My mother-in-law is at Vienna Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. They are amazing. She's clean, she said. They're attentive, and they try to get her involved. She's not in the rehab portion anymore, but they're consistent about trying to get her up. They call me with any concerns. She just had COVID, and she had to go into isolation for ten days, and they called me every day and gave me an update. I can't say anything bad about Vienna. Her linens are always clean. The floor is always clean. Her room is always clean. They have stuff, but she doesn't do anything. She likes to stay in her bed. If you have to be in a place like that, I think they're amazing. The staff is amazing. Even the little gal at the front desk knows my mother-in-law's name. It's almost like a little family. We're just so pleased.

the nurses to a person were very helpful, caring and attentive when they had the time. they appear to be very short staffed. PT staff was excellent. everything about this facility was average except the food. most of it was unfit to eat. i feed my dog better quality! even though i was here for 2 weeks, i only saw one piece of fresh fruit in the 42 meals i was served and no fresh vegetables. there's no excuse for that at this time of year except for money concerns. the focus here seems to be on employee retention rather than customer service for the patients. the last concern is the trash barrels which are pushed up and down hallway all during the day and night till 11 pm making a tremendous racket.

My dad was in Vienna for a month. The facility is overcrowded; there are too many people and too little staff. The rooms were nice. The food is alright.

My sister is in Vienna Nursing & Rehabilitation. They have very nice people. The room is very clean. She is eating so I think the food is okay. My sister is very happy and I watch the other people, they seem all right.

They were very good at Vienna Nursing & Rehab Center, and we really liked them. My mother was in a room with three others, but it was always very clean. They had a lot of staff, and we had no problems with them -- very polite people, helpful, and did a lot of stuff with her, so we had no complaints. They were very clean, and it was a nice facility.

My husband had stayed in Vienna Nursing & Rehab Center. We chose this one because they struck us as nicer than the others and we liked that one the best. I thought most of the staff came from the Philippines. They were nice girls. Though I thought they were underpaid, they were very friendly and if I needed help from them, they got there as fast as they could. I don't how they did when I wasn't there, but I don't think my husband had any particular complaints against them. Several people who lived there liked it there. The rooms were double and I had to ask to change room because the man he was with was very hateful that no one wanted to be with him and they immediately transferred him. He changed rooms twice. The food was not bad at all. It was an old nursing home, but it was kept up very good. There were things that needed to be done, but they had a maintenance man who came and he was always there to fix whatever the problem was. So, I don't think there was much problem with anything that was not taken care of.
