I lived in Solstice Senior Living at Clovis for about six months. It was a very good establishment. They were good at taking care of people. The food was outstanding. I didn't participate in the activities, but they had crafts and bingo. I just can't afford them.

I will be moving to Solstice Senior Living at Clovis. It's independent living and I like the fact that if I need services, I can have them come in. I have tried their food and the meals are attractive. The room is clean. The security service locks up at 7:30 in the evening and does not open until 8:00 in the morning. The staff also seem very nice.

I am a resident of Solstice Senior Living at Clovis. I like that I am independent. I have my place here. They allow me to have my two dogs with me. They have patios, and there's a large grass area. They have a dog park, and they provide three meals a day, which is nice. The staff is great. They're really good. The food is excellent. The cleanliness is good, they keep it nice and clean. A lot of residents do have concerns about the activities but they're trying to do better; mostly, they have bingo activity and singing time. I was negative about being in the senior living facility. I'm 65, and most here are over 80. A lot of people here have walkers, they don't get around much. My experience because I'm younger is not good. I don't mingle much with the people here, but they are nice. They've been all kind but I'm not integrated because of the generational gap. I'm living in what used to be a manager's room, so I pay more for it, and it's larger. It has a bedroom, a larger living room, a patio, and a full kitchen. My room has a laundry, but they have smaller studio rooms. So it varies depending on how much you pay. The dining area is nice; it's large with many tables. They have an area where you can get coffee anytime you want. They usually have snacks and apples and bananas, and if you're hungry between meals, you can always come and grab some cookies.

What I like best about living here in Solstice Senior Living at Clovis is the food. Everything's been fine. There's nothing that I like the least about it right now. The staff has all been great. Everything is really nice. My room, especially, is just for me. It's a one bedroom. So, I have a living room and a bedroom. They provide three meals a day and they have several activities. Because I'm still moving bit by bit, I haven't had a chance to join in, but I've seen them.

The rooms at Solstice Senior Living at Clovis were fine. The person that toured me was very friendly. They were able to answer any questions I had. None of them had to reach for a question or tell me they would get back later. They all had complete information for me. The apartments could be furnished to your own liking. They got a large refrigerator and it seemed they had a little bit more complete kitchen. It was nice. The interior was clean and had no odd smell. The exterior just wasn't cheery with annual flowers or anything like that. The tour person was very good and very friendly. I just went over there and it was a very quick appointment, but for not having any time to prepare, she was very prepared. That was good.

I went to visit Solstice Senior Living at Clovis. We were happy with it. It was clean and the staff that we interacted with were very friendly. The facilities have everything we need. We were looking for someone to possibly come in during the day, during the week to assist my aunt, and they had options for that. That was something that we were looking for. Overall, we were happy with the facility. They had a common area where people would gather to eat and you had options of going there to eat or you could have the food brought to your room. They were very accommodating with that and that was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, answered all of our questions, and took us around. They were great. The grounds were beautiful and very well kept.

Solstice Senior Living at Clovis has meals and everything, but the food is not good. It is not up to my standards and my daughter's standards. The apartments are not near as much as the one I had chosen. The food is not as nice as this. It was more like eating in a cafeteria than a five-star restaurant. The staff members were nice. They were pleasant. The staff was great, but the facility was not to my daughter's expectations. There's no ground, so you can't walk around. It's an older facility, and they're in the middle of remodeling right now, so everything is kind of torn up.

Solstice Senior Living at Clovis was very nice with very nice people. The staff was great. They were very accommodating. The place was very clean. The dining was much different because people were not able to go in early. People were waiting, sitting immediately outside just to be able to go in and sit down at the table, which I thought was inconvenient. The parking would have been inconvenient for us. There was not a parking near the front door and we would have relied on something like that, to be very near.

Solstice Senior Living at Clovis had very spacious rooms and really nice, friendly people (both the staff and the residents). It was more geared toward independent living, so they don't have staff 24/7, but it was great. It was very homey. There were lots of gathering areas. The person who did the tour was fantastic. Their menu and their dining area looked nice.

When I walked into one of the apartments at Solstice Senior Living at Clovis. It was absolutely beautiful, clean, and immaculate. The whole atmosphere there was just beautiful. They have a dog park for your dog and every room has a view. The staff was very welcoming and very warm. I was talking to this man and he had all the information for me. They have this beautiful area where they do events. They also have a gym, housekeeping services, and a refrigerator in their apartments (which I liked). The meals are included and they have a beautiful open dining area. They have everything I needed.

Solstice Senior Living at Clovis is the one we like the most. I like the atmosphere. The residents were very friendly. We had lunch there one day, and several people came over and spoke with us. They introduced themselves and chatted with us. They have an ambassador program. We had lunch with one of the residents, and she was full of lots of information. It was just a good feeling. It felt very comfortable. They were very friendly and very accommodating. They're doing their best to try to make a place for us. We're kind of special because we have a bunch of pets. It's the two of us, but there is a dog and five or four cats. They will accommodate that, and it just has a nice feel to it. The staff who toured us around was wonderful. He probably was the one who sold the place. We had lunch there. We are not really fussy, but the food was good. They don't have any cooking facilities in the individual apartments. They want you to come to the dining room for every meal. There is a kitchen in one of their smaller TV rooms that you can use. It has a full stove and everything in there, so that's available if you want it. Each individual apartment doesn't have cooking, but there is a little counter with a little baby sink, so you can heat things up if you have a microwave.

