My parents-in-law moved into Creekside Oaks. It's close to the rest of our family, and the cost includes all their meals. The staff members so far have been very friendly and helpful. They have lots of activities every day, and I think that's great. They have a small courtyard, an atrium/sitting area, a pool table, a library, a hair salon, and walking trails outside.

It was hard to park and get into Creekside Oaks Retirement Community, but once we got in and found out that they were having all the furniture replaced (that has to be done), we were pretty happy. Looking around the facility, everyone's smiling and happy and just on the way to doing something and not people sitting there in a wheelchair. I had a good impression of them. Renee was very friendly. I've spoken with her a bunch of times since, and so has my mom, and they're just checking on her, making sure if she has any questions or anything. So, the follow-up was good. Renee knew the inside and out of that building like it was her own house, which I was pretty impressed with. She showed us three different rooms and they were all beautiful. We only used one dining area, although they had others, and the food there was excellent. The staff was really good, professional, and friendly. The cook was fantastic.

Creekside Oaks Retirement Community was very beautiful. It had huge lawns in the back for pets. You could have your pet, so that was a really good thing. They had access to the dog park, which was next door, and they had access to the bike trails. It was very nice. The rooms were very nice but kind of small. Other than that, everything looked really good. Everything looked nice except it has no memory care. Their staff was very friendly. They had an onsite counselor, and she was very nice. They don't have overnight overlapping nursing and all that. All they had was a counselor. I didn't see the nursing staff like you do in some of these places. I saw their food and it looked very good, and they had an excellent menu. The place was very nice. They have grass and trees and places you can walk. It was beautiful.

I went to see Creekside Oaks Retirement Community. The place was beautiful and pretty well-kept. The lawns and the rooms were nice. It looked like the residents were pretty happy there. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, upfront, and honest. They were willing to basically answer your questions without any problem. They had an exercise room and planned activities for the residents.

Creekside Oaks Retirement Community was amazing. I think it'd be perfect for my mom, but I don't think she's moving out of her house anytime soon. It was a very happy, pleasant, clean environment. Everybody seemed to be happy and there was a sense of well-being in there. It's clean and smelled good. I am going to recommend my mom move there when she's ready. They've got a pretty large menu and there are a lot of choices. They had dancing and played cards. That's about all I saw, but I know there's a lot more than that. They were remodeling the units.

My grandmother moved into Creekside Oaks Retirement Community. The pricing was a big part of why we chose it, and the fact that the pricing is all inclusive. I have not seen anything wrong with them as of yet. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The interior is very nice and well kept. So far, the staff has been very nice and accommodating. The place is very nice. They have a salon, a gym, and private balconies in the room. It is close to hospitals and other amenities.

We already put a deposit in Creekside Oaks for my dad. He felt very comfortable there. He met some of the people who are living there and it was really comfortable. The place looked clean and the staff was very nice. They play all kinds of games. They have a pool table and a card table, they have a salon on the premises, and they're building a bocce ball court right now. They also have a bus. Sometimes they go to the casino or they go out shopping. They have several different activities.

Creekside Oaks was very nice, but expensive for the space you get. They had good food, and the place was clean. There's nothing wrong with it. My son and I enjoyed our lunch. I liked the cleanliness, but the rooms were small for the price.

Creekside Oaks is wonderful. It is being updated currently. Everyone is getting their own washer and dryer, so that's pretty neat. Their dining room is very nice. They have tons of activities for their residents. They also have great walking trails. As a community, it is a wonderful place, and the staff is excellent; however, it is out of my budget.

Creekside Oaks was nice, but was strictly independent living only. We wanted the continuum of care that other communities have, but Creekside Oaks doesn't have that. The staff was good and nice, and the dining area also looked nice. We liked the rooms, it was 2-bedroom and 2-bath, it had a nice corner view, and the kitchen facility was better than others we've seen.

Mom is on a waiting list at Creekside Oaks. It has a very open, family-oriented, and caring atmosphere, like everybody is connected to one another. The people are very friendly and very helpful. My mom liked it right away. It’s clean and bright, not gloomy or outdated. They have something going on almost every day of the week, like bingo and outings. They all get together and vote on what they would like to do and get it done. She thinks she’s going to be very happy there.

