My sister-in-law moved into Camden Springs Gracious Retirement Living. It is a very beautiful and friendly place. It is very well run. The people that work there are all very considerate and helpful. They have all kinds of activities, like painting and exercising. The food is delicious. The facility is very pretty the way they have it decorated. It's very clean and bright. It's top of the line.

Mom stayed at Camden Springs Gracious Retirement Living for six months. It was fancy and strict because everybody had to eat at the same time in the same place. The food there was OK. It was a new building, so it was clean and pretty. I want people looking for a facility to consider the meal arrangement, if they have the strict kind or the restaurant-style dining.

Camden Springs Gracious Retirement Living is mainly independent living and didn't have provisions for assisted living or memory care and stuff like that. The staff was good, they were nice. The rooms were also nice.

Camden Springs was very nice. The floor plans were good. The people seemed very friendly. I met some of the residents. I did not try the food, but I could have. It was not brand new, but it was very comfortable and warm feeling.

Camden Springs is absolutely my top runner-up. The facility was stunning, beautiful, new, and modern. The staff and the residents were all pleasant and the tour went great. The rooms were nice and the dining room was large and very clean. It's very open and the tables were set with very nice furniture. All of the furniture throughout the entire place was beautiful and not old. They have a conference room and an activity room, too. They prepared a calendar for their daily menus and it is posted on a mesage board together with their activity calendar. The whole presentation was really nice. They just had a jazz concert to celebrate their anniversary and they introduced me to a few of the residents in the hallway. They had the opportunity to speak and they gave the facility high ratings. There's also one person I spoke to who has been there for seven years.

I was really impressed with Camden Springs. I didn't expect it to be that nice. The lady showed me the rooms, the dining area, and the exercise area. She told me I could come back and spend time eating with the other seniors there, but I never went back. She also took me to her office because I told her that I was looking for volunteer work in her place. It was a very nice place, they have very nice people, and once in a while, they send me a notice that they want me to go there, but I'm still deciding. The place was amazing. It was really clean.

We absolutely love Camden Springs Gracious Retirement Living. We got my father into a studio. It's still expensive, but a reasonable price. They've been great and I guess the management lives on the premises. They've been very in touch with us. My father just moved in recently and we needed to get his cable hooked up and we were having some problems with that. Even the management called me yesterday to take care of it. So they are very, very involved. My father is happy, he's loving it there because everybody is great, in a great mood, very nice, and very kind, even the workers are nice. It's been really, really good. We're very happy with it. We actually had friends that were there before him so we were really aware of it to begin with. Everybody was very polite and friendly. My father loves the food. He tells me it's delicious. He'll call me and let me know what he's eating that day. The facility is nice and in good shape. They have quite a busy schedule, but everything's different right now cause it's COVID, so they're not doing a lot of stuff. From what it looks and appears like, it seems like there's quite a bit they can do when everything is gonna be back to normal. All these kind of places were expensive, but I think this one is rated special for what we got. We were able to get him into a studio with a kitchenette for $2,600 dollars. It might be the smallest studio, but he's real happy with it. He thinks it's great. The size is fine too, so we're real happy.

We like Camden Springs very much. We live in a two-bedroom, two-bath on the ground floor, with a little patio and a living room. The food is excellent. They have a library, an exercise room, activities room, card room, pool table, and theater. The staff is very good and very patient and seem to be caring people. The dining area is very clean, neat, and well laid out. The overall community is in a high-end suburban area of Sacramento and there's lots of shopping. It's very clean.

Camden Springs had two buses, contests, exercise class and an elevator to take me upstairs. It was incredible. Each of the rooms had their own balcony or courtyard. The one they showed me was a very large one-bedroom, and I loved it. They had a brand-new refrigerator in the kitchen, and I liked it very much.
