1) Quick response from security (Christine) on a weekend when I had a stroke! 2) Sexual harassment was curbed with help of police i.e., tenant across hallway (non-citizen). 3) Great events for birthdays, etc. 4) Lee is always there for us, cheery and capable, fun and inclusive. 5) Donna helps with issues

I like living here. All the residents are very nice. I like the attention the women give me. They tell me I'm handsome (as told to staff).

I am very happy living here. Everybody seems to get along very well. We have a lot of activities that we can do. We get together; play games, cards, and meetings.

I love living at Eskaton Clearlake Oaks Manor. I've lived here for 5 years. I feel safe and the staff is wonderful. They are always eager to help you. In fact, they go beyond their need to help and make you feel special and happy. To me it's a great place and I'm happy.

Good people, a nice quiet place, plenty of things to do with people, and nice places to enjoy, like TV rooms and coffee in the morning; good conversation with the people here. A nice well-kept home. Everyone working here are very all right people.

Repairs were done immediately when work (orders) were put in and our building is well kept up by our housekeeper. Staff is friendly and meets all our demands or problems we may have.

Every Wednesday we have Bible study at Eskaton Clearlake Oaks Manor. Lee, the manager, is always upbeat, helpful, and caring. She puts our tables together, provides a snack for us, and calls if a member needs to be reminded that it's "Bible study" day. She's a wonderful support for our "meetings" and makes sure that everyone is comfortable and happy. Everyone loves her! And I look forward to coming each week!

Quality of services is very good. Management is very good about responding to any needs you have. They provide for community activities at holidays and birthdays. It's a safe and happy place to be.

My mom's been at Eskaton for about a year and a half now. It was quite a bit of adjustment for her, but my daughter just spent the night with her and she said she was happy there. It would be nice if they had a management team on-site again. There are two people; one does the gardening and the other does the cleaning, so it's a little different kind of situation. It's the newest and more secure facility in the area.
