My aunt was staying here following a knee replacement. The first night, they put her in a room with a patient that was known to be combative. She had a terrible first day, but was able to move into another room. During her stay, there was a covid lockdown, so she got no physical therapy. She was actually weaker when she left than when she arrived, post-surgically. She lost 10 pounds due to the food being terrible. The icing on the cake was that she caught scabies there. Although she said the nursing staff was nice, they are way understaffed, and are not attentive.

I'm in The Ellison John Transitional Care Center. It's very good, and I'm very happy with it. The nurses are wonderful, it's a beautiful place to be, and they take care of things. If there's any kind of problem, or anything, they will address it, and take care of it. I think it's excellent. I have nothing to complain about, it's beautiful, and brand new. The food is good.
