I toured Crescent Landing at Fullerton Memory Care. The rooms were really nice; the majority were private. They had an open house type of event when I was there, which was kind of cool, and I met a few people. Liza was very nice. She gave me a good tour. They had some nice amenities like the library and entertainment room.

We went to Crescent Landing at Fullerton Memory Care. It was really nice. It was all newly remodeled. It was beautiful and very clean. It was great. It was very bright in there with lots of light, and very cheery. The staff members were super nice. They had a car show going on, so that was great. The residents were handing out snacks to people, so they were very involved in the car show, and they all were out there. For my dad, I think that's where we're going to go with.

We moved my mother-in-law into Crescent Landing at Fullerton Memory Care. So far, it's been excellent. It's strictly memory care and it's small, they have a total accommodation that can serve 50 patients. Right now, they're in the low 30s. It's almost new. Because they only do memory care, they do an exceptional job of it. They have a very large dining area even for just that small a group. So when it's running, they just push things around and have physical games there, like tossing a beach ball around for exercise. They have a theater room and a big TV room, they're well-equipped, they also had a nice outside garden area and a patio area. It's a very nice facility, a little bit pricey but that's ok. The staff is exceptional and the room I saw was very nice. You have a choice of a shared room or a private suite. The private room and private suite only vary in bathroom accommodations, and they're a very good size. I'm just really happy with the whole thing. I had lunch there with my wife and her mother, and it was very nice. They serve really good food and they do a good job.

My father is currently at Crescent Landing at Fullerton Memory Care. It's a memory care-only facility and he's at level two. It's been a very good experience, though a little bit more expensive than originally I was led to believe. They get to know the patients individually. When my dad came the first day, they had a nice sign up that said, "Welcome." They welcomed him by name. They knew information about him already. His room was ready. They upgraded his room without even saying anything, so it's been a very positive experience. It's a difficult job for the staff members to do, but they all seem to enjoy their jobs. I was very surprised. It's a much more upbeat environment. They seem to genuinely enjoy what they're doing. Eve is wonderful. The first two days, she sent me text messages to my phone with photographs of my dad so I could see how they made sure he got dressed. He wasn't just in his room. He was talking with new people. She sent me a text message asking if it was OK if he got his haircut the next day, so they gave him a haircut and a shave. He looked really good. I didn't ask for them. She just sent me pictures and updates. His room is very nice. I would stay there. They're very nice rooms, extremely clean, and organized. The bathrooms are nice and roomy. The rooms are a good size, but they're not too huge. They don't have to walk too far, but it has that feel like it's large because it's very well organized. They have a wardrobe and drawers that are set against the wall, so he has a very nice amount of closet space, space for shoes, blankets, and pillows, and it's all put away, so it's not on display. There are no trip hazards. There are no wires or anything like that. The floors are very well taken care of, so they're shiny, smooth, and clean, but they're not slippery at all. They have nice carpeted TV rooms. They have activities. The seniors are allowed to create their own activities. There's one lady who has a history of dance and aerobics, so they allow her to start her own class. Anybody can go there. If you don't want to do that, they have TV rooms and an actual barbershop. They just renovated, so everything is brand new, new furniture, new walls, new everything. I like the way the grounds are laid out. My dad wanders sometimes and what he does is just walk. The front when you pull up is a house, but behind the house are all the living units and facilities. The way they laid it out is like a star pattern, so there are no dead ends. You can go outside. There's a fountain you can walk around, there's a park area, and then when you come to the fence, you can always turn left or right. It's not a maze where it's confusing, but there are enough left and right turns to where you could walk for hours. It doesn't feel like you're walking in circles, but you also never hit a dead end. You don't feel trapped. It's a very homely feeling. It is a house and there's a lot of greenery. They have really friendly staff. You can tell they have a certain love for their job and certain patients. I only tried the food once, and I was not particularly impressed with it, but my dad enjoyed it. They have a common dining area. They are big on community. There are a lot of great ideas. My father was a postal worker for over 40 years and they said everybody here can get a job because the idea is to put purpose back into their life, not just have them in a facility in front of a television. They don't want them to have TVs in their rooms. If you want to watch TV, you got to come out and join the community. You can play cards and they have board games, but the main idea is every morning you get up, you get dressed and you join your community and find your place in the community so that you become active again. They allow the residents to create their own activities. One does an art program, another one does an aerobics program, and during certain times of the year, they take them to the park area near the fountain and they turn it into a miniature golf course for them. They also have some events where they leave. The facility and the staff, those two things alone make it worth it. I've heard good things about the food, but it wasn't the best day when I came in. The layout, the warmness, it being brand new, there's not a better community. Having him there, I know he's safe. Every single day, they're checking his blood sugar. Every single day, they're waking him up. He just went to the hospital today and they called me. They said his blood sugar was high, his blood pressure was high, and so as a precaution, they just took him to Kaiser because they're not sure why. They have a record. I have seen them do it when I was there that day, just eating lunch, and they come around and they check the blood pressure, the temperature and the blood sugar of each person in that facility, three or four or five times a day. You're getting your money's worth because if you had an in-home care nurse, you'd be paying more money and getting less service. He has his own room, so you talk about rent in Fullerton, plus utilities plus round-the-clock nursing care plus feeding. On top of that, he's incontinent, so they're changing his underwear multiple times a day. It's expensive, but considering the task, it's reasonable.

