a good meal. I was very satisfied, and I was thinking seriously about it.

My wife is here right now. Their best feature is how they are very courteous and take very good care of my wife. They are excellent. I don't exactly know how old it is, but it is nice and very adequate. She is in a one-bedroom apartment and it is spacious enough. The dining facility is very nice and the food is very good. They have very good activities.

Everything was excellent. The facility was high quality as well as the activities. The staff were very helpful and very nice. I did not have any negative comments for the place. I was happy with our choice and my mom seemed happy too.