I moved my grandmother into Creekside Oaks. It is little more independent living, better food, and the rooms are nicer. She is not very mobile, but she likes all the music and entertainment that they have. The staff is definitely very helpful and very welcoming. They do breakfast, lunch, and dinner, they have snacks in the afternoon and late morning, and they will also serve her if she misses her breakfast time, so they are flexible in that way. They have somebody who can come in and provide assistance, but they are mostly independent living. They have a nice little menu, and you can choose from a variety of things.

My only objection to Creekside Oaks was that the rooms were very small and there weren't any kitchens, just a little convenience kitchen. I like that they're a friendly community in a good location, had nice people, and it was nice and well lit, but the units were too small. They can improve by getting a complete remodel, like new carpeting, new paint, new lighting, and new furniture. The people were excellent and wonderful.

My overall experience with Creekside Oaks was very favorable. I only met the receptionist and one of the managers who showed me around. They were both very well-versed and helpful. They had a one-bedroom; a two-bedroom with a living room; and a two-bedroom with two bathrooms. They only have four two-bedroom/two-baths and that's what I was interested in. They were small, but for two people, there was enough room. They were a little bit cramped but not too bad. They had enough closet space, a microwave and a small regrigerator and a sink. All meals were included and you can get snacks during the day. I visited the dining room, and it was immaculate. The grounds were attractive. The location is in a residential part of the city and was very pleasant with a creek, which is why it's called Creekside, that runs along the back of the facility, and little walking trails. They accept dogs. They have a bus that takes residents to medical appointments and recreational and educational facilities.

I wanted Creekside Oaks. It was located near a place where there were restaurants, shopping, and all that kind of stuff. It was on an open grassy area, beautiful big trees in front of the place, and it faced on a very quiet street. They had a one-bedroom apartment that I would kill to get, but my son convinced me that I don’t probably want to spend that much money right now. The staff was pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and did their best to show me everything they had. It wasn’t the apartment I was most interested in, but one of the other apartments I had seen. It was a one-bedroom apartment that was empty while it was rehabbed a little, but it had on the little kitchen counter with a two burner induction stove. So you can actually do a little cooking there, and they said they’re starting to put some in some of their units.

My Dad moved into Creekside Oaks one year ago. Although the transition from his home was challenging for him, the amazing staff, friendly residents and numerous activities made a difficult time for him much easier. Now he can't imagine living anywhere else and is happy he moved. We looked at several options in the area, and the decision to choose Creekside was an easy one. As his daughter, the peace of mind knowing he is in a safe, healthy, and welcoming place is priceless. Eating the excellent food with him during Creekside visits is icing on the cake!

My first impression of Creekside Oaks was very good, very warm, and welcoming. They showed us what the facility had to offer. They had a show going on live, and anybody who was staying there could attend. It's a little expensive, but I was very much satisfied with what I saw. I looked at three of the rooms. They had a studio, a one-bedroom and two-bedroom, which were just adequate and very clean. You could even have a pet there, but they had to be small little ones.

Everything was wonderful at Creekside Oaks. There's an exercise area that's about half a block from the place, and they got a walking trail that goes up to the dog park. The rooms were very nice. It overlooked a little stream in the back. The person that showed me around was extremely nice and very helpful. The activities were pretty much like everybody else. They go on trips, they go to casinos, they have in-house things like movie nights, and on Sundays they have special breakfasts or dinners. I didn't find anything that I didn't like about the rooms. The only thing I had against it was the location.

My mother has been in Creekside Oaks for two and a half years now. The staff is very helpful. They clean her room at least once a week. Even though my mother complains about the food once in a while -- but she has to have something to complain about -- I think the food is very good. Overall, I think they are doing a very nice job. They do have activities that they can participate in. It is not an assisted living facility, but I still think they still need somebody on staff that is capable to assist them in terms of medical because even simple or little things they have to call 911. However, it is a good facility.

My mom stayed at Creekside Oaks a little over a year or year and a half after her husband passed away. I really liked it. She was doing fine there. It was just right down the street from her hospital. They took very good care of her and they did everything the promised. It was like a cruise ship. The dining room had white tablecloth. They had excellent food. They had the main meal in the afternoon. They had different sizes of rooms. They had a studio and one-bedroom with balcony. They cleaned the rooms. She took part of the activities like playing bridge and bingo. They had a social director. They had a bus that took them everywhere the group wanted to go. They also had services that took them to groceries stores or wherever they wanted. I would highly recommend it. It was not cheap, but if you had the money, that's a good place to go. However, mom had a seizure, which caused her to fall and had a brain injury. So, we had to bring her a rehab.