There wasn't anything I liked the least about Solstice Senior Living at Clovis. I liked all of it. I liked the rooms. The one-bedroom was a little smaller but it had a beautiful northern view with a balcony and I was happy. We ate dinner and I was pleasantly surprised that the food was as good as it was. We had an ambassador serve our table and she was wonderful. The people we met were just wonderful. It felt so homey. It was amazing. They're gonna replace all the carpeting, and the room that we were gonna get in a month or so, they were gonna do $8000 worth of paint, repairs and fix the place up. The lady had been there for 12 years. All plusses. All 5 stars across the board. They had a salon, a chapel for chapel services on Sunday morning, billiards, and a library. There are about 100 people that live there, so it's pretty small. All three meals are provided seven days a week, which is one of the reasons why it's a lot more expensive. You have a chef fix every one of your meals every day. They come with a beverage cart, a dinner cart, and a dessert cart, and you can order off of a prescribed menu. They have half the menu available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and on the left side is whatever the special for that day for lunch and dinner. It's like eating at a restaurant three times a day. It's awesome. If we could've pulled off the money, we would've moved there.

My dad will be moving into Solstice Senior Living at Clovis next week. It's independent living, but you can have graduated care. They provide services to have help for you. They were really friendly and helpful in getting my dad set up. We've only eaten there one time. Everybody's very congenial, receptive and helpful. They're head and shoulders above the place that my dad used to live in. They're much better. I was comparing it to the place he lived for a while over in Fresno, and that was twice the money and not nearly as nice. We've gone over to Solstice a couple of times. They've let us come over, have lunch, and hang out a little bit to kind of ease the transition for my dad. He hasn't been a resident yet, but we've spent some time there. They're doing pretty good.

Solstice Senior Living at Clovis was very nice. The person who gave us the tour was nice. She was the activity director. They have a library, pool table, and shuffleboard. They were starting their crochet and knitting group. The room was the same size as the one that we saw at the other facility, but they had a larger refrigerator. It was a very comfortable room. The only thing about that one room they showed us was that we were going to get the late sun in our room during the summer. They had blinds for that, but it's going to heat up the room. I think it was a great facility. It's a little bit further away than we wanted from our son, but it was close to our doctors. This is more of a professional person place. The facility was very clean.

But it's very nice, very clean, and very comfortable. The staff is very friendly, kind, and understanding. They have a lot of grass, it's very nice, and pretty.

The staff is very friendly, attentive, and there's always someone at the front desk. The food is delicious. They have stretches and balance classes, bingo, and horseracing. They have a library, beauty parlor, a small gym, and a TV room.

Solstice in Clovis is wonderful. My family was looking for a place and found this community excellent. We especially like the programs and they have a full calendar of activities. Even there bus has a lift on it which was important to us. The visit was great and the apartments were bigger then some we visited. They were nice enough to have us for lunch and the food was great. Also, they had four choices to pick from the menu. Some of the residents even shared with us during our visit, which made this stressful search seem better. One thing that stock with me is most of there employees have been there for years. The grounds look very nice and my family especially like the large dining area. We would highly recommend this place and its a good fit for us.

Solstice Senior Living at Clovis didn't seem like they were that interested in you. When they finally got somebody to show us around, we got to see a one-bedroom and a studio. The studio was really small. The one-bedroom was small, but at least you have a little bit more room. The dining room just had tables. None of us really cared for it. You don't get that homey feeling.

Solstice Senior Living at Clovis was very open and friendly. They seemed to be accommodating and offered assistance in taking you for medical checkups. There were plenty of activities, like bingo and other games. They served three meals and had a refreshment stand where people could get drinks, treats, and snacks. They had a beauty shop and a barber shop.

It was very nice. It had a lot of common rooms. It had a nice library and a nice-looking dining room. Their 1-bedroom had a huge living area, but it didn’t have a pool with a lift. They had activities. They had a salon. They had bingo, poker, Monopoly, and card games. They not only will they take you to the grocery store, but they go out of town to one of the casinos that we’re close to. They do take short day trips.

This is the one we visited. It was very nice. The visit was very rewarding. People there was just outstanding. Even the residents were so friendly. The people who were running the place were so helpful. We were very impressed. The room that we went through was in the second floor. It had a living quarter. It was small but very nice. It had a balcony, a nice bedroom, and a bath. It was very well equipped for emergencies and everything. It was clean. Everything was lovely. The dining room looked like a first-class hotel. It was absolutely gorgeous. My husband was so impressed. They showed us the projection room where they had movies. Then, they had an area where they met for social time. They had a whole area where they had puzzles. It was wonderful.

We are in here. We had somebody that cleans our place and all the food is served dining room style. The food was very good. There was a homecare on site, so if you needed extra care, that's available. They have music, and they have dinners and stuff. They have target practice for those who want that. They have a laughing yoga this morning. There are lots of activities. They also have accommodations to bring you to the doctors. At certain days, they go banking and shopping, and the bus takes them and brings them back. The room has a refrigerator, a sink, and a cabinet below the sink. It has a living room, a bathroom, and a bedroom, and it is all wheelchair accessible because I am in a wheelchair 24/7. The closet is a whole lot better than where we were. There are lots of storage room. It is probably about 750 square feet. We are on the third floor, they lock the facility at 9 o'clock, and nobody can go in unless you have a key. I like everything, and I have no complaints.

I thought it was very nice and clean. The manager was very cooperative and a pleasure to talk to. They have a lot of activities for my mother who is 93 years old. The most important thing is that she is happy here. She keeps her room just immaculate. They come and clean her room and change the beddings once a week. I had eaten lunch with her a couple of times. I thought the food was really good. It had the right proportions where you feel full but not too full or not going away hungry. They serve a big variety too. The dining area is huge; they have waiters and waitresses that bring the food to them. They have a room for bingo, and just for Christmas, they had a couple of schools sing Christmas Carols for everyone. She hasn't complained about any of the staff so I think they are very nice and attentive to her needs. If they don't see you out in a day, they'd come knocking on your door to see if you are alright. I wouldn't mind living there myself.
