am not happy with the care my sister is getting they come and go without doing what needs to be done. Her room hasn't be mopped once since she has been in there now 3 weeks! I understand there isn't enough help to go around.

Linda Valley Care Center is very nice overall. The primary doctor for my grandfather was excellent and the majority of the staff as well. They went out of their way to help my grandfather, they were very respectful and always answered our questions. Sometimes certain staff members were a little rough with my grandfather- they never hurt him, but he could be easily surprised because of his bad vision, and some of the nurses/staff did not talk to him before they went to move him or change his pants, so sometimes he was startled because they didn't talk or explain enough. Aside from that and some billing issues, my family had a good experience at Linda Valley. I thought they took good care of my grandfather while he was there. I was especially impressed with the nurses at the desk by his room- they always asked us how we were doing when we visited, and they would tell us funny stories or give us an update on my grandfather. Overall a very nice place.
