My dad has moved into Bonita Villa Senior Living. We are in the transition phase, so we're all getting used to everything, but the staff is very nice and very attentive. They make sure that my dad is making headway with his adjustment. He's 99, so this isn't easy for him. The services are good. They offer transportation. They have a separate dining room, they have a beauty salon, and they have activities for the residents. The building is kept up. From what I can see, it's well maintained.

I really liked Pacifica Senior Living Bonita. I liked the location. I liked the grounds. I liked the building. There were tons of residents out and about. It was lunchtime and it was like a stampede into the dining room, so that made me think the food was pretty good. Their apartment was just fine. I'm having a hard time because the bedrooms are all a little bit smaller than what I anticipated. I think that my folks will have to probably get a smaller bed, but that looks like that would be at an...

I like the spaciousness of the rooms at Pacifica Senior Living Bonita. I liked that a couple of the rooms that we looked at have balconies or a patio. There are lots of different rooms where people can meet with their families. These rooms were spacious, clean, and we liked the great library, the music room, and the pianos everywhere. I like the director, who runs it. A few times when we were talking with her, she got up to help somebody that she saw behind us needed some help. She's willing t...

Pacifica Senior Living Bonita Living was very nice. It was a much smaller facility than the other one. They were very friendly. The patients seemed like they were happy. The person who toured me was very helpful and very nice. The rooms were fine. They were nice and clean. The dining area looked nice. We didn't sample any food. In terms of activities, we saw people playing cards, and they had a movie room, too.

We toured Pacifica Senior Living Bonita. We had very good experiences talking to the staff and figuring things out at the onset, but the onsite tour was a little bit less exciting and dynamic than we hoped for. It had a little bit more of an old-school nursing home kind of feel with its library and hairdressing station, all sort of put out into one common area. You could see it all, and so it just seemed like easy accessibility. The room we saw was wonderful. It was one of their studio rooms wit...

Pacifica Senior Living Bonita was clean. We weren't impressed with it as much as the other place because of its location to our house. The rooms weren't as big as those at the other facility. The staff was knowledgeable. They have a courtyard area, a gym, and a library. The hospital is down the road, maybe about three or four miles.

Terrible experience. Constant staff turn over, billing increase without notice, not refunding prorated community fee as per contract.

I went to Pacifica Senior Living Bonita. It was pretty decent. It looked clean and orderly. The staff who helped me was informative. They have a library, TVs, and movies. But they need to be a little bit more affordable.

My mom's overall experience in Pacifica Senior Living Bonita has been good. In 10 years, it was sold 4 times and it was Atria Bonita until last December. The experience has been good and I have no complaints at all about the facility. She has a studio and it's very nice. She's on the third floor, which she chose because she likes being on that floor. All the activities are on the second floor and the dining is on the first floor. She has a very nice room with a view of the common area and the ga...

We chose Pacifica Senior Living Bonita for our mother because it was probably the most reasonable in San Diego. It was the most affordable with similar amenities as the more expensive ones. However, the communication with the staff and the director is not as I hoped, especially at the beginning of a transitional move-in. It's a little unclear what's included in the level of care that I'm paying for. She hasn't participated in any activities yet. She just moved in. The facilities are good. They h...

It was relatively new as far as hallways and architecture. Everything just seemed relatively modern and contemporary. It was very nice. They have independent living and assisted living, and the one I saw was independent living. The staff was great. They have a central courtyard, television room, and library. I only saw the studio and it was nice. The only thing inside the room was a little sink, cabinets, and a mini-fridge. It was more like a hotel where all the room doors open up to the hallway...

I went and did an in-person tour. We just saw a room, a studio, and she explained what the one-bedroom would look like. It looks nice, the model rooms they're all fixed up, they're very small.