I looked at Crescent Landing at Fullerton Memory Care. It's one story and it has the garden wrapped around it. I liked the one-story design and it's very clean and bright. I think the ground was well kept and Daniel, the staff, told me there were activities that they were anticipating for the weekend. It seems to be very well organized.

My husband is in Crescent Landing at Fullerton Memory Care. It's very good. It's a clean, neat place, and very secure because it's only for Alzheimer's. It's close to home, and that's one reason I picked it. They are very competent and after reviewing two other ones, I think they're all really about the same, so we picked this because it's close to home. Because of Covid, visiting is a little stricter, but I can go and see him. You set an appointment and you go in and take your temperature. It seems to be very safe and secure. We've only been there for two meals. Yesterday, he didn't eat it right away so they brought it out to us on the patio and then he ate better when I was there. The staff seems very nice and competent. I have no complaints. They have a calendar with activities, but I'm not sure what he's capable of. I'm not there during the day for the activities.

It was very inviting in as far as the gardens. Unfortunately, it was necessary to have that tall gate to keep the wanderers in. But it's well-gated with beautiful gardens and fountains, where the people that either go there daily or live there can walk around and enjoy the outdoors without being confined to indoors. They also have several rooms in the main section of it, one room maybe for bingo, another room for mind games, another room might be a television with a movie in it. They have an on-staff chef, and they all eat together. They have individual rooms, single rooms, and double rooms. It all seemed very clean and nice, there weren't a lot of caregivers walking around doing nothing, it seemed as though each caregiver there was performing a duty. The hostess, Ambrosia, was a really sweet and good person. I went there for a special event, they had quite a spread there for us, and it was quite tasty, and if their in-house food is anything like that, they're doing great. I loved the house, it's absolutely gorgeous, but it looked like it needed a little loving care here and there, like a chipped paint or a scratch on the baseboard.

I'm very happy with. The rooms are comfortable. They do several things with the residents. They have movie nights, bowling, and sing-a-longs. The food is very good. Overall, we are very happy with the place.

It is the one of the places I visited. It was lovely. It's home environment with lots of caregivers. It was friendly, professional, and loving. It was clean. It was a good place. The dining room was big. The food was good. They did have small dining rooms for clients that may need to be in a quieter room. It was very good, very professional, and very clean. Everything was done very nicely and very respectfully to the clients.

My brother-in-law is here. Their gardens were beautiful. I really like them with fountains in the center, and you tour your loved one; it's very peaceful. They were very helpful, and they bend over backwards to accommodate us. We are very pleased with that. The rooms need to be a little bit larger because they put two persons in a room. The food is very good, and their dining area is very nice. The way they had it setup works well for everybody. They have different activities like the beach ball toss that they toss to each other. They also have a program where they sing and watch movies together; there are a lot of different things that they do.

I chose here for my mom, and she's there for respite. It is nice. The garden is beautiful. I like the setup of the place, like the community room, where they eat, is in the middle and the rooms just go out from that. They don't have the shower in the room for safety reasons, and I like that because they say in the middle of the night they can't get up, turn the shower on, and slip or anything. My mom likes the food. They give me a calendar of what they do. They do singing, they have move for movies, and they go out to do outside activities.

It is for patients who have Alzheimer's and dementia. They are on 2-acre garden and it's a locked facility. The residents there have their own rooms. It's a wonderful place and mom is there right now. The staff are very, very caring people. Most of the staff has been there 10 to 15 years. They have doctors and nurses on staff.

I have visited this faclility several times. It is a facility that is specialized in Alzheimer's/Dementia Care. The grounds are spacious and they have a lovely rose garden and walking path. They have a very friendly staff who have special training in Alzheimer's/Dementia. The administrator brings her dog to work and the resident's love it!! They are pet friendly! It is a secured facility and very safe. The interior is beautiful with sutle colors such as mauve, rose and beige. The environment is homelike and calm, Resident's are kept very active and they have a great deal of family involvement. This facility is one of four facilitles and they are active in the community. One a year they hold a large professional/community seminar with a boutique/vendors. I would highly recommend this facility.
