We chose The Commons at Union Ranch for Mom, because on top of being one of the more affordable options, they have activities scheduled throughout the day, and when we went to the open house, the food was really great. They have really nice courtyards with landscaping and benches for the residents to sit in. They have a large dining room with coffee and water available throughout the day. They have a daily menu plus specials throughout for each meal. There are lots of places to sit and socialize. In the memory care where Mom stays they have activities throughout the day. They go on Tuesday drives and Friday outings. Then the residents are also able to have a glass of wine at dinner. We actually had lunch there today and we really enjoyed it. They have a lot of different options: vegan, vegetarian, or heart healthy. The special for tonight is a rack of lamb. They have a really large range of food options. You can have sandwiches or different sides like yogurts and cottage cheese, or you can go with one of their daily specials. All the staff is really friendly. It's very clean and very nice. It felt like we were in a hotel. They're really great at working with you with the price, so we're really happy with that.

Everything that I saw at The Commons at Union Ranch looked nice. There was a lot of activity. The facility was bright and cheerful. It looked like a place where there was a lot of interaction between the people, the staff, and the environment. The staff members were knowledgeable, very upfront about fees, informative, friendly, and extremely professional. Everybody presented themselves well. It gives you a good, confident kind of vibe. I got cookies, and it was tasty.

We went to The Commons at Union Ranch. The helpers were very friendly. It was clean. It was very nice and modern. We didn't get to taste the food, but we saw a menu. It looked like they had a wide variety of food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And, we got to talk to quite a few different people that were walking through the facility. So, they were all helpful. It was a very nice building, very modern and clean. We saw the two bedrooms. It was very nice. It was adequate for two people. My mother-in-law is starting to get dementia, and at The Commons, everyone wears a little bracelet. If they have dementia, when they start to get close to a door, it sets off a buzzer that lets the staff know that the dementia patient is getting close to an exit. That's a really good thing because I worry about my mother-in-law leaving and nobody knowing where she's at. So, that was a good thing that I saw at The Commons.

I toured The Commons at Union Ranch. It seemed like it was very active and the people there were nice. They have exercises, which are good for seniors, and art classes. It was just nice. We liked it there and they invited us to come. The staff was very friendly, nice, and very informative.

I loved my tour of The Commons at Union Ranch, and this would be the place if I were to be looking for myself. I don't think my dad would have appreciated the same things as I would have though, because it seemed to have a very high ratio of women to men, probably 3:1. But the place was beautiful, and it was the absolute most gorgeous one I've toured, and the newest as far as when it was built. I loved everything about it. The staff who gave the tour was very nice, very professional, friendly, and very informative. The rooms were gorgeous, I love the rooms, and they had a wide selection of amenities and activities. They had a library and a beauty salon.

I had an in-person tour of The Commons at Union Ranch, and it was a good tour. The staff is knowledgeable. The place is extra clean, but the price is too high. They also have what they call activity nights, where the tenants can play games. They can be taken out on errands. There are also a lot of good events for the clients while they are there. They provide transportation to anywhere you need to go. I was very impressed with the facility. It's a nice place for senior citizens when they get to the age where they are no longer able to care for themselves.

The Commons at Union Ranch was nice. It's fancy and really pretty. They have a lot of little sections and a lot of activities listed on their activity board. It is nice because they have all these pictures of the residents from when they were young and old. They have them displayed in frames and they're doing an activity or a show for the residents. They could talk about when they were young and then when they were old and show all these pictures of their family. So, it was nice. The only thing was we had an appointment and we drove an hour away, but they didn't tell us that there was nobody there to do the appointment that day. So, that was a little frustrating. I had to literally asked if I could just take a peek at the room because I drove an hour away. It was the receptionist who showed us the place and she showed us what she could. The rooms were very small and they didn't have a full kitchen. It just had a counter with a microwave and a little refrigerator. The bigger rooms were nicer, though. You have to take an elevator to go to the next floor and their hallways were kind of small, but the place was really clean and updated. The cafeteria looked nice. They take you on a lot of trips to the country or go to casinos. They had a little activity room on the first floor as well as the second floor, libraries, and a little outdoor area. One thing I noticed was they had a lot of staff. They all wore uniforms and were very accommodating. There was a lady that needed someone and they ran to her. They had techs there, which is nice because my parents are diabetic. It was just a nice community. Even the residents came up to us and told us it was a nice place to live. It's just really expensive.

The people we met at Commons at Union Ranch were very informative, very, very knowledgeable, and very nice. They explained everything in detail. They gave us copies of the pictures of the rooms and a pamphlet that had all the information in it. It was all prepared and ready to go. The dining room was set up ready for the next meal and the rooms were thoroughly cleaned. My father was impressed with the memorial wall that they had for the veterans. He also liked the grounds that they had. If he would be on the first floor, he would have little patios so he could just open the door and sit outside, if he wanted to, without having to go all the way around.

The Commons at Union Ranch was very beautiful. I toured the assisted living and it looked like a high-end hotel, it was very pretty. They were just a little pricier and the only room they had was upstairs. I don't want my mom upstairs. The room was very nice though, and very clean. The person who assisted me was very nice and very helpful. Her name was Deanna. She's very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. The dining area was huge. I saw the menu, and it looked fantastic, but I didn't taste anything.

We toured The Commons at Union Ranch. They were just so friendly. The patients were friendly. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we just felt differently about The Commons. They were just above and beyond what we thought was senior living. They gave us some cookies as a going away gift, and it was excellent.

We toured The Commons at Union Ranch for my sister. They are very helpful, very friendly, very knowledgeable, and more than willing to accommodate family members. They will allow pets, and they told us about their COVID restrictions, but they should be lifted soon. They even had accommodations in the apartment where relatives who came from out of state could actually sleep on a pullout. That place was just absolutely, totally, completely, and thoroughly surrounded by people who love and care for your loved ones. They had two sizes for their rooms. One size had one bedroom and the other had two, but the one-bedroom would have easily accommodated our needs. The place was very well done. They have a large, open cafeteria area with arts and crafts, and everything had a very homey feeling. The staff who accommodated us was excellent.

My mother has lived at The Commons for several years now, and I couldn't be more pleased with the care she receives there. The staff are so kind to her, and I can see that they genuinely like her and want her to be happy. My parents-in-law have lived in 3 different Assisted Living facilities, and none are the equivalent of The Commons, even though they came highly recommended. The place is beautiful, the food is excellent, the residents happy and interactive, and Mom is able to have her cat with her, which means a lot to her. This is a place the I would consider living in, and that's saying a lot!!

My grandmother is really happy at The Commons at Union Ranch and we like it. Everybody has been really nice and is attending to her needs well. The dining area was clean and it was really good. They have a library, games, Wii bowling, and so on. They're a wonderful community. The residents are walking around happy, they're communicating with each other, playing games, and getting involved.

The Commons at Union Ranch was very nice, and the person that took us around was really good. They have the usual amenities like the dining hall and exercise room. It was a newer community, so it was physically really nice. The apartment that we saw there was really good. It was also really nice.

The Commons at Union Ranch was very nice. It was actually our first pick for where we wanted my parents to go; however, they did not have a 2-bedroom apartment available. They only had a 1-bedroom and a studio type setting, and they were both extremely small. The Commons at Union Ranch were very clean and newer. We went and had lunch there, and the food was great. The dining was great too. I know they have activities and what-have-you. They're very comparable to what the other community was offering. It seemed good. The staff that we met was our tour guide and the lunch folks were both very nice and pleasant. The building itself was excellent.

The Commons at Union Ranch was a very nice, clean facility. I wasn't looking for private rooms, so the rooms were smaller and my husband would have had much less space. The bathrooms were smaller as well. Overall, it seemed like a very nice facility, but the value to move him from where he is now wasn't there for us. The staff was very friendly and seemed attentive. Everyone seemed happy. I observed a musical activity there that the residents were enjoying.

The Commons at Union Ranch seemed clean and very well run. They had very good social programs. Transportation was provided. I ate a well-prepared meal there. I would recommend it to those who can afford it. They are out of my price range right now.

My mother-in-law was at The Commons at Union Ranch. It was a very nice place that looked very appealing. The people were friendly. My mother-in-law lived there for about a year or so. They made you feel welcome and made sure that she had everything she needed. They called hospice right away when they got to that point and took care of a lot for us. They played bingo and had what they called "The Bell' where the women could learn how to ring bells for the bell choir. They had luncheons, and we went to a Mother's Day's brunch there with her. They had lots of things going on all the time. The place was always very nice-looking. The people were friendly. We ate in their dining room a couple of times, and their food was really good. You could get pretty much anything you wanted. The Commons at Union Ranch was a very nice place.

The happiness and care for the patient at The Common was impressive. The staff was pleasant, engaging, and treated everybody like they should be treated. They have daily exercise routines, outings each day, karaoke, and evening social activities -- just amazing.

With The Commons at Union Ranch, I loved the idea that it felt like it was a cruise line and not just the "end place." They were on the move and going. It's incredibly easy to find, new, and incredibly beautifully kept. The pricing was well within the range of what I thought it would be in. I thought it was very reasonable. They had medication administration but do not do any other medication practices.

I went on a tour of the Commons and was impressed with it. It was very nice. I saw the assisted living and the memory care areas. You can have an individual room or a roommate to lower your cost. The memory care area looked out onto an atrium garden section, so that was nice. It seemed very clean to me.

Mom is very happy at The Commons at Union Ranch because she's doing well there. It is a great place with a very positive environment. She used to call me every day, but she does not do that now, so I know she is very comfortable. It is a nice, very clean, and well-maintained place.

The Commons at Union Ranch was a beautiful facility with a lot of activities happening in the community. The staff was very nice. Their dining area was huge, which, unfortunately, would confuse my mother. The rooms I saw were too large for my mom. I think we are very lucky to have communities like these.

The Commons had a large number of caregivers to ratio of residents. They have like two rooms that are adjoined and they share one bath but there would be a total of four residents on those two rooms and they weren’t very large. For what they were charging, I just thought they were overpriced for the size of the rooms that they were offering to the residents in the memory care. There’s like a little tiny apartment and then they have two beds and two dressers in there. But I understand their purpose of putting memory care patients together because they look out for each other. They allowed private rooms but of course the price would be high. I only met one staff member and she was very knowledgeable.

My mom is in assisted living apartment at The Commons At Union Ranch. It's beautiful and it's close to me. I chose this for my mother because I heard good things about it from friends. Everybody is very nice. The apartments are beautiful. The grounds are very nice. My mom says food is good. They have all kinds of entertainment around the holiday and all kinds of stuff to do, although Mom does her own thing. The best thing about this facility is that Mom likes the people there. Everyone is friendly. She likes that place.
